Rental in line with our expectations. We really appreciated its location, near the city center and the beach. Also close to unmissable tourist sites: Cap d'Erquy, Cap Frehel, Pleneuf Val André?. Very friendly and welcoming owners. In short, we had a very good week of vacation.

Owner and very friendly welcome. Small very pleasant house well equipped and surrounded by a pretty flowered garden. Very quiet environment 50 meters from the beach in the center of Erquy. I recommend this place for a small family with one child.

The proposed house is a real little paradise with a breathtaking view. The comfort, the state of cleanliness as well as the equipment available are excellent. The localization is very good. The many tips offered by the owner are relevant. We spent 2 blissful weeks in a beautiful setting. Thank you again for this beautiful stay under the sun.

A house located close to all amenities on foot: we parked the car on the day of arrival and picked it up for the return trip. A pretty view, trails all around. We were very well received (cider and caramel salted butter, as a gift). The house is spacious and well heated on arrival from where sometimes a little purr not embarrassing. Great kitchen and everything you need. Selling crustaceans next door (fresh) and a little smell sometimes but hey we are at sea. Nice bathroom. 2 floors for rooms with wardrobes and space. A second toilet and shower in an external shed for returns of beaches. House well placed between the beaches, accessible on foot and St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cape Frehel, St Jacut, are close ... and beautiful ballads and pictures to do around (GR). The village is walking distance too, with mini market and bakery. We had a nice holiday. A mini car park next door.
Nous avons bien été très bien accueillis (cidre et caramel beurre salé, en cadeau). La maison est spacieuse et bien chauffée à l'arrivée d'où parfois un petit ronron pas gênant. Grande cuisine et tout ce qu'il faut. Vente de crustacés à côté (frais) et un peu d'odeur parfois mais bon on est à la mer. Belle salle de bain. 2 étages pour les chambres avec armoires et de l'espace. Un 2ème WC et douche dans un cabanon externe pour les retours de plages. Maison bien placée entre les plages, accessibles à pied et St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap Frehel, St Jacut, sont proches... et de belles ballades et photos à faire autour (GR).
Le village est proche à pied aussi, avec supérette et boulangerie. Nous avons passé d'agréables petites vacances. Un mini parking à côté.
Very good stay, housing, home, environment. The house is quietly situated with a very pleasant environment, very beautiful sea view and the Ebihens islands, especially at sunrise. The rental is as described, comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful outdoor living space with terrace and south facing garden very popular on sunny days. The contacts with the owner have been really cordial with lots of information whether for sightseeing or good addresses. We were able to enjoy this beautiful corner of Brittany: St Jacut de la Mer with access to the Ebihens Islands on foot at low tide, Cape Fréhel and Fort la Latte nearby, and also a boat trip from St Cast for a visit on the bird reserve at the foot of Cap Fréhel or St Malo or Erqui.

La maison est située au calme avec un environnement très agréable, très belle vue mer et les iles Ebihens, surtout au lever du soleil. La location est conforme à la description, confortable et bien équipée. Bel espace de vie extérieur avec terrasse et jardin plein sud très appréciés les jours de soleil.
Les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été vraiment très cordiaux avec beaucoup d’informations que ce soit pour les visites ou les bonnes adresses.
Nous avons ainsi pu profiter de ce beau coin de Bretagne : St Jacut de la Mer avec accès aux Iles Ebihens à pied à marée basse, le cap Fréhel et Fort la Latte tout près, et aussi balade en bateau au départ de St Cast pour vue sur la réserve des oiseaux aux pieds du Cap Fréhel ou vers St Malo ou Erqui.

Elle marche avec une canne, doucement et se fatigue vite. En outre, nous étions très proches des commerçants et nous faisions les courses à pied.
