We had a very good stay in this large, well-equipped apartment. The two bathrooms are very practical (just provide cooling for the shower..) The large sunny terrace is a plus. We enjoyed the large swimming pool and the nearby beach with its restaurant bar.. To redo

Apartment very well located right next to the beach, less than 1 minute walk, and very well equipped. The owner (Mr. Filipe) was always very efficient in responding to questions asked, as well as throughout the entire rental process. D. Fernanda, who welcomed us in São Martinho to hand over the keys, was also always very helpful and friendly, always available for any support we needed. The only less positive point is Saturday nights in high season, when you can hear the sound of live music at night, coming from the cafe next door, but as it is only on Saturday night it is tolerated well, and we ended up going to watch the band that was playing perform, which ended up not being a problem. Very quiet beach and location with calm sea and good food, I recommend it!
Apartamento muito bem localizado mesmo junto à praia, menos de 1 minuto a caminhar, e muito bem equipado.
O proprietário (Sr. Filipe) foi sempre muito eficaz na resposta às questões colocadas, bem como em todo o processo de arrendamento. A D. Fernanda que nos recebeu em São Martinho para entrega das chaves, também foi sempre muito prestável e simpática, estando sempre disponível para qualquer apoio que necessitássemos.
O único ponto menos positivo são as noites de sábado na época alta, em que se ouve o som de música ao vivo à noite, vinda do café situado ao lado, mas como é apenas na noite de sábado até se tolera bem, e acabámos por ir assistir à atuação da banda que estava a tocar, acabando por não se revelar um problema.
Praia e localidade muito tranquilas com mar calmo e boa comida, recomendo!

We rented this rental to José and Sylvia the owners, we were very well received. They are super warm and pleasant people, we were on vacation with them for 15 days, there is everything in the house to make you feel good and a lot of documentation to guide people during their stay. We even have the towels available, the washing machine. The cleaning was really really good. It is a really good rental, we recommend it. The owners love children. Our children love José and Sylvia, we had a great vacation. This is the first time we have seen such warm and welcoming owners who do everything to make us comfortable. We highly recommend rental. For us, it is with enormous regret that we will not be able to come back next year because we will never find the same rental and super nice and really warm owners. A big thank you to José and Sylvia for welcoming us and the great vacation we had with the children. Our children did not want to leave and miss José and Sylvia very much. Nous avons loué cette location a José et a Sylvia les propriétaires, nous avons été super bien accueilli. Ils sont des personnes super chaleureuses et agréables, nous avons été en vacances chez eux pendant 15 jours, il y a dans la maison tout pour se se sentir bien et beaucoup de documentation pour guider les personnes pendants leur séjour. Nous avons même les serviettes à disposition, la machine à laver. Le ménage été vraiment vraiment super bien. C'est une location vraiment bien nous la recommandons. Les propriétaires adorent les enfants. Nos enfants adorent José et Sylvia, nous avons passé de super vacances. C'est la première fois que nous voyons des propriétaires aussi chaleureux et accueillants qui font tout pour que nous soyons à l'aise. Nous recommandons fortement la location. Pour nous, c'est avec un énorme regret de pas pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine car nous ne retrouverons jamais la même location et des propriétaires super gentils et vraiment chaleureux. C'est un grand grand merci a José et Sylvia pour nous avoir accueillis et les super vacances que nous avons passé avec les enfants. Nos enfants ne voulaient pas partir et regrettent beaucoup José et Sylvia. Un grand grand merci José et Sylvia pour les quinze jours que nous avons passé dans votre location.
