We have been renting this apartment as well as Mrs. W.'s side-by-side apartment for quite a few years and we are still very satisfied with it. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent concierge service, perfect location. This is why we re-rent from year to year.

Really a great rental. A spacious and very practical apartment for a large family. The owner is really friendly and even let us stay in the apartment a little longer. We are saving the address for next year!
Vraiment une super location. Un appartement spacieux et très pratique pour une famlille nombreuse. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et nous a même laissé rester dans l'appartement un petit peu plus longtemps. Nous gardons l'adresse pour l'année prochaine !

Hello, we rent a studio in Les Arc. The studio is well equipped, has a beautiful view of the mountains, as it is located on the fifth floor. Bonjour, nous avons loyer un studio à les Arc. Le studio est bien équipé, dispose d'une belle vue sur les montagnes, car situé au cinquième étage. Un petit local pour les skis et chaussures juste à côté du studio, ce qui est très pratique.

Comfortable and well-thought-out apartment, immediate proximity to the slopes and shops, very fluid communication with the owners and the concierge, who is also flexible.m and vigilant about the cleanliness of the premises. The kitchen is EXCEPTIONALLY well equipped and the cleaning equipment is very complete. The concept of ?sharing? essential foodstuffs (salt, pepper, oil, spices) between the different successive tenants is very appreciable and convivial.
Appartement confortable et bien pensé, proximité immédiates des pistes et des commerces, communication très fluide avec les propriétaires et la conciergerie, qui est par ailleurs flexible.m et vigilante sur la propreté des lieux.
La cuisine est EXCEPTIONNELLEMENT bien pourvue en matériel et le matériel de nettoyage est très complet.
Le concept de “partage” des aliments de première nécessité (sel, poivre, huile, épices) entre les différents locataires successifs est tres appréciable et convivial.
A beautiful spacious apartment for 2. Nothing to complain about. Just note that in this area of Les Arcs the car parks are all paying... Plan a little budget or use the shuttles to park for free. But it's a detail, I still recommend.
Un bel appartement spacieux pour 2. Rien a redire. Juste précisons que sur cette zone des Arcs les parkings sont tous payants... Prévoir un peu de budget ou d'utiliser les navettes pour se garer gratuitement.
Mais c'est un détail, je recommande malgré tout.

Apartment ideally located at the foot of the slopes. The apartment is functional and very very well equipped (plenty of storage, ski locker, cooking facilities, television, sound bar, dishwasher, etc.) The little extra: the view from the terrace of the Aiguille Rouge

L'appartement est fonctionnel et très très bien équipé (nombreux rangements, casier à ski, de quoi faire la cuisine, télévision, barre de son, lave vaisselle...)

Beautiful house as described, very comfortable for a family of 4 (I advise against going to 5 as the space for the fifth bed is very limited). Very good correspondence with the property and perfect key management by their on-site representative. Apartment very well equipped with everything (even for more than 5 people!), The only advice I can give to the property is to change the mattresses of the bunk beds (rather old) and buy some mattresses above replacing the plastic sheeting currently present on the mattresses themselves). In general, I definitely recommend the apartment.
Bella casa come da descrizione, molto comoda per famiglia da 4 (sconsiglio di andare in 5 in quanto lo spazio per il quinto letto è molto ristretto). Molto buona la corrispondenza con la proprietà e perfetta la gestione delle chiavi dal loro rappresentante in loco.
Appartamento molto ben accessoriato di tutto (anche per più di 5 persone!), L'unica consiglio che posso dare alla proprietà è di cambiare i materassi dei letti a castello (piuttosto vecchi) e comprare dei sopra materassi sostituendo i teli di plastica attualmente presenti sui materassi stessi).
In generale consiglio sicuramente l'appartamento.
We have been renting this rental together with Mrs. W.'s other apartment for quite a few years and we are very satisfied with it and will rent again for next year. Only small downside, according to the concierge the barrier to access the high place luggage drop-off should be open on Saturdays but it is not: we had to bring our luggage and our shopping from the car park which is much less convenient .
Voilà pas mal d'années que nous louons cette location conjointement avec l'autre appartement de Mme W. et nous en sommes très satisfait et relouerons pour l'année prochaine . Seul petit bémol , d’après la conciergerie la barrière pour accéder à la dépose minute bagage place haute devrait être ouverte le samedi mais elle ne l'est pas : nous avons du monter nos bagages et nos courses depuis le parking ce qui est nettement moins pratique .

Pleasant surprise for this 30m2 studio located opposite the chairlift and possibility of skiing at the foot of the end of the corridor. Very nice to have the ski lockers on the landing. Large selection of kitchen utensils and crockery in abundance. Many thanks to the owner and the Conciergerie who are very accommodating on my arrival time slots. I would go back without hesitation.

Very pleasant apartment with a magnificent view of the mountain and the torchlight descent trail. all amenities are downstairs Sherpa, ESF, Forfait. Very friendly and welcoming concierge. The owner is very responsive and very courteous, and answers all possible questions.
