Spacious and very clean mobile home, the only drawback is that there is no entertainment in the campsite and that the beach of Gujan-Mestras is not pleasant for swimming (very little water )
Mobile-home spacieux et très propre, le seul inconvénient c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'animations dans le camping et que la plage de Gujan-Mestras n'est pas agréable pour se baigner (très peu d'eau)

Very nice accommodation, spacious, very well equipped and very comfortable. The bedding is excellent! The terrace is superb overlooking the magnificent swimming pool and the pine forest in the background. The setting is beautiful and very quiet. The owners are absolutely charming and very welcoming. Super pleasant rental where you feel at home. Very pleasant, quiet area, close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, cinema, supermarket ... Cycle tracks at 100 m and basin at 5 minutes by bike .... the best!

We stayed 1 week at the beginning of September in this apartment which we simply loved! The accommodation conforms to the description and the photos in the advertisement. The premises are very clean, which is particularly appreciated during this Covid period but also when traveling with a baby. The apartment is well thought out and well equipped. We had a very pleasant week thanks in particular to the calm of the place, the ideal geographical location of the apartment and the kindness of the owners who, while being very discreet, remain available at any time if necessary. It is an address that we will keep and share!
Nous sommes restés 1 semaine début septembre dans cet appartement que nous avons tout simplement adoré! Le logement est bien conforme à la description et aux photos de l’annonce. Les lieux sont très propres, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable en cette période de Covid mais aussi lorsqu’on voyage avec un bébé. L’appartement est bien pensé et bien équipé.
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable grâce notamment au calme des lieux, la situation géographique idéale de l’appartement et la bienveillance des propriétaires qui, tout en étant très discrets, demeurent disponibles à tout moment si nécessaire.
C’est une adresse que nous allons conserver et partager!
Very well-kept and well-equipped apartment with a beautiful garden and private pool. Very quietly located in a pine forest on a slope and yet in close proximity to the center of Arcachon and the sea. The landlords who live on the first floor of the house were very friendly and helpful. We were even given bicycles free of charge. We thank you and would love to come back!
Sehr gepflegte und hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Garten und eigenem Pool. Sehr ruhig gelegen in einem Pinienwald am Hang und trotzdem in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum Arcachons und dem Meer.
Die Vermieter, die im ersten Stock des Hauses wohnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurden uns sogar kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt.
Wir bedanken uns und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
A wonderful week spent in this rental owned by Jean Paul and his wife, who were very welcoming, available and discreet. The setting is simply magnificent with the pine forest at the edge of the garden, the daily visits of the squirrels punctuated our swimming in the heated swimming pool. The rental is as described, with great amenities, new and quality equipment, impeccably clean whether inside or outside on the terraces. We highly recommend this rental, we again thank Jean Paul for making us feel so welcome.

Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique avec la forêt de pins à la limite du jardin, les visites quotidiennes des écureuils ont rythmé nos baignades dans la piscine chauffée. La location est conforme à la description, avec de belles prestations, équipements neufs et de qualité, impeccablement propre que ce soit à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur sur les terrasses.

We were looking for a quiet rental, with swimming pool, in a natural setting and well located to enjoy Arcachon and the surrounding area without the inconveniences of the city center.
We came across the announcement of Jean-Paul and his wife, who seemed to respond perfectly to what we were looking for. We immediately booked.
The exchanges via MediaVacances were very efficient and cordial and we were delighted to discover the place.
When we got there, we were not disappointed ... just the opposite. The place is just perfect!
The apartment is impeccably furnished with care and a very nice level of finish. The pool and the surrounding area are very well maintained, very pleasant, relaxing and just perfectly oriented and sheltered by pines to enjoy the sun at the best hours of the day without getting too hot.
Jean-Paul and his wife are absolutely charming, considerate, available and do everything necessary to make you feel at home without ever having the impression that they live in the same building (the construction is also particularly well thought out to isolate the 2housing).
The location suited us perfectly: just not too far from the beach to be able to go there by bike and not have to drive long to reach the ocean beaches or the Pilat dune while avoiding the traffic jams in the center of Arcachon.
In summary, this is the kind of discovery that we would like to make more often ... and we look forward to returning during a next stay in the basin.
Nous cherchions une location au calme, avec piscine, dans un cadre naturel et bien située pour profiter d'Arcachon et des alentours sans les inconvénients du centre ville.
Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur l'annonce de Jean-Paul et son épouse qui semblait répondre parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions. Nous avons immédiatement réservé.

L'appartement est impeccablement aménagé avec soin et un très beau niveau de finition. La piscine et les abords sont très bien entretenus, très agréables, reposants et le tout juste parfaitement orienté et abrité des pins pour profiter du soleil aux belles heures de la journée sans avoir trop chaud.
Jean-Paul et son épouse sont absolument charmants, prévenants, disponibles et font tout ce qu'il faut pour qu'on se sente chez soi sans avoir jamais l'impression qu'ils habitent dans le même bâtiment (la construction est d'ailleurs particulièrement bien pensée pour isoler les 2 logements).
La localisation nous convenait parfaitement: juste pas trop loin de la plage pour pouvoir y aller à vélo et ne pas devoir rouler longtemps pour rejoindre les plages océanes ou la dune du Pilat tout en évitant les embouteillages du centre d'Arcachon.
En résumé, c'est le genre de découverte qu'on aimerait faire plus souvent... et on se réjouit d'y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour dans le bassin.
Everything was perfect for a pleasant stay for a family reunion. Many spaces for 16 people we were not on top of each other; Well located to access the various tourist points of the basin.

Just one thing was not perfect: We were 13 people (4 couples and 5 singles) - the double rooms were very spacious and luxurious way to sleep as an adult. Another minor issue: There was a booklet with all the information about the house - but it was only in French. We do know some French but did not understand everything, so a booklet in English would be recommendable. All in all, a great stay! Thanks a lot!

We had a great week at this cozy cottage with its super nice garden. We are a family with 2 children, a baby and a dog and we had enough room for everyone. Also I would like to thank his owner who is very kind.
