It is a beautiful holiday home with a great garden with lots of space. The seating on the terrace, which is covered by a bright green canopy of leaves, is great. In the garden there is a corner for everyone where you can really relax. The pool with its sunbathing area also invites you to relax. The takeover and return went smoothly. The price is very fair. Paying a guarantee was new to me, but was repaid immediately after the end of the rental period.
Es ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einem tollen Garten mit viel Platz. Toll sind die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse, die von einem hellgrün leuchtendem Blätterdach überdeckt sind. Im Garten gibt es für jeden eine Ecke, wo man so richtig entspannen kann. Auch der Pool lädt mit Liegefläche zum Entspannen ein. Die Übernahme und Rückgabe lief problemlos ab. Der Preis ist sehr fair. Eine Bürgschaft einzuzahlen war für mich neu, wurde aber sofort nach Mietende zurückgezahlt.
Magnificent estate, very pleasant house, very well maintained garden, perfect swimming pool. The house is very close to the different activities that can be done.. The creek is a real treat!

Our holidays in Bandol were fantastic, Bernard's house is functional, nothing is missing! It was my fifth lease of M. Grobert's house, with my daughter, my handsome son, and my grandson (now eleven years old). Obviously, we love it. The house is well equipped and in perfect condition. The site is very beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, and super quiet. The village and beach are within easy reach (ten minutes walk). In short, it is recommended.
C'était ma cinquième location de la maison de M. Grobert, avec ma fille, mon beau fils, et mon petit fils (qui maintenant a onze ans). Évidemment, on l'adore. La maison est bien équipée et en état parfait. Le site est très beau., entouré des vignobles, et super tranquille. Le village et la plage sont facilement accessibles (dix minutes à pied). En bref, on la recommande.

We were delighted with this property beautiful and warm weather. Some Mistral the first week. Well maintained pool. Spacious, well planted outside, peaceful corner quietly. To get to the beach 15 minutes walk, just to clarify that it is true that very dangerous road for about 300m turn and no sidewalk. Very beautiful place. Nearby creeks etc. ....

Pour ce rendre à la plage 15 minutes de marche, juste à préciser qu'il est vrai que la route et très dangereuse sur environ 300m virage et pas de trottoir.

Very pleasant, quiet, space, security was all waiting for you. Very nice cove for swimming and jumping rocks and do not forget the bowling nearby (just behind the villa). Despite a slightly dated interior is very nice rental recommended.
Séjour très agréable, tranquillité, espace, sécurité tout était au rendez vous. Crique très sympa pour la nage et les sauts des rochers et n'oublions pas le terrain de pétanque à proximité (juste derrière la villa). Malgré un intérieur un peu vieillot c'est très belle location à recommandée.
Very spacious, beautiful garden among vineyards, beautiful space unfenced. As mentioned in other reviews, access on foot to the village is not ideal, a small portion is directly across the road without sidewalks. Garden furniture and pergola are very nice, the pool is lovely. Water too cold for us, perhaps because it is often shaded. We recommend this house, close to the action while Cassis quiet and airy.

Comme mentionné dans d'autres commentaires, l'accès à pied jusqu'au village n'est pas idéal, un petit tronçon se fait directement sur la route, sans trottoir.
Les meubles de jardin et la pergola sont très agréables, la piscine est jolie. L'eau un peu trop froide pour nous, peut-être parce qu'elle est souvent ombragée.
Nous recommanderions cette maison, proche de l'animation de Cassis tout en étant calme et aérée.

Superb location in space level, tranquility, security ... Access to a small creek and very nice villa very well located for the tennis court, petanque (just behind the villa), and just between Bandol and St Cyr 5 min still remains a downside: a small refresh of the interior would be necessary (decor and furniture) and everything will be perfect. We had a beautiful home with a bouquet of flowers and a high availability of the owner, has close to help. Very nice location ...

Accès a une petite crique très sympatique et villa très bien situé par rapport au court de tennis, terrain de pétanque (juste derrière la villa); et juste entre bandol et saint cyr à 5 min
reste tout de même un point négatif : un petit raffraichissement de l'intérieur serait nécessaire (déco et mobilier) et tout sera parfait.
Nous avons eu un superbe accueil avec un bouquet de fleur et une grande disponibilité du propriétaire, près a nous rendre service.
Très belle location ...
