I thank Mr Nadio for the warm welcome and availability during the week stay ... the house corresponds in all respects to the description and location is great for a family (we were 3 adults and 5 children), the sea is less than 2 minutes walk and is located in the center (near you can find anything from newsstand to the supermarket, restaurants, ...) ... excellent also the fact that every room television (useful for those who have sons) ... thank Ramon

Nadio per l'ottima accoglienza e disponibilità durante la settimana di permanenza ... la casa corrisponde in tutto e per tutto alla descrizione ed è ottima per posizione per famiglie (noi eravamo 3 adulti con 5 bambini), il mare dista a meno di 2 minuti a piedi e si trova in pieno centro (vicino si trova di tutto dall'edicola al supermercato, ristoranti, ...) ... ottimo anche il fatto di avere in ogni stanza la televisione (utilissimo per chi ha figli) ... grazie Ramon
A wonderful place to spend an unforgettable holiday. House located near the sea and at the same time you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation as the house is located in a beautiful cool and shaded pine forest in the middle of the hill. I wholeheartedly recommend and would happily return for another holiday.
Un posto meraviglioso, dove trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile. Casa situata vicino al mare e nello stesso momento si può godere di tranquillità e relax visto che la casa è situata in una bellissima pineta fresca e ombreggiate in mezzo alla collina. Raccomando a cuore aperto e tornerei volentieri per un altra vacanza.
We have just returned from a dream vacation in this fantastic place. Valentina and Marco are 2 wonderful hosts, we had a great time, we will definitely be back. The house is in a superfavorable position both for a beach holiday ... and for getting around to visit all the wonderful places found in the inland areas of Tuscany. TOP holiday !!! Valentina e Marco sono 2 padroni di casa stupendi, ci siamo trovati benissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente.
La casa è in una posizione superfavorevole sia per una vacanza di mare...sia per spostarsi a visitare tutti i luoghi meravigliosi che si trovano nelle zone interne della Toscana.

Well maintained and clean house, in a very quiet environment, with a very livable outdoor space. Being in the countryside, there is the presence of mosquitoes and gnats. Very comfortable washing machine! Valentina is a hostess available to advice.
Casa ben tenuta e pulita, in un ambiente molto tranquillo, con spazio esterno ben vivibile. Essendo in campagna, c'è la presenza di zanzare e moscerini. Lavatrice comodissima!

Our stay was really pleasant. Clean house in a very nice and relaxing environment. The hosts proved to be very kind and very available. If we had had time we would have stopped a lot longer !! We will replicate the experience as soon as possible. I take this opportunity to thank Mrs. Valentina and her family.

Cosy, fresh and well kept. Furnished and finished with good taste and details typical of Tuscan farmhouses. equipped and clean accommodation. Located in a quiet and surrounded by a beautiful garden, well-positioned to explore Tuscany and the sea. Owners very welcoming and reserved. We were happy with our stay and highly recommend it.

We were very comfortable at the home of Valentina and Marco. This is in a great location, from where you can admire both the well-cultivated land that the architectural jewel of Casale Marittimo that stands on top of the hill. Among the pines blows always a nice cool breeze, even during the hottest hours, and you can really rest in absolute tranquility and privacy. The apartment is fully equipped and is furnished with taste and refined details that make your stay even more enjoyable. A few kilometers away there are many possibilities to go to the beach and then return happily at home where you are just fine. In short, a great experience and a very kind hospitality from Mrs. Valentina. Highly recommended!
Siamo stati molto bene a casa di Valentina e Marco. Questa si trova in una posizione fantastica, dalla quale si possono ammirare sia la campagna ben coltivata che il gioiello architettonico di Casale Marittimo che svetta sulla cima della collina.
Tra i pini marittimi soffia sempre un bel vento fresco, anche nelle ore più calde, e ci si può riposare davvero in assoluta tranquillità e riservatezza. L'appartamento è perfettamente attrezzato ed è arredato con gusto e particolari raffinati che rendono il soggiorno ancor più piacevole. A pochi chilometri ci sono tante possibilità per andare in spiaggia e poi tornare volentieri a casa dove si sta proprio bene. Insomma, un'ottima esperienza ed una gentilissima ospitalità da parte della signora Valentina. Consigliatissimo!
