The apartment is absolutely perfect for a family beach holiday. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very quiet and is located a few minutes from the sea by bike. The owners Fla and Max are very kind and always available for any information. We will definitely return to Fla's place.

Presente sia posto auto privato che portabici condominiale, anche se l'appartamento si trova solo al primo piano abbiamo trovato comodo l' ascensore per portare i bagagli in appartamento. Le proprietarie sono state disponibili , presenti e gentili tanto da dotarci di materiale informativo e comunicarci anche gli eventi estivi che si sarebbero svolti a Cupra . Soddisfatti della scelta.

We spent seven wonderful 2 weeks in this domicile. Fantastic, quiet location. The house is equipped with everything you need. Ideal for a relaxed holiday. The landlord (Luca) is very nice and helpful and immediately on hand if something is wrong. The house and grounds are big enough to avoid each other. Ideal for dog lovers, the huge property is completely fenced. We can recommend it at any time and would like to thank you again for this great holiday.
Wir haben zu siebt wunderschöne 2 Wochen in diesem Domizil verbracht. Traumhaft, ruhige Lage. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Für einen entspannten Urlaub ideal. Der Vermieter (Luca) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle wenn mal was ist. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist groß genug um sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Für Hundefreunde ideal, das riesige Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Wir können es jederzeit gerne weiter empfehlen und bedanken uns nochmal recht herzlich für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Location stupenda, posto genuino e a stretto contatto con la natura. Peccato che siamo stati lì solo pochi giorni. Il posto è incantevole, ideale per chi ama staccare dalla quotidianità e rilassarsi lontano dal solito tran tran. Hello everyone, for the second year, my wife and I have repeated the experience at Casa di Fla ......... This says it all ..... In addition to the courtesy, availability and kindness of the owners Flaminia and Massimo, the apartment fully reflects what we were looking for (location, services, cleanliness, bathing establishment, garage, bike) so what more could you ask for ??? Personally I recommend it to those wishing to stay in Marotta, a seaside resort still on a human scale, with a beautiful seafront, excellent restaurants and you can easily cycle around (which is no small feat) !!! Thanks again to Fla and Max for everything, we'll see you again soon !!!

Questo dice tutto..... Oltre alla cortesia, disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari Flaminia e Massimo,
l'appartamento rispecchia in pieno ciò che cercavamo (ubicazione, servizi, pulizia, stabilimento balneare,
box auto, bici) quindi cosa chiedere di più ???
Personalmente lo consiglio a chi volesse soggiornare a Marotta, località balneare ancora a misura di uomo, con un bel lungomare, ottimi ristorantini e si gira tranquillamente in bicicletta (cosa non da poco) !!!
Ringraziamo ancora Fla e Max per tutto, ci rivedremo presto !!!

Vacanza davvero indimenticabile, casa spaziosa e pulita con un comodissimo giardino recintato. Vicino al mare, noi ci siamo sempre spostati con le biciclette messe a disposizione per gli ospiti della casa.

We spent a pleasant holiday in Marotta thanks to the comfort of this lovely apartment, with an independent entrance and a beautiful veranda and every comfort inside. The owners were very welcoming upon our arrival, providing us with all the information we needed to start the holiday. We very much appreciated the bicycles provided to get to the beach. The September days were very nice to enjoy the beach and the beautiful sea. We enjoyed the nearby shops: supermarket, pharmacy, fishmonger, pizzeria and in particular the Francesca pastry bar with its delicious breakfasts. Using the train you can also reach interesting places. I thank the owners for their availability and friendliness.
Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza piacevole a Marotta grazie alla comodità di questo grazioso appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e una bella veranda e ogni confort al suo interno.
I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti al nostro arrivo fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per iniziare la vacanza.
Abbiamo molto apprezzato le biciclette fornite per raggiungere la spiaggia.
Le giornate di settembre sono state molto belle per godere della spiaggia e del bel mare.
Abbiamo apprezzato i negozi vicini: supermercato, farmacia, pescheria, pizzeria e in particolare il bar pasticceria Francesca con le sue deliziose colazioni.
Utilizzando anche il treno è possibile raggiungere interessanti località.

We (family with 2 children) rented the beautiful Villa Luca for 2 weeks together with a family of friends. Very nice and spacious house, huge kitchen with pizza oven, large gas stove and oven, which we used very often and with pleasure, large grill in the garden, great pool, large garden, parasols on the terrace and by the pool, enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone , We really liked it, Luca and Giorgia are incredibly nice and always helped us immediately, including with a pizza shovel, tips for shopping, new towels after a week. Cushions on the loungers would be one of the few ideas for a little more comfort. We really enjoyed the time in Villa Luca, the great view and the entire holiday (including interesting excursions) and can only recommend the house.
Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben die wunderschöne Villa Luca für 2 Wochen zusammen mit einer befreundeten Familie gemietet. Sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus, Riesenküche mit Pizzaofen, großem Gasherd und Backofen, die wir sehr oft und gerne benutzt haben, großer Grill im Garten, toller Pool, großer Garten, Sonnenschirme auf der Terrasse und am Pool, genug Zimmer und Bäder für alle Personen, es hat uns super gefallen, Luca und Giorgia sind wahnsinnig nett und haben uns immer sofort geholfen, u.a. mit Pizzaschaufel, Tipps zum Einkaufen, neuen Handtüchern nach einer Woche. Auflagen auf den Liegen wären eine der wenigen Ideen für noch etwas mehr Komfort. Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Luca, den tollen Ausblick und den gesamten Urlaub (inkl. interessanter Ausflüge) sehr genossen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

The excellent climatic situation allowed us to have breakfast, lunch and dinner always on the terrace with a view of two glimpses of the sea. The hilly park, behind us and to our left, looking at the sea, has given us serenity with its shades of green. Convenient location for daily shopping, for the city center and for the beach, both equipped and free.
Disponibilità piena della signora F., unitamente alla sua cortesia ed alla sua discrezione. Appartamento in ordine, pulito e sanificato. Spazio disponibile in abbondanza. L'ottima situazione climatica ci ha permesso di fare colazione, pranzo e cena sempre sul terrazzo con vista di due scorci di mare. Il parco collinare, alle nostre spalle ed alla nostra sinistra, guardando il mare, ci ha donato serenità con le sue tonalità di verde. Posizione comoda per la spesa quotidiana, per il centro città e per la spiaggia sia attrezzata che libera.
Great apartment excellent location in a quiet neighborhood
I have just returned from my stay in Marotta where my wife and I rented this apartment for 15 days. Our experience was very positive. The apartment is pleasant and well cared for, the rooms are large and clean with a modern and pleasant decor. I would define the location as strategic, as the apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area close to basic shops. The apartment is completed by a garage which for us was an important detail. Among the services included in the rental, the availability of bicycles and the convenient and welcome booking of the bathing establishment with 2 sunbeds and umbrella in the second row in a beautiful bathing establishment should not be underestimated. The town center is five minutes away by bicycle, therefore it is possible to arrive, park the car and move only by bicycle. This condition has allowed us to make a real relaxing holiday. To highlight the kindness and helpfulness of the owners who made usfeel truly at home. Special thanks to Massimo and Flaminia. Experience that we will absolutely repeat.

Ottimo appartamento posizione eccellente in un quartiere tranquillo
Sono appena rientrato dal mio soggiorno a Marotta dove, io e mia moglie abbiamo affittato questo appartamento per 15 giorni.
La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. L’appartamento è gradevole e molto curato, le stanze sono ampie e pulite con un arredamento moderno e piacevole.
La posizione la definirei strategica, in quanto l’appartamento si trova in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e silenzioso vicino ai negozi di prima necessità. Completa l’appartamento un box auto che per noi ha rappresentato un dettaglio importante.
Tra i servizi compresi nella locazione da non sottovalutare la disponibilità all'uso delle biciclette e la comoda e gradita prenotazione dello stabilimento balneare con 2 lettini e ombrellone in seconda fila in un bello stabilimento balneare.
Il centro del paese si trova a cinque minuti in bicicletta, pertanto è possibile arrivare parcheggiare l’auto e muoversi esclusivamente in bicicletta. Questa condizione ci ha permesso di effettuare una vera vacanza all’ insegna del relax.
Da evidenziare la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire veramente a casa. Un grazie particolare a Massimo e Flaminia.
Esperienza che assolutamente ripeteremo.
