We are a family of 5 persons with teenage kids. We really enjoyed this property with lots of space, great pool and activities as tennis, table tennis and table football. The property was nice and very clean and the owner was very kind. It is very easy to go to the places you want to see. Everything is very close by. We went to Zoo Marine, an orange farm, the sand sculpture festival, the beach, the small city Silves with the great fishing restaurant and we also went sailing to see the beautiful beaches and caves. It was nice to come home to the property and enjoy the swimming-pool, the silence around the property and all the space. We had a great vacation and can recommend all of it :-)

Improvement points.. Exterior cleaning. Have sheets and towels as a definite and not extra. And the first lease where I had to bring sheets and towels.

Antonio's house is very pleasant and functional. We stayed with 12 people and nothing was missing. I thank Antonio for his warm welcome and his advice. We will come back no problem.

In the ad it is not clear that "the house" is divided into three houses. Everything was very clean and the kitchen in the larger house is very well equipped. The pool lacked treatment, as a lot of rubbish was accumulating at the bottom.
No anúncio não é claro que "a casa" está dividida em três casas.
Estava tudo muito limpo e a cozinha da casa maior está muito bem equipada.
Ficou a faltar tratamento da piscina, uma vez que foi acumulando muito lixo no fundo.
The owners, Rui and his father were very available from our arrival and were very welcoming. The house conforms to the description, the rooms are large and clean, the swimming pools also, very pleasant, even if a little cool, but once inside, you feel so good there :).
We thank Rui and his dad for their welcome. Hope to see you again next time, next year maybe :)

La maison est conforme à la description, les pièces sont grandes et propres, les piscines également, très agréables, même si un peu fraiche, mais une fois dedans, on y est si bien :).

Mr. Antonio L., we received very well, he responds quickly to the messages and the phone. We stayed at 12 (6 adults - 2 pre-adults, 3 teenagers, 1 child) in this beautiful old house and authentic but very well equipped, nothing is missing. Small flat for the pool, small for our taste, but very well maintained.

Villa more than the descriptive even better with lots of light and space. The rooms are even bigger than they look in the ad. The owner is very friendly and is always available. I recommend we have a good time and the pool has no protection and has a glass door that will not let the children get there.

Eu recomendo nós passamos bons momentos e a piscina além de não ter proteção tem uma porta de vidro que não deixa as crianças lá chegar.
Accommodation as photos and description! Very good for family holidays with all conditions and owner always available. Although not in the center of Armação de Pêra, it is within walking distance of beaches: / center, about 5minutes by car! The only repair is the lack of air conditioning which would make the house cooler on hot days! Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a family holiday away from the hassle, in a very quiet and peaceful place!

Muito bom para férias em família, com todas as condições e proprietário sempre disponível.
Apesar de não ser no centro de Armação de Pêra, está a uma curta distância de praias:/centro, cerca de 5minutos de carro!
O único reparo é a falta de ar condicionado, que tornaria a casa mais fresca em dias de calor!
No geral, recomendaria a quem deseja passar umas férias em família longe da confusão, num sítio bastante tranquilo e calmo!

The service and cleanliness were very good. The house was good too. The beds were too hard for some of us. The location was extremely good. 10 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the supermarket and some nice restaurants in the area. For us it was a relaxing week. The house was furnished renter-friendly and everything necessary was available. Value for money!
Der Service und die Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Das Haus war auch gut. Die Betten waren für einige von uns zu hart. Die Lage war ausgesprochen gut. 10 Min zum Strand, 2 min zum Supermarkt und einige nette Restaurants in der Umgebung. Für uns war es eine erholsame Woche. Das Haus war vermieterfreundlich eingerichtet und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Preis/Leistung stimmten !

We like everything! Very helpful host, always kept in touch and helped with directions to get to the place. Very good for those going as a Family (group of 8 or more people) or with friends who want a place to enjoy the countryside, the view, the terrace and surrounding space, the barbecue. The house is just as described, the spaces are spacious and airy. I strongly recommend it. To repeat!

Anfitrião muito prestável, manteve-se sempre em contacto e ajudou nas indicações para chegarmos ao local. Muito bom para quem vai em Família (grupo de 8 ou mais pessoas) ou com amigos que pretendem um lugar para desfrutar do campo a vista, o terraço e espaço envolvente, a churrasqueia. A casa é tal e qual como descrita, os espaços são amplos e arejados. Recomendo vivamente.

It exceeded expectations. Cozy house with plenty of space, ideal for large families. For those with children, the fenced pool is an asset, as well as the different materials at their disposal (trampoline, beacons, cars ...). An interesting detail is the small vegetable garden, where we can harvest vegetables or herbs.
Superou as expectativas. Casa acolhedora, com bastante espaço, ideal para famílias grandes. Para quem tem crianças, a piscina com vedação é uma mais valia, bem como os diferentes materiais ao seu dispôr (trampolim, balizas, carros...).
Um pormenor interessante é a pequena horta, onde podemos colher legumes ou ervas aromáticas.
