We greatly appreciated the location of the apartment. Close to the beach and shops. No problem to park for the last fortnight of July (free parking behind the residence). Lively city during the day and quiet at night. The apartment is fully consistent with the description: very clean, well equipped (even if some appliances are a bit aging: everything works). There is everything you need. Towels are changed twice a week and sheets once. We thank Maria for her welcome (small attentions on our arrival as well as on our departure (water, wine, fruit, etc.), her advice and her discretion. Thank you for this stay!!! ?
Nous avons énormément apprécié la situation de l’appartement. Proximité de la plage et des commerces. Pas de problème pour se garer pour la dernière quinzaine de juillet (parking gratuit derrière la résidence). Ville animée la journée et calme le soir.
L’appartement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif : très propre, bien équipé (même si certains électroménagers sont un peu vieillissants : tout fonctionne). Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Les serviettes sont changées 2 fois par semaine et les draps 1 fois.
Nous remercions Maria pour son accueil (petites attentions à notre arrivée ainsi qu’à notre départ (eau, vin, fruits ….) ses conseils et sa discrétion.

It may not be the newest interior, but all the trimmings and neat. Maria is a very good hostess, very nice, very helpful, easily accessible and very reliable. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Everything for the beach and the pool (at the apartment) was present, beach towels, parasol, cool box. Price/quality ratio is fine.
Het is misschien niet het nieuwste interieur, maar alles erop en eraan en netjes. Maria is een heel goede gastvrouw, heel aardig, heel behulpzaam, goed bereikbaar en heel betrouwbaar. Het appartement ligt op 5 min lopen van het strand. Alles voor het strand en het zwembad (bij het appartement) was aanwezig, badlakens, parasol, koelbox. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is prima.

Housing completely in line with the description whose strong point is to be located 150 m from the sea! However, the nights are noisy. By closing the windows it can go provided that it is not too hot! Otherwise the owner is available and friendly. I recommend this accommodation.
Logement tout à fait conforme au descriptif dont le point fort est d être situé à 150 m de la mer ! Par contre, les nuits y sont bruyantes. En fermant les fenêtres ça peut aller à condition qu'il ne fasse pas trop chaud !
Sinon la propriétaire est disponible et avenante.

Apartment very well located, in new condition, with all the comfort conditions interior and exterior for the passage of a pleasant and quiet holiday, as happened. Mr. Fernando R. was inexhaustible, with a cordial, simple and efficient treatment, he transmitted to me from the beginning, total confidence, revealing himself a person who was pleasant to know. So I appreciate all the availability revealed and I think to enjoy the same situation again at another time.

Spacious and very clean apartment where nothing is missing. The installation of double glazing would seem essential because the noise of the street at night is difficult - this district is very animated and very close to a magnificent beach. The apartment is very nice, the rooms are spacious, especially the double. The kitchen and living room give onto a very good terrace to enjoy and to dine with tranquility and sight on the Carvoeiro. Mr. Ribeiro very friendly welcomed us super well, giving all indications about the apartment. In summary, a good apartment without doubt, well equipped, like new!
O apartamento é muito bom, os quartos são espaçosos, principalmente o de casal. A cozinha e sala dão para um terraço muito bom para aproveitar e fazer as refeições com tranquilidade e vista sobre o Carvoeiro.
O Sr. Ribeiro muito simpático acolheu-nos super bem, dando todas as indicações sobre o apartamento.

Apartment very well located, clean and well equipped. We had a little cold at night and just two blankets for three beds. We had a great time.

the apartment was as advertised, everything was great. the only drawback was that there is no sun at this season on the balcony. for this reason, I can recommend the apartment only limited further.
