Charming mazot equipped as it should be. We were a couple and the accommodation can easily accommodate 1 or even 2 additional people. Louis, the owner takes great care and his advice is golden if you are curious and, above all, a nature lover. The location is ideal for accessing all the surrounding sites without suffering the tourist crowds. It's just perfect, to do and redo. We highly recommend it!

Nous étions en couple et l'habitat peut facilement accueillir 1 voire 2 personnes supplémentaires.
Louis, le propriétaire est au petit soin et ses conseils sont d'or si vous êtes curieux et, surtout, amoureux de la Nature.
L'endroit est idéal pour accéder à tous les sites des alentours sans pour autant subir la foule touristique.
C'est tout simplement parfait, à faire et à refaire.

This Savoyard mazot is worth 4 stars for us, although it is narrow it is friendly, very well equipped and very well located!
Besides, the owner is definitely a person to know in his life! Passionate about mountains, bees, paragliding, the city of Faverges, we could listen to him for hours! With him we fell in love with the mountain and the activities associated with it, in addition to having received a warm welcome!

Par ailleurs, le propriétaire est définitivement une personne à connaître dans sa vie ! Passionné des montagnes, des abeilles, de parapente, de la ville de Faverges, on pourrait l’écouter pendant des heures ! Avec lui on est tombé amoureux de la montagne et des activités qui y sont liées, en plus d’avoir reçu un accueil chaleureux!

We confirm all the other comments, very warm welcome from Maryse and Eric. We had a great vacation in their rental where we had everything, just like at home! The 2 showers, the 2 bodies of water as well as the 2 toilets were a real comfort for us especially when we have 3 grown children. The swimming pool was a real treat for the whole family, it's a real plus! Maryse is really a very nice person who spoiled us throughout our stay, especially her famous gratin of zucchini, potatoes and tomatoes that she prepared for us one evening cooler than usual, we really appreciated it! Not to mention his little crunchies and cakes, a real delight! We recommend this vacation spot 100%, a true art of living and the region is magnificent!! The Britons!
Nous confirmons tous les autres commentaires, très bel accueil de Maryse et Éric. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans leur location dans laquelle nous disposions de tout, comme à la maison ! Les 2 douches, les 2 plans d'eau ainsi que les 2 WC ont été un véritable confort pour nous surtout lorsque l'on a 3 grands enfants. La piscine a été un vrai bonheur pour toute la famille, c'est un vrai plus !
Maryse est vraiment une très belle personne qui nous a gâté tout au long de notre séjour, notamment son fameux gratin de courgettes, pommes de terre et tomates qu'elle nous a préparé un soir plus frais que d'habitude, nous avons vraiment apprécié ! Sans parler de ses petits croquants et gâteaux, un vrai délice !
Nous recommandons à 100% ce lieu de vacances, un vrai art de vivre et la région est magnifique !!

Very bright, functional, clean cottage, open view of the mountains. The cottage is located at the very end of the lake, departure of the cycle path 2 steps away. The owners are very nice. 4-day weekend Top Ascension. I recommend.

The rental was completely in line with the advertisement published on Médiavacances. We were wonderfully welcomed by the owners, who always took great care of us and spoiled us throughout our stay. Ideal location, right in front of the lake and close to the old town. Very clean and very well insulated (acoustic) apartment. Comfortable bedding and fully equipped kitchen. In short, I recommend this rental without a doubt. The Owner informs you and explains everything you need in a very warm way. Easy parking nearby (paying but "cheap")... don't hesitate, I'll be back!
Emplacement idéal, juste en face du lac et à proximité de la vieille ville. Appartement très propre et très bien isolé (acoustique). Literie confortable et cuisine super équipée. Bref je recommande cette location sans aucun doute. La Propriétaire vous renseigne et vous explique tout ce dont vous avez besoin de manière très chaleureuse. Parking aisé tout proche (payant mais "bon marché")... n'hésitez pas, moi j'y retournerai!

We are a couple with 2 children and 2 dogs. Maryse and Éric made us feel very welcome. And nice attentions punctuated our stay, while being very discreet. The rental adjoining their house is very well arranged. We took advantage +++ of the large swimming pool, and our children learned to swim there. The setting is magnificent, at the foot of the Semnoz, trails are close to the stables. Annecy and the lake are easily accessible by car, or by free bus in summer. Maryse et Éric nous ont très bien accueilli. Et de gentilles attentions ont ponctué notre séjour, tout en étant très discrets. La location attenante à leur maison est très bien agencée. Nous avons profité +++ de la grande piscine, et nos enfants y ont appri à nager. Le cadre est magnifique, au pied du Semnoz, des sentiers sont à proximité des écuries. Annecy et le lac sont accessibles rapidement en voiture, ou en bus gratuit l'été. Merci encore à Maryse et Éric de nous avoir si bien accueilli, et nous reviendrons certainement profiter de ce coin de paradis.
