The house is exactly as shown in the photos and as described by the owner by phone. Simple furniture, but fully functional and suitable for an apartment for a rented beach house. the outdoor space is very large and well liveable. The house has a parking space. The location is very strategic to reach the beaches on foot or to take the car and move around. Mr. Girolamo and family are extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.
La casa è esattamente come da foto e come descritta dal proprietario telefonicamente. Arredo semplice, ma perfettamente funzionante e adatto ad un appartamento per una casa al mare in affitto. lo spazio esterno è molto ampio e ben vivibile. La casa è dotata di posto auto. La posizione è molto strategica per raggiungere le spiagge anche a piedi o per prendere la macchina e spostarsi.

We stayed with another family in this beautiful chalet ..... Excellent location with veranda on the town square and with a nice healthy walk you could reach the slopes in very little time. The chalet was warm and welcoming, well cleaned and equipped with all comforts ... The owner Anthony always available for any problem ... The chalet located in the center of Camigliatello is convenient for shopping, reaching restaurants, participating in the various festivals that they organized during our stay. The ski fields are very close. Fantastic excursions that we did with the precious guide of an expert who illustrated and explained the secrets and stories of the places. Lo chalet situato al centro di Camigliatello è comodo per fare shopping, raggiungere luoghi di ristorazione, partecipare alle diverse sagre che hanno organizzato durante il nostro soggiorno. Molto vicini i campi da sci.
Fantastiche le escursioni che abbiamo fatto anche con la guida preziosa di un esperto che ci ha illustrato e spiegato i segreti e le storie dei luoghi. Lo chalet ampio centralissimo e pulito, curato nei più particolari dettagli ci ha abbracciati e coccolati come solo una bella casa di montagna sa fare. First of all, beautiful place, friendly people. The owners were very kind and extremely available throughout making us miss absolutely nothing. In that week I felt it was to stay at home as if we were a family. An evening of pizza, poker and why not even one Spaghettino garlic and chili oil that could not miss. Absolutely to be redone. Innanzitutto posto bellissimo, persone cordiali. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi su tutto facendoci mancare assolutamente niente. In quella settimana mi è sembrato di stare a casa come se fossimo una famiglia. Serata di pizza, di poker e perchè no anche di uno spaghettino aglio olio e peperoncino che non poteva mancare. Assolutamente da rifare. Grazie ancora di tutto
