beautiful penthouse with wonderful views of the pine forest and the sea. Equipped with air conditioner, washing machine and hairdryer. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The only small drawback is the shower cubicle a bit narrow but otherwise the accommodation is very comfortable. New elevator. The owner and the lady who welcomed us were really kind.

Raccomando questo appartamento molto ampio in zona centrale ed immerso nella Pineta.
Ottimo per le famiglie con tutti i confort necessari.
Si potrebbe migliorare nell'arredamento per avere un voto eccellente.
I stayed in the attic Pineta from 17/8 to 31/8; the apartment is very comfortable and the strengths are the terrace surrounding the house overlooking both the pine forest and the sea, the 2 bedrooms with their 2 bathrooms and the spaces and the location with the center and the sea. The apartment was also very clean on our arrival. A special praise goes to the very helpful and kind owner. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
Ho soggiornato nell'attico Pineta dal 17/8 al 31/8; l'appartamento è molto confortevole e i punti di forza sono il terrazzo che circonda la casa affacciato sia sulla pineta che sul mare, le 2 camere con i rispettivi 2 bagni e gli spazi e la posizione con il centro e il mare. L'appartamento era anche molto pulito al nostro arrivo.
Un elogio speciale va alla proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile.

We found a great modern cozy apartment. Our highlighte was the super big terrace. The landlady was always super nice and friendly. A special praise the manager has earned. We stayed in this fantastic apartment for a week and had a great time, it is 5 minutes walk from the center of maritime Milan and 3 minutes walk from the beach. The house has a large terrace with a fabulous view over the whole city, very well kept inside with comfortable beds and air conditioners in 2 rooms. Ms. Baracchini, owner of the house, is very kind and very helpful.
Abbiamo alloggiato in questo fantastico appartamento per una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene, si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Milano marittima e a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.
La casa dispone di un ampio terrazzo con una vista favolosa su tutta la città, molto curata anche al suo interno con letti comodi e condizionatori in ben 2 stanze.
Gentilissima e molto disponibile la Sig.na Baracchini, proprietaria della casa.
The apartment is in a very quiet and close to the sea, spacious and comfortable both in furnishing and in the present equipment. The owner proved to be always available, even though she was not nearby. I recommend it as an excellent solution for the holiday.

The apartment conforms to the description. Clean, bright, fresh and equipped with every comfort, which makes you feel at home. Located in a quiet position, close to a lush pine forest but very close to the sea and the center, reachable with a pleasant walk. The area is served by public transport and can also be reached by bus from the big cities (the stop is close to the center). And if everything goes right during the stay, the merit is of Mrs. Raffaella-the owner- that provides guests with professionalism, kindness and availability.
L'appartamento è conforme alla descrizione. Pulito, luminoso, fresco e dotato di ogni confort, che ti fa sentire come a casa. Ubicato in posizione tranquilla, a ridosso di una rigogliosa pineta ma vicinissimo al mare ed al centro, raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata. La zona è servita da mezzi pubblici ed è raggiungibile anche con i pullman dalle grandi città (La fermata é vicino al centro) . E se tutto va per il verso giusto durante il soggiorno, il merito è della sig.a Raffaella -la proprietaria- che mette a disposizione degli ospiti professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità.
Mrs Tesei is very professional, precise, friendly and helpful. The house is gorgeous, new, well-maintained, equipped with every comfort. The location is spectacular, one step from the center and the sea. We thank the owner and we hope to spend another holiday period at Villa Norma soon.

As expressed also to the owner, it was a perfect stay. Top location. Very bright, large, airy apartment. There is air conditioning but it has not been used because the apartment is very cool. Clean apartment with new kitchen equipment (sink, oven and stove). Washing machine. Armed with what you need. We also found products to clean the apartment. Hand soap in the bathrooms, plastic tablecloth for dining. Rooms with new and comfortable mattresses. Wifi only in the room as communicated to me by the owner on the phone but fully functional (I worked thanks to wifi all week) There is also a clothesline with clothes peg supply. Lots of wardrobes and spaces where to arrange things. 2 bathrooms, only one with tub / shower. Also in the bathroom sink with comfortable drawer cabinet, useful for arranging bathroom products and hair dryers. The apartment has 4 balconies. Convenient location: 5 'minutes walk from the pedestrian zone and 10' to get to the beach. There is a pizzeria / restaurant in front of the house which also does takeaway. Parking space is provided. in conclusiontop rating and would definitely go back. Very helpful and kind owners

Appartamento molto luminoso, grande, arieggiato. C'è l'aria condizionata ma non è stata utilizzata perché l'appartamento è molto fresco. Appartamento pulito e con attrezzatura cucina nuove (lavello, forno e fornelli). Lavatrice.
Munito di ciò che serve. Abbiamo trovato anche prodotti per pulire l'appartamento. Sapone per le mani nei bagni, tovaglia in plastica per pranzare.
Camere con materassi nuovi e confortevoli.
Wifi solo in sala come comunicatomi dal proprietario al telefono ma perfettamente funzionante (io ho lavorato grazie al wifi tutta la settimana)
E' presente anche stendibiancheria con fornitura di mollette.
Tanti armadi e spazi dove sistemare le cose.
2 bagni di cui solo uno con vasca/doccia. Anche in bagno lavandino con comodissimo mobiletto a cassetti, utile per sistemare i prodotti bagno e phon.
L'appartamento dispone di 4 balconi.
Posizione comodissima : 5' minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale e 10' per arrivare alla spiaggia.
C'è una pizzeria/ristorante di fronte alla casa che fa anche asporto.
E' previsto posto auto.
Insomma valutazione massima e ci tornerei senz'altro. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili
