The 76sqm non-smoking holiday flat with separate entrance has 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200), 1 bedroom with double bed (180x190), 1 bedroom separate beds (90x190, 90x200) an additional cot would be possible. In the living room (newly renovated in 2022) there is a large dining area and a sofa, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4-plate cooker, coffee maker). The first supply of bed linen, hand and bath towels and all additional costs as well as a garage are included. The wide balcony offers table and seating and the terrace is furnished with garden furniture. Sunbeds are available for the sunbathing lawn and there are swings for the little guests. We offer a bread roll service and a shopping service before arrival.
