We confirm all the other comments, very warm welcome from Maryse and Eric. We had a great vacation in their rental where we had everything, just like at home! The 2 showers, the 2 bodies of water as well as the 2 toilets were a real comfort for us especially when we have 3 grown children. The swimming pool was a real treat for the whole family, it's a real plus! Maryse is really a very nice person who spoiled us throughout our stay, especially her famous gratin of zucchini, potatoes and tomatoes that she prepared for us one evening cooler than usual, we really appreciated it! Not to mention his little crunchies and cakes, a real delight! We recommend this vacation spot 100%, a true art of living and the region is magnificent!! The Britons!
Nous confirmons tous les autres commentaires, très bel accueil de Maryse et Éric. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans leur location dans laquelle nous disposions de tout, comme à la maison ! Les 2 douches, les 2 plans d'eau ainsi que les 2 WC ont été un véritable confort pour nous surtout lorsque l'on a 3 grands enfants. La piscine a été un vrai bonheur pour toute la famille, c'est un vrai plus !
Maryse est vraiment une très belle personne qui nous a gâté tout au long de notre séjour, notamment son fameux gratin de courgettes, pommes de terre et tomates qu'elle nous a préparé un soir plus frais que d'habitude, nous avons vraiment apprécié ! Sans parler de ses petits croquants et gâteaux, un vrai délice !
Nous recommandons à 100% ce lieu de vacances, un vrai art de vivre et la région est magnifique !!

The rental was completely in line with the advertisement published on Médiavacances. We were wonderfully welcomed by the owners, who always took great care of us and spoiled us throughout our stay. We thank Maryse and her son for their kindness and patience with our dog who barked often. We highly recommend this magnificent rental, located in an area that deserves to be known.

We are a couple with 2 children and 2 dogs. Maryse and Éric made us feel very welcome. And nice attentions punctuated our stay, while being very discreet. The rental adjoining their house is very well arranged. We took advantage +++ of the large swimming pool, and our children learned to swim there. The setting is magnificent, at the foot of the Semnoz, trails are close to the stables. Annecy and the lake are easily accessible by car, or by free bus in summer. Nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants et 2 chiens.
Maryse et Éric nous ont très bien accueilli. Et de gentilles attentions ont ponctué notre séjour, tout en étant très discrets. La location attenante à leur maison est très bien agencée. Nous avons profité +++ de la grande piscine, et nos enfants y ont appri à nager. Le cadre est magnifique, au pied du Semnoz, des sentiers sont à proximité des écuries. Annecy et le lac sont accessibles rapidement en voiture, ou en bus gratuit l'été. Merci encore à Maryse et Éric de nous avoir si bien accueilli, et nous reviendrons certainement profiter de ce coin de paradis.

The apartment is located in a green, calm and soothing setting. The landscape is superb. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and fresh (which was very appreciated during the heat wave) The owners are very caring :) Thank you again for the welcome and especially for having accepted our rental request at the last minute.

Very pleasant cottage in the countryside 20 minutes from Annecy and 40 minutes from Geneva. 3 places on the mezzanine with all comfort. Beautiful exterior with private terrace and barbecue, with access to the owner's swimming pool. He is very nice and available for advice and walks. Very good stay.
Gîte très agréable à la campagne à 20mn d'Annecy et 40mn de Genève. 3 places en mezzanine avec tout confort. Bel extérieur avec terrasse privative et barbecue, avec accès à la piscine du propriétaire. Celui-ci est très sympa et disponible pour conseils et balades. Très bon séjour.
Rental as described, clean and pleasant for a family of 4, even in winter. Very kind and welcoming owners. They released games for the children who were delighted with the setting. The dog was really welcome. We were treated to kind attentions. We are delighted and expect to return as soon as possible.

We had a perfect stay in this ideally located rental: 5 minutes from the lake (Menthon St Bernard) and 10 minutes from Annecy. Also very practical for accessing beautiful mountain hikes (Col des Aravis, col de la Colombière, etc.). Excellent welcome from the very helpful owners and very good advice. The rental is very functional, spacious and perfect for a family with 2 children. For a future stay in Annecy we would definitely re-rent here!

We had a very good stay in this rental which is a haven of peace. Very functional, clean apartment in which everything is planned, with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful panorama. Well located in height, no traffic, in full nature. Friendly and attentive owners, thank you for the welcome. Secure place, an exterior highlighted by a lot of green, spacious, quiet and pleasant where we were able to take a nap in peace. We recommend without hesitation.
