I spent 2 weeks in August in this house with my family and I had a very good time, I would add that it is also convenient to the beaches and shopping points.

Very nice apartment, well equipped with all amenities and very clean. Ideally located close to shops and the fine sandy beach. The supermarket is less than 50 meters from the apartment. The private car park located in the basement is suitable for parking a medium-sized SUV. The owner is nice and helpful. I highly recommend renting this apartment. Small points of improvement: The bathroom sink faucet is not very practical When I take a shower, a small amount of water leaks out of the tub divider.

Une vue magnifique sur le port Vauban, dans une résidence entièrement sécurisée (intégralement fermée, avec vidéoprotection), une grande piscine, appartement entièrement fonctionnel, rien à redire. Very comfortable accommodation, clean, good bedding, very nicely decorated, spacious enough for 4 people. Comfortable and new sofa bed. Everything you need is on site, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, freezer, etc... the veranda is a real plus and greatly enlarges the apartment. Heating and air conditioning present, but not necessary for us. Very significant parking space in Cannes, no need to use the car, everything can be done on foot from the apartment. Train and bus within walking distance, beach very close. Everything is perfect, nothing to complain about.
Logement très confortable, propre, bonne literie, très joliment décoré, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes. Canapé-lit confortable et neuf. Tout le nécessaire est sur place, machine à laver le linge, micro-onde, machine à café, congélateur, etc... la véranda est un vrai plus et aggrandit beaucoup l'appartement. Chauffage et climatisation présents, mais pas nécessaire pour nous. Place de parking très appréciable à Cannes, pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture, tout peut se faire à pieds depuis l'appartement. Train et bus à distance de marche, plage très proche. Tout est parfait, rien à redire.
Gino Saluto is an exceptional, friendly and discreet host. I had the honor of staying a week in his beautiful apartment, it lacks nothing apart from being very large for that area of France. The most important thing for me is that there was parking inside with my numbered place, a huge terrace with a table, deck chairs and a view of the sea. Nothing is missing inside the apartment. Air conditioning, heating, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, kettle, fridge, induction hob, flat pans. The house is located just fifteen minutes from the Juan les Pains train station. But there are also buses a hundred meters from the house. Wonderful holiday also to the availability of Gino. Very kind person, I hope to spend a month instead of just a week. Gino Saluto è un host eccezionale, amichevole e discreto. Ho avuto l'onore di soggiornare una settimana nel suo bellissimo appartamento, non manca nulla a parte essere grandissimo per quella zona della Francia. La cosa per me più importante è che c'era il parcheggio all'interno con il mio posto numerato, un terrazzo enorme con tavolino, sdraie e vista sul mare. All'interno dell'appartamento non manca nulla. Aria condizionata, riscaldamento, la cucina è attrezzata di forno a microonde, bollitore, frigo, piastra ad induzione, tegami piatti . La casa si trova a soli quindici minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria Juan les Pains. Ma ci sono anche autobus a cento metri dalla casa. Vacanza meravigliosa anche alla disponibilità di Gino. Persona gentilissima, spero di passarci un mese invece di una sola settimana. Grazie mille Silvano I.

We love the neighborhood where all the shops, cafes and restaurants coexist. There is a beautiful terrace equipped for sunbathing. Nous adorons le quartier où cohabitent tous les commerces les cafés et les restaurants.
Il y a une belle terrasse équipée pour prendre le soleil.
En plus la possibilité de garer sa voiture juste devant l’app chose rare à Nice-ville.
La propriétaire est réactive et très à l’écoute.
Bref enchantés de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons!

Very nice apartment as advertised. It would be nice if there was also a microwave oven and a large awning on the terrace (provided by the owner) because we could not unfold the large parasol. The neighborhood is convenient and everything is close at hand.
Très bel appartement conforme à l'annonce. Ce serait bien qu'il y ait en plus un four à micro-ondes et un grand store sur la terrasse (prévu par la propriétaire) car nous n'avons pas pu déplier le grand parasol. Le quartier est pratique et tout est à portée de main.
