Very pretty house, clean, very quiet, the swimming pool is superb. The showers and toilets need to be renovated, there is no air conditioning, which is a shame when it's very hot! We also had a lot of ants outside and in the house.

Une remise en état des douches et toilettes sont à effectuer , il y a pas de clim, dommage quand il fait très chaud !
Nous avons eu aussi beaucoup de fourmis à l’extérieur et dans la maison .
We had a great week in this very welcoming and comfortable villa, in all respects as described. A small corner of paradise with a magnificent and large swimming pool and where calm is at the rendezvous. We can only recommend this rental whose owner and his team remain attentive both before and during the stay. We will return with great pleasure.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful villa a few kilometers from the town of Olhao. Large house, spacious and very well equipped. We really enjoyed the large swimming pool, the children and adults loved it. A big thank you to Inès for her kindness and availability and to the owner for providing us with all the answers quickly. If the opportunity presents itself, we will return with great pleasure.
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette belle villa à quelques kilomètres de la ville d'Olhao. Grande maison, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine, les enfants et adultes ont adoré. Un grand merci a Inès pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité et au propriétaire pour nous apporter toutes les réponses rapidement. Very nice villa with large rooms, kitchen with all amenities, nice pool... it is actually better than in the pictures. The area is very quiet, ideal for relaxing holidays (need a car, it is in a housing development in the countryside)
Not far from Fuseta and Olhao, with nice beaches (islands).
Way much better than a house in the middle of the city, as you have a great villa to relax, and the beach and the city 10min distance.
And, from our point of view, Olhao and Tavira are maybe the best in Algarve...

It was a very pleasant family vacation. The house is very functional and comfortable, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a large dining and living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and pantry. The house has everything needed for a complete family. The outdoor area is excellent, from the gardens to the petanque court, a beautiful leisure area with a table and a pergola next to the pool. The telheiro area, located next to the pool, is wonderful for having meals. The pool is big enough to play and swim and the entire area surrounding the pool is also spacious and equipped with sun loungers and parasols. I also want to highlight Mr Pascal's proactivity and interest, as well as the kindness and total availability of Inês and her father. In summary, we were very well treated by Mr Pascal, extremely well received by Inês and we were able to enjoy a very good space, inserted in a quiet village and close to hypermarkets, markets, islands and stunning beaches in that Algarve area. If I return to this area, the Algarve with the whole family in the future, it will undoubtedly be an experience to repeat.

A casa é muito funcional e confortável, com 4 quartos e 4 casas de banho, com uma ampla sala de jantar e de estar, bem como uma cozinha totalmente equipada e dispensa.
A casa tem tudo o que é necessário para uma família completa.
A área exterior é excelente, desde os jardins, ao campo da petanca uma zona de lazer lindíssima, com mesa e pérgola que se situa ao lado da piscina.
A zona do telheiro, situada ao lado da piscina é maravilhosa para tomar refeições.
A piscina é suficientemente grande para se poder brincar e nadar e toda a zona envolvente da piscina é também ela espaçosa e equipada com espreguiçadeiras e chapéus de sol.
Quero também destacar a proatividade e interesse do Sr Pascal, bem como a amabilidade e total disponibilidade da Inês e do seu pai.
Em resumo, fomos muito bem tratados pelo Sr Pascal, extremamente bem acolhidos pela Inês e pudemos usufruir de um espaço muito bom, inserido num aldeamento calmo e perto de hipermercados, mercado, ilhas e praias deslumbrantes daquela zona algarvia.
Se voltar a esta zona o Algarve com toda a família no futuro, vai ser sem dúvida uma experiência a repetir.

It was without any doubt an unforgettable week. The house is perfect, has a huge Swimming Pool, the rooms are big and have a great AC system, the Kitchen fully prepared for a daily routine, you have supermarkets 10min away from the house, the surrounding are calm. I strongly recommend this place. Pascal and Ines were always available for any request during all the reservation process and during our week at the house.

We spent an excellent vacation! The house is large, clean, well equipped and modern. The well-kept swimming pool is a vast garden around the house. Mr. Pascal, with whom we booked, showed himself to be always available and accessible for any matter or question. The girl Inês, who gives us the keys to the house, very friendly and always available! We spent an excellent holiday with children, family and friends. I recommend it and if one day I return to Olhão I would love to go home again!
Passamos umas excelentes férias! A casa é grande, limpa, bem equipada e moderna. A piscina bem cuidada é um vasto jardim à volta da casa. O Sr Pascal, foi com quem reservamos, mostrou se sempre disponível e acessível para qualquer assunto ou dúvida. A menina Inês, que é quem nos entrega as chaves da casa, muito simpática e sempre disponível! Passamos umas excelentes férias com crianças em família e com amigos. Recomendo e se um dia voltar a Olhão gostaria muito novamente de voltar à casa!

The villa is wonderful, large rooms, spacious and quiet. We highlight its large pool with porch and barbecue area. It is not far from the town although you have to take the car to go to the beach, it is a small inconvenience but in turn has the advantage of the tranquility of the villa. We had some great days, of course we would rent again.
La villa es una maravilla, grandes habitaciones, espaciosa y tranquila. Destacamos su gran piscina con porche y zona de barbacoa.
No esta alejada del pueblo aunque hay que coger el coche para ir hasta la playa, es un pequeño inconveniente pero a su vez tiene como ventaja la tranquilidad de la villa.
Pasamos unos días estupendos, por supuesto que volveríamos a alquilar.

As a constructive criticism, I think the house valued the installation of air conditioning since on hot nights we had to sleep with open shutters.

Como critica construtiva, acho que a casa se valorizava com a instalação de ar condicionado já que nas noites quentes tivemos de dormir comas portadas abertas.
We were delighted with our rental, we had a very good stay in this villa. The house is very pleasant to live with its large rooms, its exteriors (beautiful garden, petanque, ping-pong table ...) and its very large pool. Young and old loved it. We had a nice holiday in this residential area. Villa in accordance with the announcement. There is absolutely nothing missing. Quiet and relaxing place. Villa very well maintained and owner always attentive, very available and very kind. Shops and market nearby, various activities in the nearest town.
Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans ce quartier résidentiel. Villa conforme à l'annonce. Il ne manque absolument rien. Endroit calme et reposant. Very comfortable house. Fully equipped with everything that is essential. It has safety conditions for babies, such as access railings for the stairs. Pool for babies also quite safe. I loved the quiet, cozy and very well located ... Very near Vilamoura and Albufeira, yet with enough distance from the confusion of these sites ... extremely friendly and sympathetic owners. I felt at home ... The back for sure.
Moradia muito confortável. Completamente equipada com tudo o que é essencial. Possui condições de segurança para bebés, tais como grades de acesso às escadas. Piscina para o bebés também bastante segura. Adorei o sossego, aconchego e muito bem localizada... Muito perto de Vilamoura e Albufeira, contudo com a distância suficiente da confusão destes locais... Proprietários extremamente simpáticos e compreensivos. Senti-me em casa... A voltar com certeza.
