Superb villa!! We were a group of 20 year olds and the owner trusted us right away. The environment, the swimming pool, the houses, everything was great, a little corner of paradise. If I had to suggest some improvements, it would just be to install air conditioning in the rooms and buy a livebox where we can all connect at the same time. Apart from that we had a very very good stay, we were able to make the most of the swimming pool. Thank you again for Christian who was very kind to us.

Nous étions un groupe de jeunes de 20 ans et le propriétaire nous a tout de suite fait confiance. L’environnement, la piscine, les maisons, tout était super, un petit coin de paradis.
Si je devais proposer quelques améliorations à faire, ce serait juste d’installer la climatisation dans les chambres et acheter une livebox ou l’on puisse tous se connecter en même temps.
Hormis cela nous avons passer un très très bon séjour, nous avons pu profiter au maximum de la piscine.

Rental consistent with the description, 1 through bedroom. Completely isolated, quiet. You can make noise without disturbing people. Pétanque, swimming pool and even a promenade, it's so big. We were 12, it was perfect.

We spent a very pleasant week in this villa, the strong point of which is the fantastic view over the entire bay of Agay and the coast to the Gulf of St Tropez. The very well equipped terrace allows you to enjoy a magnificent spectacle at sunset. The owner, extremely responsive, does everything to facilitate the stay of his tenants. We definitely recommend this rental!
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette villa dont le point fort est la vue fantastique sur toute la baie d’Agay et la côte jusqu’au golfe de St Tropez. La terrasse très bien équipée permet de jouir d’un spectacle grandiose au coucher du soleil.
Le propriétaire, extrêmement réactif, fait tout pour faciliter le séjour de ses locataires.
Nous recommandons assurément cette location !
Very nice accommodation with everything you need for a stay such as bed linen, towels, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, nice pool, etc. We didn't miss anything during the 2 week vacation. The landlords are really very nice and attentive. We received a gift from the region as a welcome. There was water and wine in the fridge for us. The landlords also responded quickly to our questions and concerns and helped us. Especially when one of us got burned by a jellyfish. The landlords brought us special ointments and medicines in case of an allergic reaction. Then we asked how we were doing. Really great! Mme Guillemard is also a nice and attentive person. She gave us the key and was there when we left. She also responded promptly and courteously to our concerns.
All in all, we spent a wonderful holiday with 3 families including children. There was something for everyone. The area is very beautiful and you can easily explore the French Riviera by car. The house is in a great location. The beaches can be seen inreach on foot in a few minutes. Grocery store with fresh baguettes and croissants is also within walking distance. Restaurants on the beach are also recommended.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wie z.B. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher, voll ausgestattete Küche, schöner Pool usw. Uns hat während den 2 Wochen Urlaub nicht gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben zu Begrüßung eine Aufmerksamkeit aus der Region bekommen. Im Kühlschrank war Wasser und Wein für uns. Die Vermieter haben auch schnell ausunsere Fragen und Anliegen reagiert und uns geholfen. Insbesondere als einer von uns von einer Qualle verbrannt wurde. Die Vermieter haben uns spezielle Salbe und auch Medikamente im Falle einer allergischen Reaktion vorbeigebracht. Danach auch nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Wirklich toll!
Mme Guillemard ist ebenfalls eine nette und aufmerksame Person. Sie hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und auch bei der Abreise war sie dabei. Auch sie hat ümgehend und zuvorkommend auf unsere Anliegen reagiert.
Insgesamt haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 3 Familien inkl. Kinder verbracht. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann bequem mit dem Auto die französische Riviera erkunden. Das Haus hat such eine super Lage. Die Strände kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäft mit frischem Baguette und Croissants ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants am Strand sind auch zu empfehlen.

We enjoyed the house with large garden and swimming pool, perfect location with privacy and with a large supermarket 2 minutes away. Lakes and many MTB trails nearby (occupied with 4 adults and 4 children).
We hebben genoten van woning met grote tuin en zwembad, perfecte locatie met privacy en met grote supermarkt op 2 minuten afstand. Meren en veel MTB-paden in de buurt (bezet met 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen).
Very nice accommodation that combines modern and old. The kitchen equipment is very extensive. There are different seating options and the property is spacious and well fenced. The short walk across the street to the sea is unique. The communication with the landlord was flawless. The only downside is the directly adjacent main road, since the noise level is quite high. On the other side of the house, this is no longer so noisy. We really enjoyed our time and can recommend the villa with a clear conscience.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Modern und Alt miteinander vereint. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Es gibt unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten und das Grundstück ist weitläufig und gut umzäunt.
Der kurze Fußweg über die Straße zum Meer ist einmalig.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei.
Einziger Nachteil ist die direkt angrenzende Hauptstraße, da der Lärmpegel doch recht hoch ist. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist dies nicht mehr so geräuschintensiv.
Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und können die Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
This was our second time in this wonderful house, it's perfect for us. It was very clean when we arrived and the handover with Rebecca is really very nice and uncomplicated. Thank you very much for this great vacation.

Very nice holiday home for the whole family, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The welcome was very warm. The fantastic view of the bay from Issambres to St. Tropez from almost every room was the absolute highlight! The rooms are tastefully and lovingly furnished, the photos in the description were all up to date. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are various seating areas on the terrace. The sea with many sandy beaches is only 4 minutes away by car. The house was very quiet, the pool was heated. It was also great that there was a small apartment in the basement with a bathroom and kitchen, ideal for grandparents, for example. We also enjoyed that there was a parents' room on the first floor with a bathroom and a small balcony.
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Der traumhafte Blick auf die Bucht von Issambres bis nach St. Tropez aus fast allen Zimmern war das absolute Highlight! Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Fotos in der Beschreibung waren alle aktuell. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es verschiedene Sitzecken. Das Meer mit vielen Sandstränden liegt nur 4 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus lag sehr ruhig, der Pool war beheizt. Toll war auch, dass im Souterrain eine eigene kleine Wohnung zur Verfügung stand, mit Bad und Küche, ideal für z.B. Großeltern. Genossen haben wir auch, dass im 1. Stock ein Elternzimmer mit Bad und kleinem Balkon eingerichtet war.

What a pleasant villa, located 35 minutes from Toulon and Hyères in the countryside. Very quiet place with lots of pretty little villages typical of the South around. We took full advantage of the swimming pool and the pétanque court before gaining fairly easy access to the French GP on the weekend, being in a good position to go there! The villa is spacious and the air conditioning is good in the summer, the owners are very pleasant, easy to contact and don't hesitate to give advice for going for a walk. There were 10 of us and we highly recommend this property!!
Quelle agréable villa, située à 35 min de Toulon et Hyères en pleine campagne. Lieu très calme avec pleins de petits jolis villages typique du Sud autour.
Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine et du terrain de pétanque avant d’accéder assez facilement au GP de France le weekend étant bien placé pour y aller !
La villa est spacieuse et la clim fait du bien l’été, les propriétaires sont très agréables, faciles à contacter et n’hésites pas à donner des conseils pour aller se ballader.
Nous étions 10 et nous recommandons fortement ce bien !!
We had a great week in the villa. Roll down shutters, airco, pool, table tennis, 2 kitchens, bbq, close to the sea, stunning views,... this villa has it all.
However when we arrived we felt the house didn't smell fresh in some rooms, it was very hot and the apartment downstairs felt like it hadn't been used for a while. Because there was no airco in the app (it is written, so we knew) it's difficult to sleep there because of the heat.
All in all after staying there for a week we felt very pleased . I recommend this house.
We spent two really nice weeks in Marie's house. The heated pool and the view are amazing. We especially liked the upper floor. The apartment on the lower floor is a bit darker than the upper floor, but this is certainly an advantage in summer, as it is always a bit cooler here than upstairs. Otherwise, there are also air conditioners upstairs that we didn't need for cooling in April. Communication with Marie and Claire, who look after the house on site, was always nice and courteous. We would have liked to come back in the fall, but unfortunately the house is already occupied. Maybe in summer!
Wir haben im Haus von Marie zwei wirklich schöne Wochen verbracht. Der beheizte Pool und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Besonders das obere Stockwerk hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung in der unteren Etage ist etwas dunkler als die obere, was aber sicherlich ein Vorteil im Sommer ist, da es hier immer etwas kühler ist als oben. Ansonsten gibt es oben aber auch Klimageräte, die wir im April noch nicht zum Kühlen benötigten. Die Kommunikation mit Marie und Claire, die das Haus vor Ort betreut, war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wären gerne direkt auch im Herbst wiedergekommen, aber leider ist das Haus schon belegt. Vielleicht im Sommer!
The accommodation corresponds to the description and the pictures. There are some outdoor seating options, so you can always find a spot in the shade. The sea view is beautiful, you can't get enough of it. Only the busy coastal road is very noisy. Nevertheless, a great house, in which we would like to come back.
Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Es gibt einige Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien, so dass man immer einen Schattenplatz findet. Der Meerblick ist wunderschön, man kann sich gar nicht satt sehen. Lediglich die stark befahrene Küstenstraße ist sehr laut. Trotzdem ein tolles Haus, in das wir gerne wiederkommen.
We really had a great vacation in this house. Unique is the great sea view that you can enjoy from the upper terrace as well as from the lower terrace and the pool. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated - we felt very comfortable! The small village "les Issambres" is also very nice and you can find everything you need there. The contact with the owners was always very nice and helpful. Also Claire, who welcomes you on site is very sympathetic and you can contact her (or the owners) at any time with questions. We are very happy to come back!
