We recently stayed with our small dog in this studio apartment and we really enjoyed it. Excellent location very close to the beach of which a free part that we used to great effect. Also close to the center, shops, supermarket, so great location for everything. Private parking space inside the courtyard of the studio apartment, much appreciated because finding parking on the street is not easy. The mono is comfortable, air conditioned, sofa bed that can always be kept open for convenience and space remains to move around well. Kitchen corner with everything. TV with all channels although occasionally the signal goes away but then comes back. And then what to say again .... we had such a good time that next year we would like to return. Thank you Mr. Anna Maria. See you next year. ?
Abbiamo soggiornato di recente con il nostro piccolo cane in questo monolocale e siamo stati davvero molto bene. Posizione ottima vicinissimo alla spiaggia di cui una parte libera che abbiamo usufruito alla grande. Vicino anche al centro, negozi, supermercato, quindi ottima posizione per tutto. Posto auto privato all'interno del cortlle del monolocale molto apprezzato perché in strada trovare parcheggio non è facile. Il mono è confortevole, condizionato, divano a letto che si può tenere sempre aperto per comodità e lo spazio rimane per muoversi bene. Angolo cucina con tutto. TV con tutti i canali anche se ogni tanto il segnale se ne va ma poi ritorna. E poi che dire ancora....ci siamo trovati così bene che il prossimo anno vorremmo ritornare. Grazie Sig. Anna Maria. The accommodation was as described, comfortable, close to the beach and clean. The owner Cristiana is very kind and immediately took care of a small inconvenience regarding the lamps on the bedside tables, replacing them. I would recommend the curtains on the windows as with the lights on inside, everything is perfectly visible from the street. And if you wanted to achieve perfection ... a shelf under the bathroom mirror would be very useful. Overall EXCELLENT. Thanks Cristiana
L'alloggio era come descritto,comodo,vicino alla spiaggia e pulito. La proprietaria Cristiana è gentilissima ed ha provveduto immediatamente ad un piccolo inconveniente riguardo alle lampade sui comodini,sostituendole. Consiglierei le tende alle finestre poiché con le luci accese all'interno ,dalla strada si vede perfettamente tutto. Se poi si volesse raggiungere la perfezione...una mensolina sotto lo specchio del bagno sarebbe davvero molto utile. Nel complesso OTTIMO.

This apartment was no longer available, the owner Mr. Raffaella contacted me and proposed other solutions (a two-room apartment the first week and a three-room apartment the second) which were accepted. The new apartments proposed fully satisfied our needs .. (we were 4 adults) In addition Raffaella has always been super helpful and very kind. Best wishes to Raffaella (very nice) and Principina who for us was a discovery .. Lots of sea and super relaxation. We had such a good time that we will most likely be back soon.
Questo appartamento non era più disponibile , la proprietaria sig. ra Raffaella mi ha contattato e ha proposto altre soluzioni (un bilocale la prima settimana ed un trilocale la seconda) che sono state accettate.
I nuovi appartamenti proposti hanno soddisfatto pienamente le nostre esigenze..(eravamo in 4 adulti) In più Raffaella è sempre stata super disponibile e molto gentile.
Un caro saluto a Raffaella (simpaticissima) e a Principina che per noi è stata una scoperta.. Tanto mare e super relax.

The reception is very efficient and charming. Thank you for the good products (fruits, vegetables and olive oil with homemade pie) offered during our rental. The bedding is of very good quality and the air conditioning is very welcome in August. Attention for teenagers, no wifi during the stay. We recommend without hesitation.

The house is very compact but omni-comfort. The interior space is sufficient for a family of 4 because both the beds and the table are retractable. We particularly appreciated the position, which allows you to go to the sea on foot, and the outdoor space for the presence of the necessary for washing and the parking space. The house is well furnished and very clean.
La casa è molto compatta ma omni-confort. Lo spazio interno è sufficiente per una famiglia di 4 persone perché sia i letti che il tavolo sono a scomparsa. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la posizione, che consente di andare al mare a piedi, e lo spazio esterno per la presenza dell'occorrente per lavare ed il posto auto. La casa è arredata bene e molto pulita.

La casa vacanze era ben tenuta ed attrezzata. Locali ampi ed ariosi, bel portico e giardinetto. Casa vicina alla spiaggia ed ai negozi. Proprietaria gentilissima.
The house is located at an equidistant distance both to get to the sea and to get to the town center where there are the main services (about 200/250 meters). Interior of the apartment according to the description except for the back garden which is really small and looks bigger from the photos. I do not give 5 stars because some things in the house should be improved to increase the comfort: broken shower cabin replaced by curtain, sink in the kitchen really very uncomfortable because low and other such small things).
La casa si trova ad una distanza equidistante sia per arrivare al mare che per arrivare in centro paese dove sono presenti i principali servizzi (ca 200/250 mt).
Interno dell'appartamento conforme alla descrizione eccetto che per il giardino dietro che è veramente piccolo e dalle foto sembra più grande.
Non dò 5 stelle perchè alcune cose nella casa andrebbero migliorate per aumentare il confort: cabina doccia rotta sostituita da tenda, lavello in cucina veramente molto scomodo perchè basso e altre piccolezze del genere).
Recommended holiday ... Mrs. Daniela was very kind and generous, always responds in a short time both for the reservation and during the stay in case of need. We found the two-room apartment clean and it is more than liveable for a couple, it is a bit warm being an attic but it is equipped with air conditioning. The Bath of Nations is also recommended.
Vacanza consigliata ... la signora Daniela è stata gentilissima e generosa, risponde sempre in breve tempo sia per la prenotazione che durante il soggiorno in caso di bisogno. Il bilocale l'abbiamo trovato pulito ed è più che vivibile per una coppia, è un po' caldo essendo un attico ma è dotato di aria condizionata. Consigliato anche il Bagno delle Nazioni.
I found the house clean and complete with almost everything .. I would have appreciated a dishwasher instead of the washing machine but those with small children may prefer it like this, as I would move the TV to the opposite wall since it is placed just above the head of where you can sit comfortable to watch it (but it is true that you do not go on vacation to watch TV) apart from these minor considerations I highly recommend the apartment which is complete with a lift. If I have to say something negative it is about the parking lot, since I cannot move well (I am waiting for an intervention) I was forced to use the car and parking spaces are scarce in the area but not impossible. The beach is close as are the shops and restaurants on the whole good. The Christian lady is very kind.
Ho trovato la casa pulita e completa quasi di tutto.. avrei apprezzato una lavapiatti invece della lavatrice ma chi ha dei bambini piccoli magari preferisce così, come sposterei il televisore nella parete opposta visto che è collocato proprio sopra la testa di dove ci si può sedere comodi per guardarlo (ma e vero che non si va in vacanza per guardare la TV) a parte queste considerazioni di poco conto consiglio l'appartamento vivamente che è completo di ascensore. Se devo proprio dire qualcosa di negativo è sul parcheggio, io non potendomi muovere bene (sono in attesa di un intervento) ero costretto a usare l'auto e i parcheggi sono scarsi in zona ma non impossibili. La spiaggia è vicina come sono vicini i negozi e i ristoranti nel complesso buono. La Signora Cristiana è gentilissima.
