The apartment is exactly as described in the announcement. It is spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for vacation. We stayed there for a week and immensely enjoyed it. It is located in the center of town and close to all the amenities and beaches by foot. All the necessary appliances, water, gas, electricity, plus free internet are at your disposal. Ample parking nearby. A separate thanks to the owner and manager of the apartment, Antonio. He is very welcoming, accommodating, professional, and attentive to any request you have. Upon arrival he helped us with our luggage, gave us recommendations and directions to beautiful beaches and fantastic excursions, was available at any moment of the day and answered and accommodated us in any possible way. Thank you, Antonio, for such an enjoyable stay in beautiful Sardinia! I highly recommend this property to all vacation seekers.
I rented the apartment for 2 weeks in August and I had a great time, the photographs are real and the owner and his collaborator were kind and present for any needs. I was very good.

Functional and well maintained house. It is at the entrance of the village, easily reachable on foot in 15 minutes. Quiet, cool location and equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. Cinzia was very helpful, even for unexpected busy office hours. Casa funzionale e ben tenuta. È all'entrata del paese, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi in 15 minuti. Posizione tranquilla, fresca e dotata di tutto il necessario, compresa lavatrice. Cinzia è stata molto disponibile, anche per imprevisti florida orario d'ufficio. L'unica cosa che un po ci è mancata è stato il non poter sfruttare la veranda almeno per la colazione: sarebbe stato comodo un piccolo tavolino.

House equipped with the necessary to spend a pleasant holiday. Very close to the sea with free beach and splendid sea. Beautiful garden and veranda where you can eat outside. Very quiet area surrounded by greenery. I traveled with my husband and our two daughters. We are very satisfied.
Casa dotata del necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Vicinissima al mare con spiaggia libera e mare splendido. Bello il giardino e la veranda dove poter mangiare all'aperto. Zona molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde.

We stayed between 7/22/2023 - 8/5/2023. The apartment complies with what is described in the announcement, very fresh, to close the windows at night (as someone else wrote in another review). Excellent location: close to the port beach and the main commercial services. The bathroom is Czech but the extractor fan works great. The shower is also very comfortable. I confirm that it is possible to take 4 showers in a row for 4 people despite the fact that there is a boiler for hot water. In the morning you wake up with the smell of the sea, perhaps a little windy for some, but Isola Rossa is not as windy as other areas of Sardinia.
We thank the owners for their hospitality and courtesy. We hope to return next year.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo 22/7/2023 - 5/8/2023. L'appartamento è conforme a quanto decritto nell'annuncio, molto fresco, da chiudere i vetri di notte (come scriveva qualcun altro in altra recensione). Ottima la posizione: vicina alla spiaggia del porto e ai principali servizi commerciali. Il bagno è ceco ma l'aspiratore funziona benissimo. La doccia poi è comodissima. Confermo che si riescono a fare 4 docce di seguito in 4 persone nonostante ci sia il boiler per l'acqua calda.
La mattina ti svegli con l'odore del mare, forse per alcuni un po' ventoso, ma Isola Rossa non è così ventosa come altre zone della Sardegna.
Ringraziamo i proprietari per l'ospitalità e la cortesia.
Speriamo di ritornarci l'anno prossimo.

Die Ferienunterkunft entspricht der genannten Beschreibung sehr gut. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und hat ebenfalls ein sehr gepflegtes und liebevoll gestaltetes Grundstück. Alles wird stets sauber gehalten, der Pool täglich gereinigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben dort einen wirklich schönen Urlaub verbracht.
Beautiful house in an excellent and convenient location for the sea and the evening stroll. We had no parking problems. The house is cared for in the furniture and furnishings, I found the sofa uncomfortable and would recommend replacing it. I missed some natural light due to the fact that there was little privacy when opening the blinds.
Bella casa in una posizione eccellente e comoda per il mare e la passeggiata serale. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio. La casa è curata nel mobilio e nelle suppellettili, ho trovato il divano scomodo e consiglierei di sostituirlo. Mi è mancata un po’ di luce naturale dovuta al fatto che aprendo le persiane c’era poca privacy.
We stayed for a week in Mr. Fernando and we really enjoyed it, the house is located in a quiet but convenient location, close to the beaches and the town of Isola Rossa, both can be reached in less than five minutes. The house is practical and functional, the only flaw is the small bathroom. The view from the garden is super, we admired beautiful sunsets over the sea. We will definitely be back if we get the chance!
Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nella casa del sig. Fernando e siamo stati veramente bene, la casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla ma comoda, vicina alle spiagge ed al paese di Isola Rossa, in meno di cinque minuti si raggiungono entrambi. La casa è pratica e funzionale, l’unica pecca è il bagno un po’ piccolo. La vista dal giardino di casa è super, abbiamo ammirato dei bellissimi tramonti sul mare. Se avremo l’occasione torneremo sicuramente!

Very nice and comfortable house. We rented it for a week and were very happy with it. We didn't even suffer from the heat. Its location is excellent, in a very quiet area of Isola Rossa which faces the small port of the town and from which you can reach the beach on foot. In addition, the owners were very kind and helpful. Definitely to be repeated!
Casa molto carina e confortevole. L'abbiamo affittata per una settimana e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Non abbiamo sofferto neanche il caldo. La sua posizione è ottima, in una zona dell'Isola Rossa molto tranquilla che risulta di fronte al piccolo porto della cittadina e da cui si può raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi. Inoltre i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente da ripetere!
A few days ago we finished our holidays in Isola Rossa, with my husband and my girls. This apartment is absolutely comfortable, clean, well equipped and very comfortable since in a quiet location but still very close to everything: beaches within walking distance, minimarkets, restaurants and bars. Very kind and helpful owners. The veranda has a wonderful view and the house is very cool! I hope to return to this location and above all to be able to return to stay with Mr. Franco who deserves 5 stars !!!!!!!
Abbiamo terminato da pochi giorni le nostre vacanze a Isola Rossa, con mio marito e le mie bimbe. Questo appartamento è assolutamente confortevole, pulito, ben attrezzato e molto comodo poiché in posizione tranquilla ma comunque vicinissimo a tutto: spiaggie a pochi passi, minimarket, ristoranti e bar. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. La veranda ha una vista meravigliosa e la casa è molto fresca! Spero di tornare in questa località e soprattutto di poter tornare a soggiornare dal sig. Franco che merita 5 stelle!!!!!!!
We were 6 girls and we stayed in this apartment for 7 nights, we had a very good, well-stocked apartment with a great location, located in the center of Santa Teresa. Very kind owner, I would gladly stay there again in the future.

Excellent location, apartment very close to both the Rena Bianca beach than in the center of S. Teresa. Dear owners. New and clean apartment. We suggest changing a couple of breakfast cups that have broken handles and providing the flat with a juicer to dry the salad.

The house is delightful and most importantly very clean. The location is perfect to reach any destination: city center, roads leading to the sea, port, supermarkets. Cinzia was very kind, she gave us lots of advice and was always available for any request. Thank you! We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

A pochi passi dal centro di Santa Teresa, dai negozi, dalla marina.
