The house corresponds exactly to the description and offers enough amenities for a comfortable holiday. The landlord is very accommodating and friendly. The only disadvantage is the main road which runs along the house. Unfortunately, for many drivers, a speed limit is just a recommendation.
Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und bietet genügend Annehmlichkeiten für einen gemütlichen Urlaub . Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und Freundlich. Einziger Nachteil ist die Hauptstrasse welche am Haus entlang verläuft . Leider ist für viele Fahrzeuglenker ein Tempolimit nur eine Empfehlung.
Easily the best property we have rented in St Maxime. It has a very spacious terrace where the sun shone all day and made lunch a very pleasant experience. Cooking facilities were very good in a well equipped kitchen. The supermarket is a very short walk away as is the town centre and the beach.
We were pleased to have car park facility as this is has been a problem for us before in St Maxime.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to any potential visitor and we hope to return to it next year

A breathtaking 180° view of the sea A functional house decorated with great taste Crush on the outside with the swimming pool and its little robot, the kitchen and the bar as well as the different places to settle down to "chiller" and enjoy every moment... An exceptional week! A wonderful, functional, bright, spacious house, I felt right at home. A safe and calm environment. Close to a supermarket, barely 10 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants on the coast. Animations during the week even at the end of August, rides to occupy the children: everything is there for a wonderful family vacation. Very friendly owner, concerned about the well-being of his guests. An address to remember and recommend.

A deux pas d'un supermarché, à peine 10 minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants de la côte. Des animations en semaine même fin août, des manèges pour occuper les enfants : tout est réuni pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en famille.

It feels "like at home ". Very well equipped, nothing is missing. Close to shops, everything is done on foot, it's ideal.

On s'y sent "comme à la maison". Très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Proche des commerces, tout se fait à pied c'est idéal.
Proche du centre-ville et de la mer mais aucun bruit, résidence très calme et sécurisée.

After a friendly welcome from the owner, we could enjoy a wonderful week. The house is beautiful with a view that you cannot overlook. Delicious cooking in the outdoor kitchen and swimming with a breathtaking view. We would like to come back next year.
Na een vriendelijk ontvangst van de eigenaar konden wij gaan genieten van een heerlijke week. Het huis is prachtig met een uitzicht waar je niet op uit gekeken raakt. Lekker koken in de buitenkeuken en zwemmen met een adembenemend uitzicht.

Very beautiful and comfortable villa where we had a wonderful holiday! Every room in the villa is clean and pleasant. Everything is functional and well designed for a great stay: swimming pool very nice, barbecue, billiards, ping-pong, etc. The village of Plan-de-la-Tour is also very nice with these restaurants, bakeries, bars and other small shops. We also visited Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Port-Cros, and many other beautiful places that are nearby. Moreover Mr J. is accessible, listening to its tenants, very pro and very friendly. Chaque pièce de la villa est propre et agréable. Tout est fonctionnel et bien conçu pour passer un super séjour : piscine très agréable, barbecue, billard, ping-pong, etc.
Le village de Plan-de-la-Tour est aussi très sympa avec ces restaurants, boulangeries, bars et autres petits commerces. On a également pu visiter Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Port-Cros, et plein d’autres magnifiques endroits qui sont à proximité.
De plus Mr J. est accessible, à l’écoute de ses locataires, très pro et fort sympathique.

A successful holiday, quiet place and beautiful pool, a very secure place. We went regularly to the beach and downtown which is 200 meters walk. Shops also nearby, so not much needed the car. Ms. Geneviève very welcoming explains the operation of the residence. Little more; pool view apartment, the top in a very well maintained place.
Des vacances bien réussies, lieu calme et magnifique piscine, un endroit très sécurisé. Nous allions régulièrement à la plage et centre ville qui se trouve à 200 mètre à pied. Magasins aussi à proximité, donc pas beaucoup besoin de la voiture. Madame Geneviève très accueillante vous explique bien le fonctionnement de la résidence. Petit plus; appartement vue piscine, le top dans un endroit très bien entretenu.

Net als vorig jaar was de woning perfect in orde. De keuken heeft een opgrisbeurt gehad 👍🏻, woning met een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De woning komt overeen met de foto’s in de advertentie. Ook prima gelegen met de Carrefour om de hoek, rustig gelegen aan de rand van het centrum. Alles op wandelafstand. Een woning om naar terug te komen. Vriendelijke eigenaar ( contact via e-mail) en vriendelijke ontvangst aldaar door William van het agentschap. Alles verloopt vlot en zoals vermeld. Alles aanwezig in de woning voor een fijne vakantie.

Super functional apartment where nothing is missing comfort level. The "plus": the individual garage as well as the terrace in this secure residence (very useful for people of our age). Add to that a very good welcome as well as the availability of the owner during the stay.
