.. JEANQUET DE VILLEREAL is a superb 18th century farmhouse, typical of Perigord, set on 3 hectares of grounds with trees and flowers. It enjoys a superb panoramic view, overlooking a green and wooded valley, with the castle of Biron in the distance. Located in Périgord/Haut Agenais, at the limit of the departments of the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne.

.. The Jeanquet has a SWIMMING POOL and 1 paddling pool, open day and night so you can swim under the stars! One is 14x6m and the other is a large paddling pool for children of 3x4m. On the 180m2 of tiled beaches, with sunbathing are where you can enjoy the wonderful panorama of nature.

Many games are available for children: slides, swings, sandbox and Ping-Pong, petanque for the biggest...

At 3 kms, discover the charming 13th century Bastide, Villeréal, classified "one of the most beautiful villages in France", with all the shops and services, as well as 2 farmer's markets per week.
Marie-Claude and Olivier live on the farm with their cats, a mare and a pony. They want you to discover their wonderful surroundings and will enjoy sharing simple and warm moments with you ..

Lots of peace and space. We had a fantastic stay.
We spent 14 days at Le Pigeonnier and enjoyed the atmosphere and the unique view. The furnishing of the apartment is tastefully decorated. The owners, Olivier and Marie-Claude Bonvalot, welcomed us very warmly and were courteous.
Villereal nearby (easily accessible by bike) is an impressive bastide with lots of life. We will return !

The region is rich in discoveries and tourist visits: bastides, castles, typical markets, festivals, and then and then ......... the gastronomy of Périgord; Not to mention the extreme friendliness of the owners.

A base of all rest to radiate between bastides of Périgord and the Lot and Garonne. To remake .... without moderation!
The place is idyllic and the welcome is lovely. The available space and the pool with the view are unique.
The lodging is also very well placed to visit the Perigord and to take advantage particularly of the bastides and their markets.
I would have put 5 stars, but even if the description of the lodging is in conformity, it is a little "old", (the kitchen and its equipment can be old or impractical). It would also require a seating area better furnished than a simple two seater sofa (without a coffee table).

Our lodgings exist for 25 years now; We strive to improve them each year, either in the renewal of equipment, in the decoration or the external facilities with the concern to satisfy our guests as best as possible.
Nos gîtes existent depuis maintenant 25 ans; nous nous efforçons de les améliorer chaque année, soit dans le renouvellement de matériel, soit dans la décoration ou encore les aménagements extérieurs avec le souci de satisfaire au mieux nos hôtes.
We absolutely recommend it.
Gites made for people needing to cut with the thrilling diet of life.
No Wifi, but a lot of conviviality.

Hazelnuts, prunes, visits to villages and castles, rides with our horses housed on-site swimming pool to relax .. A paradise!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay thanks to the beautiful pool and views overlooking the surrounding countryside. We will come back !
The owners are very friendly, discreet but always ready to meet every need. In short, a beautiful and resourceful place in a tourist area teeming with activities to do with children, to recommend without hesitation.
Organised as part of a 3 day weekend for my association.

Besides the care of guests really enjoyed the quiet and beautiful views.
The short distance from the town of Villeréal that the location is excellent.
In the immediate vicinity there are many sites to visit.
Marie-Claude Olivier and greeted us as if we already knew, in an idyllic setting. I came away knowing that I had found a family with heart on hand, as present as discrete as "print " their tenants there. Holidays where you feel at home, ideal!
My parents, my sister and brother have returned several times, notably to celebrate the 60th anniversary of my father.
At the birth of my eldest daughter, I had an idea in mind, it is to return. Done in August 2008, and after the birth of my second daughter in August 2012 in the pigeon: the castle girls!
I will definitely be some friendship for Marie-Claude Olivier, for the love of these deposits and the region, and especially because the girls have adopted in their turn.
I can not conclude that invites you to discover the perfect set for a great family vacation!
