Wir waren yesterday im Juli 2019 with unserem 12jährigen Sohn. Das Haus liegt ganz in der Nähe vom Horizon Beach, and zurück von der Hauptstraße (kein Lärm). Überdachte und offene Terrace (Zugang vom Wohnzimmer und von einem Schlafzimmer im EG-Bett 140 cm, Schrank, Bügel vorhanden), Großer Wohnraum (offen bis in den Giebel) with Küche und Theke mit 2 Barhockern, geräumiges Bad mit Waschbecken , Dusche, Wanne, Fenster und riesigem Wandschrank, separates WC daneben. Aus dem Wohnraum führt eine Treppe ins Dachgeschoß. Sleeping gibt es einen offenen (Geländer über dem Wohnraum) Schlafraum von ca. 20 with einem Doppelbett (140 cm) and einem Einzelbett - plus Stauraum in beiden Dachschrägen. Mr S. hat direkt daneben an der Avenue de Bordeaux eine Immobilien-Agentur - ist also meistens vor Ort - stört aber nie. Unser Riesiges Auto durften wir in der Einfahrt parken, haben uns aber ansonsten nur mit Fahrrädern bewegt, weil alles wirklich sehr guterreichbar ist. Der Vermieter hat a sogar bei einer kleinen Reparatur unserer Strandliege geholfen. Die Buchung für Internet (pers. Nach einem kurzen Haus-Rundgang vor der Abreise gab es die Kaution zurück. Sehr seriös und empfehlenswert. Eine Anfrage hier lohnt sich wahrscheinlich immer, da er nicht nur eigene Immobilien in der Vermietung hat sondern auch weitere über seine Agentur !!!

Owner very friendly and helpful. Very nice quality rental but: not appropriate in the off season, mezzanine, so difficult to heat. The closets are cluttered by too many dishes so there is more room to store its food.
Propriétaire très sympathique et serviable. Très belle location de qualité mais : non appropriée en hors saison, mezzanine, donc difficile à chauffer. Les placards sont encombrés par beaucoup trop de vaisselle si bien qu'il n'y a plus de place pour ranger son alimentation.
Spacious well appointed flat. Lovely position with view of 'port de plaisance'. Easy access to excellent food and wine shops plus restaurants.
Perhaps a larger tv in such a large sitting room?
A very warm welcome from Mrs. K., very available whenever we needed her. She gives very good advice for visiting this beautiful region. The rental conforms to the description of the ad, quiet and well wooded. We had a very pleasant stay, we could recommend this rental to friends or members of our family. Magnificent well renovated rental in which nothing was missing. Very pleasant terrace because in the shade with a beautiful view of the basin. It's even better in real life than in the photos.

Excellent family stay Very welcoming and caring hosts. Ideal and well-equipped house for a quiet holiday close to all amenities. House located a few minutes walk from the Bassin and the temporary covered market. Bike path at the end of the street. Very nice area to visit.

The house is very well placed, we loved it. Dogs are accepted. Too bad the house is not fenced in front otherwise we would like to come back if some changes are made.

We had a wonderful stay in a haven of peace, ideally located, whose beauty delighted us every day. To complete our visit to Villa Marguerite, the kindness and availability of A. & D., its owners, made us feel "at home". We highly recommend this rental even if we might wish, deep down, to keep it confidential. We are already planning to return.

We had a very good stay with my family. For 6 adults and 2 young children, the house was perfect with its 2 bathrooms and toilets and 4 bedrooms. Sleeping area well separated from the day area. The proximity of the beach on foot, close to the cycle path. Great vacation I recommend this rental.
Nous avons passé avec ma famille un très bon séjour. Pour 6 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants, la maison était parfaite avec ses 2 salles de bain et toilettes et 4 chambres. Coin nuit bien séparé du coin jour.

Our stay in this apartment offering direct access to the beach and a panoramic view of the Bassin, the Pyla dune and the Cap Ferret lighthouse was truly exceptional. As soon as we arrived, we were dazzled by the beauty of the place and the privileged location of this vacation rental. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and perfectly appointed, it offers all the necessary comforts for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and make it possible to enjoy the magnificent view even from inside. The terrace is simply spectacular. Each morning, we were greeted by the twinkling of the sun on the waters of the Bassin, creating a magical atmosphere to start our days. Outdoor meals with a breathtaking view of the Cap Ferret lighthouse will remain etched in our memories. The direct access to the beach is a real asset. No need to drive or walk miles to enjoy the warm sand and refreshing ocean water. It allowed us to live with the rhythm of the tides, to take long walks on the shoreand bathe at our leisure. The owner was considerate and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to return one day.
Notre séjour dans cet appartement offrant un accès direct à la plage et une vue panoramique sur le Bassin, la dune du Pyla et le phare du Cap Ferret a été véritablement exceptionnel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été éblouis par la beauté des lieux et l'emplacement privilégié de cette location de vacances.
L'appartement en lui-même est spacieux, propre et parfaitement aménagé, il offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer des vacances relaxantes et mémorables. Les grandes baies vitrées inondent l'espace de lumière naturelle et permettent de profiter de la vue magnifique même depuis l'intérieur.
La terrasse est tout simplement spectaculaire. Chaque matin, nous avons été accueillis par le scintillement du soleil sur les eaux du Bassin, créant une ambiance magique pour commencer nos journées. Les repas en plein air avec une vue imprenable sur le phare du Cap Ferret resteront gravés dans nos mémoires.
L'accès direct à la plage est un véritable atout. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture ou de marcher des kilomètres pour profiter du sable chaud et de l'eau rafraîchissante de l'océan. Cela nous a permis de vivre au rythme des marées, de faire de longues promenades sur le rivage et de nous baigner à notre guise.
La propriétaire s'est montrée prévenante et a tout mis en œuvre pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables.
Nous espérons sincèrement avoir l'opportunité d'y retourner un jour.
