We rented this accommodation during the last school holidays. Apartment very well located (seaside, shops, parking facilities...), functional, well laid out and pleasant to spend a few days with the family. Lucas was available and responsive. I recommend!! Damien

We had a wonderful holiday in this very functional apartment, in line with our wishes, with the added bonus of air conditioning, a great asset. Joëlle and her husband are very friendly owners. We will come back with pleasure and we highly recommend it. We loved it and hope to come back soon.

Superb apartment, very well located on the port, with a beautiful view. Well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, etc... I recommend !!! And in addition port leucate and its surroundings; that's wonderful!

We have been renting this studio for 4 years and we are completely satisfied with it.
However, it is excessively hot in the apartment, day and night! Air conditioning would be highly desirable, even essential.
Nous louons ce studio depuis 4 ans et nous en sommes entièrement satisfaits.
Cependant, il fait excessivement chaud dans l'appartement, de jour comme de nuit ! La climatisation serait fortement souhaitable , voire indispensable.
Very warm welcome from Nathalie. The owner (hun that's true lol), who is pleasant, attentive (even to our suggestions for improvement at the end of the stay). Pleasant stay, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, house as described :)
