The house fully matches the description. If the exterior is not necessarily very pretty, the interior is large, bright and is well decorated. The owner was very welcoming and always responded well to my requests for information (for example the address of a caterer on Marquise where we went). We just would have liked thicker bedding in the rooms near the entrance. We were able to use both the fireplace and the jacuzzi (in the rain and in the sun). After nice walks or running on the beach, it's refreshing. The campsite's chip shop is nearby, the Friday evening market is very practical. Thanks again for the drinks!
La maison correspond tout à fait au descriptif. Si l'extérieur n'est pas forcément très joli, l'intérieur est vaste, lumineux et est bien décoré. La propriétaire a été très accueillante et a toujours bien répondu à mes demandes d'informations (par exemple l'adresse d'un traiteur sur Marquise où nous sommes d'ailleurs allés). Nous aurions juste aimé une literie plus épaisse dans les chambres près de l'entrée. Nous avons pu utiliser aussi bien la cheminée que le jacuzzi (sous la pluie et au soleil). Après de belles balades ou de la course à pied sur la plage, c'est ressourçant. La friterie du camping est tout près, le marché du vendredi soir est très pratique. Merci encore pour les boissons !
The house is in a wonderful location - under the Cap Gris Nez - you can always look out over the water. And it is also in a beautiful location. All the places between the capes can be reached quickly by car, and if you like hiking, you will be staying right on the coastal hiking trail. The house is ideal for 10 people. There was enough space for everyone. We say thank you!
Das Haus liegt ganz wunderbar gelegen - unter dem Cap Gris Nez - man kann immer schön aufs Wasser schauen. Und hat auch sonst eine schöne Lage. Alle Orte zwischen den Caps sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen, und, wer gerne wandert, hier wohnt man direkt am Küstenwanderweg. Das Haus ist super geeignet für 10 Personen. Es gab genug Platz für alle.

Large, warm, comfortable and perfectly equipped house. The location is perfect, very quiet but close to the center of the village and a stone's throw from the sea wall and the beach, magnificent! Sea view on one side, trees and garden on the other. The heating system proved to be economical and efficient. We will come back with pleasure!

La situation est parfaite, bien au calme mais près du centre du village et à 2 pas de la digue et de la plage, magnifique! Vue mer d'un côté, arbres et jardin de l'autre. Le système de chauffage s'est avéré économique et efficace. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

the apartment perfectly matched the description, the view and the calm of the place are the main qualities which made us decide to return, this is the second time this year. the owners are very friendly and easy to contact for information. I recommend this apartment mainly for the view, if I had to make a simple remark but that is only my opinion, given my size, a shower screen at the level of the bathtub would be practical to avoid getting water everywhere. good to you

les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et facile à joindre pour avoir des informations.
je recommande cet appartement principalement pour la vue, si je devais émettre une simple remarque mais cela n'engage que moi, vu mon gabarit, une paroi de douche au niveau de la baignoire serait pratique pour éviter de mettre de l'eau partout .

The house is centrally located on the Opal Coast and is a great base for walks and visits to the Boulogne sur Mer (aquarium). The furnishings are sober but fully equipped. The seating area is located on the mezzanine, which is a downside. There is a lovely garden where you can sit in the sun and have a barbecue. Communication with the owner runs smoothly but in French. The house has a good price/quality ratio. Beautiful surroundings.
De woning is centraal gelegen aan de Opaalkust en en mooie uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en bezoek aan de Boulogne sur Mer (aquarium). De inrichting is sober maar van alle gemakken voorzien. De zithoek bevindt zich op de vide, dat is een minpunt. Er is een heerlijke tuin waar je lekker in het zonnetje kan zitten en barbecuen. De communicatie met de eigenaar loopt soepel maar in het Frans. Het huis heeft een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Mooie omgeving.

We had an apartment on the 2nd floor. On Monday the renovation of the apartment above us started. Initially even with a demolition hammer. Later, a rubble disposal chute was hung outside the building, also in front of our window. We contacted the landlord who said he was on site. The noise above us was a lot less after that, but there is still a feeling that this should not happen when you rent an apartment. Everything else was fine, only showering in the bath without a shower curtain and hanging hook for the shower head is difficult and quickly causes a water ballet. Greetings Klaas and Rita M.
We hadden een appartement op 2 hoog. Op maandag werd begonnen met de renovatie van het appartement boven ons. In eerste instantie zelfs met een sloophamer. Later werd een puin stort koker buiten het gebouw gehangen, ook voor ons raam langs. We hebben contact opgenomen met de verhuurder die volgens zeggen ter plekke is geweest. Het geluid boven ons ons was daarna een stuk minder maar er blijft toch een gevoel dat dit niet hoort als je een appartement huurt. Verder was alles in orde , alleen douchen in bad zonder douchegordijn en ophanghaak voor de douchekop is lastig en geeft snel een waterballet. Groeten Klaas en Rita M.
We stayed in this very beautiful house with a wonderful view for the second time this year. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the location of the house with a sea view. The large, fenced garden is great for our dog. Very close access to the beach and walks. Very good contact with the woman on site, Ms. Carole and the owners. Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in diesem sehr schönen Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Lage des Hauses mit Meerblick sehr genossen. Toll der große, eingezäunte Garten für unseren Hund. Sehr naher Zugang zum Strand und zu Spaziergängen.
Sehr guter Kontakt mit der Frau vor Ort, Frau Carole und den Eigentümern.
Wir empfehlen und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder !
