The location and room layout was perfect. Small things affected an overall rating of "very satisfied". A rushing water noise could be heard throughout the day in the living room and bathroom, which the landlord attributed to the function of the vapor extractor. The refrigerator did not work. A refrigerator was brought in on the second day of vacation in the morning, which was then replaced with a working refrigerator in the evening. What is somewhat unfortunate in this context is that the landlord does not speak German or English. Finally, it should be mentioned that there was only one toilet brush for two toilets, which has seen better days and should therefore be replaced.
Die Lage und Raumaufteilung war perfekt. Kleinigkeiten beinträchtigten eine Gesamtbewertung mit "sehr zufrieden". Ein Wasserrauschen war in den gesamten Tagen im Wohnzimmer und Bad zu hören, das der Vermieter mit der Funktion des Wrasenabzuges begründete.. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Es wurde am 2. Urlaubstag morgens ein Kühlschrank gebracht, der wiedertum abends gegen einen funktionierenden Kühlschrank ausgetauscht wurde. Etwas ungünstig ist in diesem Zusammenhang, dass der Vermieter nicht Deutsch oder Englisch spricht. Abschließend sei noch erwähnt, dass für 2 Toiletten nur eine Toilettenbürste vorhanden war, die auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat und demzufolge ausgetauscht werden sollte.
I had a great vacation in this beautiful little cozy studio close to everything and with a magnificent landscape, sea view. The organization for the reception of the keys is simple, the time of arrival is easy, the contacts with the owner of the place is fluid, I highly recommend. I was very satisfied with my vacation.

Very good communication with the landlord, correct handling of the agreement. Apartment is not ultra modern, but everything you need is there and works. The corner apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful view of the square and the hinterland. Practical is also the indoor and safe parking for 2 cars. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which each have 2 bunk beds with desk space. We would rather have had one with a double bed instead Bunk bed, but of course this depends on each family composition. Conclusion, we were very satisfied with the stay, is recommended!

Appartement is niet hypermodern, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er, en functioneert. Het hoekappartement is heel ruim en heeft prachtig uitzicht op het plein en het achterland.
Practisch is ook de inpandige en veilige parkeerplaats voor 2 wagens.
Er zijn 3 ruime slaapkamers waarvan 2 met telkens 2 stapelbedden met bureelruimte. Liiever hadden we een ervan gehad met een dubbel bed ipv
Stapelbed, maar dit hangt natuurlijk af van elke gezinssamenstelling.
Conclusie , wij waren heel tevreden met het verblijf , is een aanrader !

Bonjour, j'ai loué ce bien pour mon fils et ses copains, pour fêter leur bac et ses 18 ans, ils ont été à plopsaqua et plopsaland, la plage, des bars, il ya tout ce qui faut sur place, l'appartement est très bien avec une jolie vue mer, et le proprio est très sympa.

The rental was more than pleasant. The bedding is nickel and the apartment is super well equipped including a dishwasher, vacuum cleaner and all the equipment and products necessary for cleaning. We are very close to the sea. At the slightest problem, we can contact the owner who answers us very quickly. The apartment is also equipped with shutters which is not negligible by the heat we experienced!
La location fût plus qu'agréable. La literie est nickel et l'appartement est hyper bien équipé avec notamment lave-vaiselle, aspirateur et tous le matériel et produit nécessaire pour le ménage. Nous sommes très proche de la mer. Au moindre problème, nous pouvons contacter le propriétaire qui nous répond très rapidement. L'appartement est aussi équipé de volets ce qui n'est pas négligeable par les chaleurs que nous avons connu!
Serene setting just in front of the sea, close to the city center for an evening stroll. The children are within sight at the basketball hoop just opposite a few meters. If fate allows me, I would rent this apartment again.
Cadre serein juste en face de la mer, proche du centre ville pour se balader le soir. Les enfants sont à portés de vue au panier de basket juste en face a quelques mètres.
Si le destin me le permet, je relouerais cet appartement même.
