The accommodation is recommended. Everything was there that you need, even with children. (toys) Is a bit old fashioned but that was not a problem. The landlady was very friendly and helpful.
Die Unterkunft ist weiter zu empfehlen. War alles da was man braucht ,auch mit Kindern. (Spielsachen) Ist etwas altmodisch eingerichtet aber das war kein Problem. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Superb villa with a great swimming pool. Clean with a beautiful sea view with its legendary peñon de Ifach which I advise you to climb. We were 2 families. A great vacation. The holiday home is functionally furnished. There is enough seating for 10 people. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had agreed with the owner that we could stay until the afternoon as our flight on the day of departure was not until the evening.
Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten für 10 Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wir hatten mit der Eigentümerin vereinbart, dass wir bis zum Nachmittag bleiben dürfen, da unser Flug am Abreisetag erst am Abend ging.
Apartment that responds exactly to the description, very close to the beach only 50m. Apartment very well located, well equipped, in very good condition. Mireia and her husband are very available if needed. Much activity to do around Vinaròs, Mireia's recommendations were very good.

Good : The frame of the house is good, close to the sea (creek) 150m walk. The center of Vinaros 5-10 min by car. Ideal for 3 small families, quite calm. Nice home of the real estate agency. Tip: rent the entire house for not having other people because the house is divided into 3 apartments. Pretty close to cities for excursions. For people who do not have a big budget it's ok. The bad : The house was very dirty, fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, toilet, furniture full of dust ... (The agency did not charge the cleaning at the exit .. due to our dissatisfaction) Deco of the house very very old, bedding not top. I do not recommend in case of big heat without air conditioning is horror!

Le cadre de la maison est bien, proche de la mer (crique) à 150m à pied.
Le centre de Vinaros à 5-10 min en voiture.
Idéal pour 3 petites familles, assez calme.
Accueil sympa de l'agence immobilière.
Conseil: louez la maison complète pour ne pas avoir d'autres personnes car la maison est découpée en 3 appartements.
Assez proche des villes pour les excursions.
Pour les personnes n'ayant pas un gros budget c'est correct.
Le mauvais :
La maison était très sale, frigo, cafetière, machine à laver, les toilettes, les meubles plein de poussières... (L'agence n'a pas fait payer le ménage à la sortie.. suite à notre mécontentement)
Déco de la maison très très vieux, literie pas top.
Je déconseille en cas de grosse chaleur sans climatisation c'est l'horreur!
We had a great time in this villa is for 8 people for the living room with sofa bed with no flaps or air conditioning can not sleep there. What was impressive is the view of the bay of Calpe, a treat every morning. I recommend this villa.
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette villa qui est pour 8 personnes car le salon avec le clic clac n'ayant pas de volets ni de clim impossible d'y coucher. Ce qui était impressionnant est la vue sur toute la baie de Calpe, un régal tous les matins. Je recommande cette villa.
Villa in a very quiet and near the center of Calpe residential area, approximately 2 kms. Were 8, the house has many rooms well equipped with a swimming pool and terrace with barbecue to eat outside. Had a very good stay and would recommend this rental property. Ms. Gutierrez, very friendly on the phone, gave us useful information for site visits in the area.
Villa située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et proche du centre de Calpe, environ à 2 kms.
Étions 8, la maison dispose de beaucoup de pièces bien équipées, avec une piscine et sa terrasse avec son barbecue pour pouvoir manger dehors.
Avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cette location.
Mme Gutierrez, très aimable au téléphone, nous a donné des informations utiles pour des visites de sites aux alentours.
Fine house within walking distance of downtown. Only did the communication stiff because the owner appeared to speak Spanish only. Through computer translation engine is fairly resolved. However, little cleaning capabilities. No vacuum cleaner only two jokes to keep a house. Ten persons reasonably clean
Prima woning op loopafstand van het centrum. Alleen verliep de communicatie stroef omdat de eigenaresse alleen Spaans bleek te spreken. Via de computervertaalmachine is dat redelijk opgelost. Wel weinig schoonmaakmogelijkheden. Geen stofzuiger alleen twee moppen om een huis voor tien personen redelijk schoon te houden.
Beautiful location, spacious and comfortable. Quiet (except dogs barking at night!). Splendid view of the sea from every window of the house and especially the balcony-terrace suite. Few regrets, however: - Dishes a little just to hire 10 people (no flats or large bowls) - No barbecue (grill so goodbye ...) - No dishwasher (10 is not nothing!) - No mattress on external wheelbarrows. Otherwise, it is perfect and the people of the agency are adorable. We relouerons with this Agency. Do not hesitate to rent this house, you will not be disappointed.

Quartier calme (sauf les aboiements des chiens la nuit !!!).
Vue splendide sur la mer de toutes les fenêtres de cette maison et surtout du balcon-terrasse de la suite parentale.
Quelques regrets cependant :
- la vaisselle un peu juste pour une location de 10 personnes (pas de grands plats ou de grands saladiers),
- pas de barbecue (donc adieu les grillades...)
- pas de lave-vaisselle (à 10 c'est pas rien !)
- pas de matelas sur les brouettes extérieures.
Sinon, c'est parfait et les personnes de l'agence sont adorables.
Nous relouerons avec cette Agence.
Ne pas hésiter à louer cette maison, vous ne serez pas déçus.
We were 11 young students around 21 years and we had a great holiday! It was super nice although we have taken advantage of the pool which was even better than what we have seen in the pictures. The villa was clean when we arrived and perfect to spend a week in our 11. This villa is recommended for all people whether young or families! Superb vacation, again!
Nous étions 11 jeunes étudiants dans les environs de 21 ans et nous avons passé de superbe vacances ! Il a fait super beau nous avons bien su profiter de la piscine qui était même meilleure que ce que nous avons pu voir sur les photos. La villa était propre à notre arrivé et parfaite pour vivre une semaine dedans à nous 11. On recommande cette villa à toutes personnes que ce soit familles ou jeunes ! Superbe vacances, à refaire !
Beautiful villa I knew there a few years ago. But since the owners have done important work, it is accessible to several couples at the same time (5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms). We were all delighted with our stay and would recommend this rental property. We were four couples and it was a pleasure and joy. There is enough room for everyone to isolate and the pool is big enough for all.

Mais depuis que les propriétaires ont fait d'importants travaux , elle est accessible à plusieurs couples en même temps ( 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains ). Nous avons tous été enchantés de notre séjour et nous recommandons cette location. Nous étions quatre couples et ce fut une partie de plaisir et de joie.
Il y a assez de place pour que chacun puisse s'isoler et la piscine est assez grande pour tous.
Hi, the owners were really helpful right from our first contact via email with regards to booking the villa. After travelling down from Calais to the villa we were keeping our fingers crossed the villa was nice. When we arrived, Dennis, the owner's contact, met us as arranged and showed us around the villa. The villa is big, modern and very clean. The grounds are secure and there is private gated parking in the villa grounds. The private pool was big and a pleasure to use on the frequent hot winter days. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need! All the bedrooms are smart and all living spaces are heated. The bathrooms are modern and really nice. The villa is just around the corner (about 5 minutes walk to a few local bars and eating places). This is a really good base for a family or group holiday. The beaches are either about a half-hour walk away or 10 minutes by car. The beaches are unspoiled, great for surfing and wild swimming. I could go on and on, this place is a dream. Just great!
