The panorama that surrounds the house is worth the whole holiday!!! Incredible, you see almost all the peaks of Valle D'Aosta including ?il Bianco? (mont blanc) with breathtaking sunsets. Comfortable house with all the accessories described, indeed more, all paneled typical of a chalet, balcony in the bedroom with wonderful flowers. Private garden where you can relax, eat and take photographs of the Skyline equipped with very comfortable chairs / deck chairs. Aosta-Pila cable car a stone's throw away if you don't want to use the car. Giorgio and his wife are exquisite people, never intrusive but always available. Top
Il panorama che circonda la casa vale tutta la vacanza!!! Incredibile, vedi quasi tutte le vette della Valle D’Aosta compreso “il Bianco” (monte Bianco) con tramonti mozzafiato. Casa confortevole e con tutti gli accessori descritti, anzi di più, tutta perlinata tipica da chalet, balcone in camera da letto con fiori meravigliosi. Giardino privato dove rilassarsi, mangiare e scattare fotografie allo Skyline forniti di sedie/sdraio comodissime. Cabinovia Aosta-Pila a due passi se non si vuole utilizzare la macchina. All as per the premises, and some pleasant surprises such as the kindness of the owners and the completeness of the equipment of the hut. There is even a shelf full of tourist brochures as if it were a hotel. It is also a few tens of meters from the intermediate station of the convenient Aosta-Pila cable car. The owner occupies the lower floor and is extremely helpful with guests. A detail: contrary to what usually happens in "rustic " houses, here there are electrical sockets, power strips and multiple sockets that are obviously essential for not working shifts in charging mobile phones and tablets. Large "exploitable " garden. Recommended for families with children.
Tutto come da premesse, e qualche piacevole sorpresa come la gentilezza dei proprietari e la completezza delle dotazioni della baita. C'è addirittura uno scaffale colmo di dépliant turistici come fosse un albergo. Dista inoltre poche decine di metri dalla stazione intermedia della comodissima funivia Aosta-Pila. Il proprietario occupa il piano inferiore ed è disponibilissimo con gli ospiti. Un particplare: al contrario di quel che accade di solito in case "rustiche", qui abbondano prese elettriche, ciabatte e prese multiple che sono ovviamente essenziali per non fare i turni nel caricare cellulari e tablet. Ampio giardino "sfruttabile". Consigliato per famiglie con bambini.
We stayed at Maison Sylvie for two weeks and it was like being at home. The apartment complies with the photos and has exceeded all my expectations: clean, welcoming and with attention to detail. The terrace overlooking the mountains gives you a wonderful view and fresh breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The apartment is not even 5 minutes from the Aosta / Pila cable car and is close to a bar and restaurant. Parking is also very convenient. Romina, the owner, was ready to welcome us and make us feel at home, also giving us lots of advice on places to visit and suggestions on walks. With us there was also our Twix, a border collie puppy who was welcomed and pampered as if he were already at home! Thanks Romina for these two wonderful weeks!
Abbiamo soggiornato presso Maison Sylvie per due settimane ed è stato come essere a casa . L'appartamento è conforme alle foto e ha superato ogni mia aspettativa : pulito ,accogliente e curato nei particolari . Il terrazzo che affaccia sulle montagne ti regala una vista meravigliosa e fresche colazioni,pranzi e cene. L'appartamento è a neanche 5 minuti dagli impianti della funivia Aosta/Pila ed è vicino a un bar ,ristorante . Anche il parcheggio è comodissimo . Romina, la proprietaria, è stata pronta ad accoglierci e a farci sentire a casa dandoci anche tanti consigli sui posti da visitare e suggerimenti sulle camminate . Con noi c'era anche il ns Twix ,cucciolo di border collie che è stato accolto e coccolato come se fosse già di casa ! Grazie Romina per queste due bellissime settimane !
Excellent stay in the apartment upstairs of the chalet Guy. Romina, the mistress of the place welcomed us very warmly and provided useful advice on nearby resources (transport, restaurants, etc.). The accommodation is cozy and very well equipped. Magnificent view of Aosta at night. I recommend this address.
Excellent séjour dans l'appartement à l'étage du chalet Guy. Romina, la maîtresse des lieux nous a accueillit très chaleureusement et a prodigué des conseils utiles sur les ressources à proximité (transports, restaurants, etc). Le logement est cosy et très bien équipé. Vue magnifique sur Aoste la nuit. Je recommande cette adresse.
We quickly found ourselves in the chalet. This corresponded exactly to our desire for calm and a beautiful mountain view. In case of big heat the cottage stays cool. All the comfort is there. Nous nous sommes très vite trouvés bien dans le chalet. Cela correspondait exactement à notre souhait de calme et d'une jolie vue de montagne . En cas de grosse chaleur le chalet reste bien frais. For the first time in Valle d'Aosta, we spent our holidays in the attic of Mrs Romina. It was a very pleasant experience: the apartment, strategically located in the valley, is very comfortable, functional and fully equipped. The landlady welcomed us with courtesy and advised us routes and places to visit in that beautiful region

We had an amazing week in the chalet. We were able to ski down to the gondola and ski back to the chalet through the trees(our children 9 and 6 after a few days). The chalet was lovely and Giorgio was very welcoming and helpful. Took us to Aosta to buy snow chains! Hope to return in the future, we loved it!

Fantastic chalet above expectations, with our family we spent 5 days in a structure where nothing was missing, with a panoramic view of the Alps and the city of Aosta as an announcement, really breathtaking. Mrs Romina, kind, friendly and friendly available on any issues from the first contact to the day of departure. Recommended for those who expect a lot from a mountain house.
Chalet in alta quota fantastico al di sopra delle aspettative, con la famiglia abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in una struttura dove non mancava assolutamente nulla, con una vista panoramica delle Alpi e della città di Aosta come da annuncio, veramente mozzafiato. La Sig.ra Romina, gentile, cordiale e amichevole disponibile su eventuali problematiche dal primo contatto al giorno della partenza. Consigliato a chi si aspetta molto da una casa in montagna.
The house is very pretty. Large kitchen / living room with sofa bed and a master bedroom with an extra bed. comfortable bathroom. Very clean and well kept. Extraordinary! I do not know what adjective to use. Romina and her husband made us feel at home ours, people are a rare kindness and availability to find and I guarantee that in 20 summer holidays in the Alps my experience on the matter is not trivial. The house is located in the village sylvie les fleurs, just below the stack, at about 1400 meters above sea level. Albert is the one bedroom apartment we occupied. Also important is the cleanliness of the premises that are absolutely excellent. extraordinary view of Aosta and the snowy mountains. Quiet and reserved, the two-room Albert has a small front garden with table, chairs, umbrella and chairs. Romina is a lady of excellent and generous home, often there was a tribute to his farm of fruits and vegetables because in the period when we went they had availability. Straordinario! Non so quale aggettivo usare. Romina e suo marito ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra, sono persone di una gentilezza e disponibilità rare da trovare e vi garantisco che in 20 vacanze estive sulle alpi la mia esperienza in merito non è di poco conto.
La maison sylvie si trova in località les fleurs, poco sotto pila, a circa 1400 metri di altitudine.
Albert è il bilocale che abbiamo occupato. Rilevante è anche la pulizia dei locali che sono assolutamente eccellenti. Vista straordinaria su Aosta e le montagne innevate. Silenzioso e riservato, il bilocale Albert ha davanti un piccolo giardino attrezzato con tavolo, sedie, ombrellone e sdraio. Romina è una padrona di casa eccellente e generosa, sovente ci faceva omaggio di frutta e verdura del suo podere perché nel periodo in cui siamo andati ne aveva disponibilità. The place is exceptional for a beautiful view of the surrounding high peaks and around the city of Aosta. Its location near a gondola station eventually allows not to use the car during the stay (as to reach the Pila ski station down to Aosta). Besides skiing or walking, the area is full of all kinds of possible activities, making the stay more attractive.
The owners, who live on the ground floor are very welcoming and helpful (if you need something, you ask them and they will do anything to please).
The accommodation is very nice and provided all the necessary equipment to to feel very at ease during the stay. One small problem: the precise announcement that the bathroom is a low ceiling, and the location of the bath is such that those who have a serious back or hip will certainly refrain from showering.
L'endroit est exceptionnel pour admirer la vue sur les hautes cimes environnantes et les alentours de la ville d’Aoste. Sa situation près d’une station de télécabine permet éventuellement de ne pas utiliser la voiture pendant le séjour (autant pour atteindre la station de ski de Pila que pour descendre à Aoste). Outre le ski ou les balades, la région regorge de toutes sortes d’activités possibles, rendant le séjour plus attrayant.
Les propriétaires, qui résident au rez de chaussée, sont très accueillants et serviables (si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, vous le leur demandez et ils feront tout pour vous satisfaire).
Le logement est très agréable et fourni de tout le matériel nécessaire pour s’y sentir très à son aise pendant le séjour. Un petit bémol : l'annonce précise que la salle de bain est basse de plafond, et l’emplacement de la baignoire est tel que ceux qui ont un grave problème de dos ou de hanche devront certainement s’abstenir de se doucher.
Beautiful cottage, well located with beautiful surroundings and very welcoming owners available. I just regret that it is an apartment which limited the time spent outdoors (not easy to get down with the meal!).
Beau chalet, bien situé superbe cadre avec des propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. J'ai juste regretté que ce soit un appartement ce qui limitait le temps passé en extérieur (pas évident de descendre avec les repas !).
