Good morning, A beautiful, bright, quiet apartment, very beautiful view of the sea and the Peñiscola castle, close to the center. The swimming pool is a plus for the peace of children. The staircase takes up a little too much space in the main room. 2 negative points: Air conditioning would be welcome in hot weather. Lack of light in the bathroom. Overall we had a very good stay. Un bel appartement lumineux, calme, très belle vue sur la mer et le château de Peñiscola, à proximité du centre. La piscine est un plus pour la tranquillité des enfants.
L'escalier prend un peu trop de place dans la pièce principale.
2 points négatifs :
La climatisation serait la bienvenue par temps de canicule.
Manque de luminosité dans la salle de bain.
Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nice apartment and well located 100 meters from the beach 200 meters from the communal swimming pool. Small supermarket around the corner and very good pizzeria on the other corner. Very good vacation.
Joli appartement et bien situé à 100 mètres de la plage 200 mètres de la piscine communale.
Petite supérette au coin de la rue et très bonne pizzeria sur l'autre coin.

Very good, warm welcome. Apartment very well located, close to the beach. Bus stop nearby to go to town with very good rotation and not expensive. Closed parking space, access to the residence double closed. Very good rental. I hope to be able to return there.

Beautiful location, terrace with a magnificent view, car park appreciated, but somewhat outdated equipment (mattresses, electrical outlets, crockery, taps, toilets, etc.)
Bel emplacement, terrasse avec vue magnifique, parking apprécié, par contre équipements un peu vétustes (matelas, prises électriques, vaisselle, robinetterie, wc....)

The accommodation corresponds to the photos. It is very well located (close to the beach, bus stop right next to it). A little noisy but that's normal it's on the side of the road. Lack of WiFi and it's a bit annoying with teenagers.
Le logement correspond aux photos. Il est très bien situé (proche de la plage, arrêt de bus juste à côté). Un peu bruyant mais c'est normal il est en bord de route. Manque la WiFi et c'est un peu gênant avec des ados.
Pleasant place, apartment as described, pleasant owner, attentive to his customers, had a very pleasant stay. Very quiet place, great pool. Ideal for hiking in the natural park next door with lots of small coves for swimming, very large beach with the children's merry-go-round in the evening, really I recommend it, to do it again
Endroit agréable, appartement conforme à sa description, propriétaire agréable, à l'écoute de ses clients, passé un séjour très agréable. Endroit très calme, piscine formidable. Idéal pour faire des randonnées au parc naturel à côté avec plein de petites criques pour se baigner, très grande plage avec le soir le manège pour enfants, vraiment je le recommande, à refaire
We spent 1 month vacation with Martine and Claude. Charming and available hosts. The clean and well-appointed apartment met our demand and needs perfectly. Nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse avec vue superbe sur la mer.
Belles balades dans le parc naturel d'Irta. Plage de Peñiscola magnifique.
