The house is as described. Perfect as space and location. Owner helpful, gave us precise directions. The hamlet of Jovencaux is beautiful. I highly recommend a stay!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this comfortable and welcoming apartment. Located in a quiet hamlet of Sauze d'oulx convenient for walks on shady paths or for trips to beautiful places. To underline the kindness and helpfulness of the owner. Absolutely recommended.
Abbiamo trascorso due splendide settimane in questo confortevole e accogliente appartamento. Situato in una tranquilla frazione di Sauze d'oulx comoda per passeggiate in ombreggiati sentieri o per gite in splendide località. Da sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario. We spent 10 days at this fabulous apartment on the top floor at Jouvenceaux, a hamlet of Sauze d'Oulx. The apartment was as described and on arrival gas and electricity were turned on. Apart from sheets and towels the apartment is complete with everything and you do not have to worry about being cold is the quantity of blankets, for both sets boiler to 20 degrees. Everything was clean and tidy on our arrival. The place is very quiet and cool, and not very crowded (we stayed in Christmas- New Year). A short distance from the house there are the tracks (3 minutes walk) Jouvenceaux, so do not use the machine for the move. There is a convenient free parking close to the apartment (5 minutes walk max), but be careful because in high season there is no more room! Council to leave the car and have it on foot though this is not required. Sauze d'Oulx is also very close (3 km) and usually walked to not lose the parking area, and also to stay in shape! A Jouvenceaux there are bars and restaurants, and even a pizzeria downstairs. There is also a tobacco shop near the car park. But for thesupermarket and shops always climbed in Sauze. For those who may not want to drive, there is a daily bus passes for all major cities to Sestriere. I absolutely recommend, because the price is among the best.
Abbiamo passato 10 giorni in questo favoloso appartamento all'ultimo piano presso Jouvenceaux, frazione di Sauze d'Oulx. L'appartamento era come da descrizione e al nostro arrivo gas e corrente erano accesi. A parte lenzuola e asciugamani l'appartamento è completo di tutto e non ci si deve preoccupare di avere freddo sia per la quantità di coperte, sia per la caldaia imposta a 20 gradi. Il tutto era pulito e ordinato al nostro arrivo. Il luogo è molto tranquillo e fresco, e non molto affollato (abbiamo soggiornato a Natale- Capodanno). A breve distanza dalla casa ci sono le piste (3 minuti a piedi) di Jouvenceaux, quindi non bisogna usare la macchina per gli spostamenti. C'è un comodissimo parcheggio libero vicino all'appartamento (5 minuti a piedi massimo), ma bisogna fare attenzione perché in alta stagione non si trova più posto! Consiglio di lasciare la macchina e farsela a piedi se questa non è necessaria. Anche Sauze d'Oulx è molto vicina (3 km) e di solito andavamo a piedi per non perdere il luogo di parcheggio, e anche per restare in forma! A Jouvenceaux ci sono bar e ristoranti, e anche una pizzeria sotto casa. C'è anche una tabaccheria nei pressi del parcheggio. Ma per il supermercato e i negozi salivamo sempre a Sauze. Per chi non può usare l'auto, c'è un pullman giornaliero che passa per tutte le città principali fino a Sestriere. Consiglio assolutamente, anche perché il prezzo è tra i migliori.
Very good apartment, nice and clean - easy to park the car. Skylift is only three minutes away from the apartment, 15 minutes of walk to the center of Sauze D'Oulx - the only thing mising was Wi-Fi - weather and ski area perfect.
Everything was consistent. The apartment was clean and heated to arrival We keep a good memory of the property for possibly a 2nd time
