Bright, spacious and comfortable rental and above all very well equipped, also meeting the needs of a large family we were 4 adults and 4 young children. The pool area was perfect, well thought out. The owners very welcoming and friendly. Excellent location to enjoy and discover this part of Morbihan. We intend to go back and talk about it to our acquaintances.

We have just returned from a week's holiday with the family in this magnificent house. It is very well maintained and very functional. The kindness of the owners when we arrived was a real added value, they do everything they can to ensure that we have a good holiday: brochures available, toys for the children, barbecue... honestly everything is there! The children also loved spending a week in the house, the swimming pool is a real plus. They even said that they would go back with their own children when they are adults!!! We recommend 200%
Nous revenons d'une semaine de vacances passées en famille dans cette magnifique maison. Elle est très bien entretenue et très fonctionnelle. La gentillesse des propriétaires lors de notre arrivée a été une vraie valeur ajoutée, ils mettent tout en oeuvre pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances: brochures à disposition, jouets pour les enfants, barbecue... honnêtement tout y est! Les enfants ont également adoré passé une semaine dans la maison, la piscine est un vrai plus. Ils ont même dit qu'ils y retourneraient avec leurs propres enfants quand ils seront adultes!!! Nous recommandons à 200%
Very friendly owners welcome. The house is ideally located 15 minutes walk from the center and the beach. Well decorated, spacious house with a beautiful terrace in front of the swimming pool. In this house you will not go wanting, there are all the kitchen utensils you need as well as a small library and children's games. At your disposal 2 bikes with helmet, ball, fries for the pool ect ... I recommend this rental.
Accueil par des propriétaires très sympathique. La maison est idéalement situé à 15 mn à pieds du centre et de la plage. Maison bien décorée, spacieuse avec une belle terrasse devant la piscine. Dans cette maison, vous ne manquerez de rien, il y a tous les ustensiles de cuisine que vous avez besoin ainsi qu'une petite bibliothèque et des jeux pour enfants. A votre dispositions 2 vélos avec casque, ballon, frites pour la piscine ect... Je recommande cette location.

Excellent stay in Etel, thanks to the warm welcome of Mr. and Mrs. B. Very functional house (ideal for families with small children), very well maintained, and with a level of equipment at the top! The residence (recent) is quiet - few neighbors present during our stay. Etel is a charming Breton village that has preserved its authenticity. Everything is there to spend a good Breton holiday with family or friends!

Etel est un charmant village breton qui a su conserver son authenticité.

Very beautiful house of character located in a picturesque village, in the heart of the land of megaliths, on the edge of a forest. and a few minutes from Erdeven beach. The house is very well equipped and you can take full advantage of the garden to relax, have lunch or (and) dinner when the weather is nice, which was our case. From the village of Keroret, several hiking trails allow you to discover the surrounding countryside and an interesting rural heritage (chapels, wash houses, fountains) and of course dolmens, alignments of menhirs and cromlech which in some way mark out all these paths. I highly recommend this rental.
Très belle maison de caractère située dans un village pittoresque, au coeur du pays des mégalithes, à la lisière d'une forêt. et à quelques minutes de la plage d'Erdeven.
La maison est très bien équipée et l'on peut profiter pleinement du jardin pour se détendre, déjeuner ou (et) dîner quand la météo est clémente ce qui fut notre cas.
A partir du village de Keroret, plusieurs sentiers pedestres permettent de découvrir la campagne environnante et un intéressant patrimoine rural (chapelles, lavoirs, fontaines) et bien sûr dolmens, alignements de menhirs et cromlech qui balisent en quelque sorte tous ces chemins.
Je recommande vivement cette location.

Rental this summer between friends (8 adults and 5 children), the house corresponds perfectly to the description and is a beautiful place to live where we had a very good stay. Ideally located in a quiet area on the edge of a pretty castle park but close to everything you need and the beaches (5-10 minutes by car). We recommend without hesitation.

We had a very pleasant stay over the long Pentecost weekend in this pleasant rustic house. This one is particularly spacious to accommodate a large family, we had a good time there as well as in the garden to rest and also play table tennis. Claude was perfect for stewardship, friendly and available. The only downside, the kitchen was not clean (crockery, dishes and utensils poorly washed - strong smell of fish in the fridge - freezer not cleaned) But that won't stop us from coming back if the opportunity presents itself!!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour le long week-end de Pentecôte dans cette agréable maison rustique. Celle-ci est particulièrement spacieuse pour accueillir une grande famille, nous y avons passé du bon temps ainsi que dans le jardin pour nous poser et aussi jouer au ping-pong.
Claude a été parfait pour l’intendance, sympathique et disponible.
Le seul bémol, la cuisine n’était pas propre (vaisselle, plats et ustensiles mal lavés - forte odeur de poisson dans le réfrigérateur - congélateur non nettoyé)
Mais cela ne nous empêchera de revenir si l’occasion se représente !!

This house is perfect for getting together with the family. We were wonderfully welcomed by Michel who gave us lots of information about the house and the activities around. He was very vigilant that everything went well. The welcome on site was also perfect. The house is very spacious, there is all the necessary comfort, many bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is very complete and the large garden is very pleasant. We were also able to enjoy the beach, Erdeven is ideally located geographically. And the local shops are at the top. We had a great weekend, I recommend without hesitation.
