The apartment is very spacious and very practically furnished. The landlord is very nice and helpful. The view to the sea and to the mountains is beautiful. To be recommended is the beach Beach 35, 100 meters away, you can eat very well in front of the Savana. A supermarket can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. So we did not need the car in 2 weeks. We have a very nice holiday!
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Blick zum Meer und in die Berge ist wunderschön. Zu empfehlen ist der Strand Beach 35, 100 Meter entfernt, essen kann man sehr gut kurz davor im Savana. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Deshalb haben wir das Auto in 2 Wochen nicht gebraucht.

We stayed two weeks, 2 adults + 2 children; Home perfectly fits the description. We found the house in order and with the useful services (microwave, washing machine, TV, air conditioning); the location is great, just cross the street and you are at the beach. The owners were very friendly and even gave indications of nightlife and entertainment area. The four flights of stairs are a bit 'heavy to go up in the evening, after a day of sea, but useful for disposing of the Marche cuisine that is fantastic !!! I also recommend the chalet Baloo, in front of the apartment, because we found that it is among the cleanest in the area; Here we also dined on fish, very good, and the waiters are really nice.
Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane, 2 adulti + 2 bambini; la casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ordine e con i servizi utili (microonde, lavatrice, TV, aria condizionata); la posizione è ottima, basta attraversare la strada e si è in spiaggia. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno dato anche delle indicazioni su locali e divertimenti nella zona. I quattro piani di scale sono un po' pesanti da risalire la sera, dopo una giornata di mare, ma utili per smaltire la cucina marchigiana che è fantastica!!!
Consiglio anche lo chalet Baloo, di fronte all'appartamento, perchè abbiamo constatato che è tra i più puliti in zona; qui abbiamo anche cenato a base di pesce, molto buono, e i camerieri sono davvero gentili.

La casa vacanze è molto bella. I proprietari, che abitano alla porta affianco, sono stati gentili e disponibili. Unica pecca è purtroppo la ferrovia vicina.
Very cozy apartment. Despite the many stairs to reach it we were happy and we were immediately at ease thanks to the availability of the owners. We are a family of 4 people and we stayed in this apartment for two weeks, enjoying the proximity to the sea and the center of Groton.
Appartamento molto accogliente. Nonostante le molte scale per raggiungerlo siamo rimasti soddisfatti e ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio grazie anche alla disponibilità dei proprietari. Noi siamo una famiglia composta da 4 persone e siamo rimasti in questo appartamento per due settimane, godendoci la vicinanza al mare e al centro di Grottammare.

The new apartment is furnished in a functional way, very clean and kept very tidy. The garden is very nice. The hosts, who live in the same building, people are polite, helpful and very discreet. The only drawback is that the house is close to the highway, a road and rail and what makes it, in the day, a bit 'noisy. At night, however, you can rest well. In addition, the closest villages to be reached by car. The beach is reached on foot instead of in 5 minutes. For those who like a holiday "sun and sea " is a good solution.
L'appartamento è nuovo, arredato in modo funzionale, molto pulito e tenuto molto in ordine. Anche il giardino è molto curato. I padroni di casa, che abitano nello stesso immobile, sono persone cortesi, disponibili e molto discrete.
L'unico inconveniente è che la casa è vicina all'autostrada, a una strada provinciale e alla ferrovia e ciò la rende, di giorno, un po' rumorosa. Di notte, però si riesce a riposare bene. Inoltre, i centri abitati più vicini vanno raggiunti in auto.
La spiaggia invece si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti.
Per chi ama una vacanza "sole e mare" è una buona soluzione.
