There were 6 of us ... but we never stepped on our feet given the practicality and comfort of the house. A somewhat rustic genre but perfect ... I must say that I would go back tomorrow if I could .... The evening in the farmhouse with the Compagnia dell'Alma that Andrea organized on Tuesday evening for his guests was also very pleasant ... with dinner based on pizzas and arrosticini ... all spectacular ... Highly recommended for those who love relaxation and nature ... A place that you leave with the certainty that one day you will return because you had a really good time.... Frances

Andrea è una persona squisita, come tutta la sua famiglia, e ci ha fatto sentire da subito a casa... Eravamo in 6 noi...ma non ci siamo mai pestati i piedi visto la praticità e la comodità della casa. Un genere un po' rustico ma perfetto... Devo dire che ci tornerei domani se potessi.... Molto carina anche la serata nel casale con la Compagnia dell'Alma che Andrea ha organizzato il martedì sera per i suoi ospiti... con cena a base di pizze e arrosticini... tutto spettacolare... Consigliato vivamente per chi ama relax e natura...
Un posto che lasci con la certezza che un giorno ci tornerai perchè sei stato veramente bene....

the place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery but close to the sea and services. The apartment was discreet, but some mosquito nets were broken and the kitchen lacked furnishings. The terrace is beautiful with a wonderful view. The place would deserve 5 stars if it was a little more cared for. The owner is a very nice and very kind person. Overall we had a good time, I recommend it.

L'appartamento era discreto, ma qualche zanzariera era rotta e la cucina era scarsa di suppellettili.
La terrazza è bellissima con vista stupenda.
Il posto meriterebbe 5 stelle se fosse un pochino più curato.
Il proprietario è una persona molto simpatica e molto gentile.
Nel complesso siamo stati bene, lo consiglio.
We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation and the stay. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. The site is spacious and in a beautiful location. Within fifteen minutes you can choose between different beaches or within an hour you are in park Majella. The biggest advantage of Casale Bavi is the hospitality of the landlord. Wij waren blij verrast met de accommodatie en het verblijf. Het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het terrein is ruim opgezet en op een mooie locatie. Binnen een kwartier kun je kiezen tussen verschillende stranden of binnen een uur zit je in park Majella. Het grootste pluspunt van Casale Bavi is de gastvrijheid van de verhuurder. Heel erg bedankt Andrea en Chiara voor de goede zorgen!
We were two families with a total of 6 children, we had a great time, we highly recommend it, the place is suitable for families with children but also for those who want to stay in peace, just minutes from beautiful beaches. the owner Andrea is very friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need; in more color note a beautiful evening in the company of other renters with Abruzzo hamburgers and good wine ...! :-) We will definitely be back next year!
Siamo stati due famiglie con un totale di 6 bambini, siamo stati benissimo, lo consigliamo vivamente, il posto è adatto a famiglie con bambini ma anche a chi vuole stare in pace, a pochi minuti da spiaggie molto belle. lI proprietario Andrea è molto cordiale, disponibile, ed attento ad ogni esigenza; in più nota di colore una bellissima serata in compagnia degli altri affittuari con arrosticini abruzzesi e buon vino ... ! :-) Torneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo!
It is highly recommended for those looking for serenity and tranquility, immersed in nature and with the comfort of a large pool that is always at your disposal. The owners are very kind and helpful, and occasionally organize evenings of live music and Arrosticini, the typical Abruzzo dish. Many amenities: shopping mall a few minutes walk, shore of the trails a few minutes drive away, and especially the swimming pool and ample green spaces having to spend comfortably on the days of relaxation. My family and I could not find any better! Highly recommended. Peter
Consigliatissimo a chi è alla ricerca di serenità e tranquillità, immersi nella natura e con il comfort di una piscina ampia sempre a disposizione dei clienti. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, e alle volte organizzano anche delle serate a base di musica dal vivo e Arrosticini, il piatto tipico abruzzese.
Tante le comodità : centro commerciale a pochi minuti a piedi, costa dei trabocchi a pochi minuti di macchina e soprattutto piscina e ampi spazi verdi dover poter passare comodamente dei giorni di relax. Io e la mia famiglia non potevamo trovare di meglio! Consigliatissimo.

Apart from the outside which would need some extra maintenance (the photos are a few years ago ...) we had a great time: the place is truly wonderful for those looking for peace, relaxation, nature, well being. Close to the sea but in the middle of the countryside; The owners are helpful and friendly and just not enough to really feel at home ... It's a real disappointment to leave.
A parte l'esterno che avrebbe bisogno di qualche manutenzione in più (le foto sono di qualche anno fa...) siamo stati benissimo: il posto è veramente meraviglioso per chi cerca pace, relax, natura, benessere. Vicino al mare ma in mezzo alla campagna; i proprietari sono disponibili e simpatici e basta poco per sentirsi veramente come a casa... Un vero dispiacere andarsene.
Great solution, no negative surprise, but definitely positive. Apartment in country cottage, very quiet, but 3 minutes drive from shopping center and 5 from Ortona. A few miles from two great beaches. Furnishings and services all in order, there was a problem with the boiler that was promptly replaced. The owner Andrea has done everything to make us comfortable without being intrusive, exemplary hospitality. Experience to repeat.

Appartamento in casale in campagna, molto tranquillo, ma a 3 minuti di macchina da centro commerciale e 5 da Ortona. A pochi km da due ottime spiaggie. Arredamento e servizi tutti in ordine, c'è stato un problema con la caldaia che è stata prontamente sostituita. Il proprietario Andrea ha fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio senza essere invadente, ospitalità esemplare.

We were a group of eight French and decided Ortona and this house to spend a good time and have fun together. Very nice house for spending a beautiful and relaxing holiday ... Convenient for both young people and families with children! Welcome by the owners, the house was clean, and helped us to find good places to visit and places to eat. So we spent the holidays is most desired and waited throughout the year !!! Maybe we will be back :)!

Bellissima casa per passare delle belle e rilassanti vacanze...
Conviene sia per i giovani che per le famiglie con bambini!
Ben accolti dai proprietari, la casa era pulita e ci aiutavano per trovare dei bei posti da visitare o luoghi dove mangiare.
Abbiamo dunque passato le vacanze tanto desiderate e attese durante tutto l'anno !!!
Magari ci torneremo :) !

House situated in a beautiful natural setting between fruit trees and olive trees, with a large shady garden. From the terrace the view of the sea and hills is really beautiful. The beaches, both pebble and sandy, are very beautiful, especially recommend the reserve of Repair of Job which is very close and reachable by bike (provided by the owner free of charge). Mall close and well stocked with local products. Particularly the Ortona town overlooking the Gulf. To visit the Aragonese Castle, the Punta Aderci Reserve, and make dinner reservations on overflows ... relaxing holiday, we will definitely be back !!!
Casa immersa in uno splendido contesto naturale tra alberi da frutta e ulivi, con un grande giardino ombreggiato.
Dal terrazzo la vista sul mare e sulle colline è davvero bella.
Le spiagge, sia ghiaiose che sabbiose, sono molto belle, in particolare consiglio la Riserva dei Ripari di Giobbe che è molto vicina e raggiungibile in bici (sono fornite dal proprietario gratuitamente).
Centro Commerciale vicino e ben fornito di prodotti tipici.
Particolare la cittadina di Ortona che si affaccia sul Golfo.
Da visitare il Castello Aragonese, la Riserva di Punta Aderci, e prenotare una cena sui trabocchi...
Vacanza rigenerante, torneremo sicuramente!!!
