We had a pleasant stay in this rental located in a very pleasant residence, facing the sea. This apartment is well equipped and has a large covered terrace. The owner is available and the person, present upon our arrival and departure, very friendly. We can only recommend this rental.

The owner of the house is very friendly, he gave us a warm welcome and immediately made us feel at ease. The house is very comfortable, bright, nothing is missing either inside or outside. The furnishings and appliances are top notch, the garden is superbly landscaped. The terrace offers a magnificent open view; sunrise over the sea is a moment of pure happiness! We really enjoyed our stay in this rental and will be delighted to come back.
Le propriétaire de la maison est très sympathique, il nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a mis de suite à l'aise. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse, il ne manque rien ni à l'intérieur, ni à l'extérieur. L'ameublement et l'électro-ménager sont au top, le jardin est superbement aménagé. La terrasse offre une vue dégagée magnifique ; le lever du soleil sur la mer est un moment de pur bonheur ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans cette location et serons ravis d'y revenir.
Thank you for this very very pleasant stay and hope to return in 2024. We were well received by the owners, available and discreet. The apartment is very bright and very comfortable, very clean and very quiet. We were a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach with little restaurants along the beach. To sum up, a score of 5/5. The accommodation was very nice and quiet. We were there with 4 people for 10 days and bathed in the sea every day. The pools that you can use are also very nice. Everything is available in the house and the small pool in the garden invites you to cool off for a moment. Jo and Ella are lovely and friendly landlords and are happy to help with any questions or problems. We can highly recommend the accommodation.
Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Wir waren 10 Tage mit 4 Personen dort und haben jeden Tag im Meer gebadet. Auch die Pools ,die man mitbenutzen kann sind sehr schön.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und der kleine Pool im Garten lädt ein um sich kurz mal abzukühlen.
Jo und Ella sind ganz reizende und freundliche Vermieter und helfen bei Fragen oder Problemen gerne weiter. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
We (family with 15 year old daughter & dog) had a very relaxing time in this beautiful house. In fact, nothing was missing! The pool is cleaned regularly, the landlady was always available for us and problems (e.g. power outage) were resolved very promptly. Cogolin is a great starting point for activities. We will be very happy to come back!
Wir ( Familie mit 15 jähriger Tochter & Hund) hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es hat tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt! Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt, die Vermieterin war für uns immer erreichbar & Probleme ( z.B. Stromausfall) wurden sehr zeitnah behoben. Cogolin ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen!
Superb villa with all the amenities we could dream of for a perfect week's vacation! The bedding is good, air conditioning in all rooms, very beautiful garden and superb swimming pool :) The welcome is very friendly and very professional. In short, there is only good in this house!!

Very pleasant location, just provide air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom which is stifling in the heat. Quite complete equipment. Near the Nartelle beach. We had a very pleasant stay.
Très agréable location, juste prévoir la climatisation dans la chambre du haut qui est étouffante par grande chaleur. Équipements assez complets. A proximité de la plage de la Nartelle. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
Very nice accommodation with everything you need for a stay such as bed linen, towels, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, nice pool, etc. We didn't miss anything during the 2 week vacation. The landlords are really very nice and attentive. We received a gift from the region as a welcome. There was water and wine in the fridge for us. The landlords also responded quickly to our questions and concerns and helped us. Especially when one of us got burned by a jellyfish. The landlords brought us special ointments and medicines in case of an allergic reaction. Then we asked how we were doing. Really great! Mme Guillemard is also a nice and attentive person. She gave us the key and was there when we left. She also responded promptly and courteously to our concerns.
All in all, we spent a wonderful holiday with 3 families including children. There was something for everyone. The area is very beautiful and you can easily explore the French Riviera by car. The house is in a great location. The beaches can be seen inreach on foot in a few minutes. Grocery store with fresh baguettes and croissants is also within walking distance. Restaurants on the beach are also recommended.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wie z.B. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher, voll ausgestattete Küche, schöner Pool usw. Uns hat während den 2 Wochen Urlaub nicht gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben zu Begrüßung eine Aufmerksamkeit aus der Region bekommen. Im Kühlschrank war Wasser und Wein für uns. Die Vermieter haben auch schnell ausunsere Fragen und Anliegen reagiert und uns geholfen. Insbesondere als einer von uns von einer Qualle verbrannt wurde. Die Vermieter haben uns spezielle Salbe und auch Medikamente im Falle einer allergischen Reaktion vorbeigebracht. Danach auch nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Wirklich toll!
Mme Guillemard ist ebenfalls eine nette und aufmerksame Person. Sie hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und auch bei der Abreise war sie dabei. Auch sie hat ümgehend und zuvorkommend auf unsere Anliegen reagiert.
Insgesamt haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 3 Familien inkl. Kinder verbracht. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann bequem mit dem Auto die französische Riviera erkunden. Das Haus hat such eine super Lage. Die Strände kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäft mit frischem Baguette und Croissants ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants am Strand sind auch zu empfehlen.

Very nice apartment extremely clean and well located. The owner really wants you to have a good stay, fruit basket, juice and water on arrival. The only drawback is the swimming pool where deckchairs are prohibited. Sitting on the concrete and without shade, it is difficult to stay there for long. To compensate, there is a very beautiful beach nearby with 2 restaurants/bars/deckchairs (special mention for the Maïva).
Très bel appartement extrêmement propre et bien situé. La propriétaire tient vraiment à ce que vous passiez un bon séjour, corbeille de fruits, jus et eau à l'arrivée. Le seul inconvénient est la piscine où les transats sont interdits. Assis sur le béton et sans ombre, il est difficile d'y rester longtemps. Pour compenser, il y a une très belle plage à proximité avec 2 restaurants/bar/transats (mention spéciale pour le Maïva).

Estate close to the beach, just cross the road through an underpass. The apartment is basically made for a couple because only one bedroom can accommodate a 3rd person on the sofa in the living room, on the other hand, the mezzanine is quite restrictive: no ceiling height, and for children it is a bit dangerous because the stairs are quite steep. Spacious and practical balcony, view of the swimming pool and the sea, calm and pleasant surroundings.
Domaine proche de la plage il suffit de traverser la route par un passage souterrain.
L'appartement est à la base fait pour un couple car une seule chambre, peut recevoir une 3ème personne sur le canapé dans le séjour,
par contre la mezzanine est assez contraignante : pas de hauteur sous plafond, et pour les enfants c'est un peu dangereux car l'escalier et assez raide.
Balcon spacieux et pratique, vue sur la piscine et la mer, cadre calme et agréable.
Very nice accommodation that combines modern and old. The kitchen equipment is very extensive. There are different seating options and the property is spacious and well fenced. The short walk across the street to the sea is unique. The communication with the landlord was flawless. The only downside is the directly adjacent main road, since the noise level is quite high. On the other side of the house, this is no longer so noisy. We really enjoyed our time and can recommend the villa with a clear conscience.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Modern und Alt miteinander vereint. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Es gibt unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten und das Grundstück ist weitläufig und gut umzäunt.
Der kurze Fußweg über die Straße zum Meer ist einmalig.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei.
Einziger Nachteil ist die direkt angrenzende Hauptstraße, da der Lärmpegel doch recht hoch ist. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist dies nicht mehr so geräuschintensiv.
Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und können die Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
