We had two very nice weeks. The house was clean when we arrived. The swimming pool is great. There are plenty of things to do around!! The only downside is the highway which you can hear quite a bit in the evening. Otherwise I recommend the house!!
Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines. La maison était propre à notre arrivé. La piscine est top. Il y a plein de choses à faire aux alentours !!
Le seul bémol c'est l'autoroute qu'on entend pas mal le soir. Sinon je recommande la maison !!
We spent a very pleasant week in this villa, the strong point of which is the fantastic view over the entire bay of Agay and the coast to the Gulf of St Tropez. The very well equipped terrace allows you to enjoy a magnificent spectacle at sunset. The owner, extremely responsive, does everything to facilitate the stay of his tenants. We definitely recommend this rental!
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette villa dont le point fort est la vue fantastique sur toute la baie d’Agay et la côte jusqu’au golfe de St Tropez. La terrasse très bien équipée permet de jouir d’un spectacle grandiose au coucher du soleil.
Le propriétaire, extrêmement réactif, fait tout pour faciliter le séjour de ses locataires.
Nous recommandons assurément cette location !
Very nice accommodation with everything you need for a stay such as bed linen, towels, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, nice pool, etc. We didn't miss anything during the 2 week vacation. The landlords are really very nice and attentive. We received a gift from the region as a welcome. There was water and wine in the fridge for us. The landlords also responded quickly to our questions and concerns and helped us. Especially when one of us got burned by a jellyfish. The landlords brought us special ointments and medicines in case of an allergic reaction. Then we asked how we were doing. Really great! Mme Guillemard is also a nice and attentive person. She gave us the key and was there when we left. She also responded promptly and courteously to our concerns.
All in all, we spent a wonderful holiday with 3 families including children. There was something for everyone. The area is very beautiful and you can easily explore the French Riviera by car. The house is in a great location. The beaches can be seen inreach on foot in a few minutes. Grocery store with fresh baguettes and croissants is also within walking distance. Restaurants on the beach are also recommended.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wie z.B. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher, voll ausgestattete Küche, schöner Pool usw. Uns hat während den 2 Wochen Urlaub nicht gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben zu Begrüßung eine Aufmerksamkeit aus der Region bekommen. Im Kühlschrank war Wasser und Wein für uns. Die Vermieter haben auch schnell ausunsere Fragen und Anliegen reagiert und uns geholfen. Insbesondere als einer von uns von einer Qualle verbrannt wurde. Die Vermieter haben uns spezielle Salbe und auch Medikamente im Falle einer allergischen Reaktion vorbeigebracht. Danach auch nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Wirklich toll!
Mme Guillemard ist ebenfalls eine nette und aufmerksame Person. Sie hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und auch bei der Abreise war sie dabei. Auch sie hat ümgehend und zuvorkommend auf unsere Anliegen reagiert.
Insgesamt haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 3 Familien inkl. Kinder verbracht. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann bequem mit dem Auto die französische Riviera erkunden. Das Haus hat such eine super Lage. Die Strände kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäft mit frischem Baguette und Croissants ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants am Strand sind auch zu empfehlen.

Great accommodation, very friendly owners and care. The accommodation is very well equipped and clean. Large, beautiful pool, good location with access to the A8, direction Cannes or Frejus. We have already inquired for next year! Perfect for small children with no stairs in the house and a separate pool on the large property.
Tolle Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Besitzer und Betreuung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und sauber. Großer, schöner Pool, gute Lage mit Anschluss an die A8, Richtung Cannes oder Frejus. Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr angefragt! Perfekt für kleine Kinder ohne Treppen im Haus und separatem Pool auf dem großen Grundstück.
Very pleasant villa, on the heights in peace. The view is splendid. Access to the beach and shops is quick (5 minutes by car - 15 minutes on foot for the descent). The villa is also well equipped and the ideal layout for 2 families (each with its own bedroom and bathroom space). Mr L, the owner is finally very accessible and facilitating. We will gladly re-rent it for the next vacation!
Villa très agréable, sur les hauteurs au calme. La vue est splendide. L’accès au bord de plage et commerces est rapide (5 minutes en voiture - 15 minutes à pieds pour la descente). La villa est aussi bien équipée et l’agencement idéal pour 2 familles (chacune ayant son espace chambres et salles de bain). Mr L, le propriétaire s’est monté enfin très accessible et facilitant. Nous la relouerons volontiers pour de prochaines vacances !
Excellent villa!! We had an incredibly good time there. The villa is very comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the needed amenities. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view where you can sunbathe, take a cup of coffee, or take your meals. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There are small shops/delis nearby and the beach is walking distance. Thank you, Nathalie and Jean Michel, for your warm welcoming. Hope to stay there again soon! I highly recommend it!!
We were in this beautiful house last September. The location and the view are incomparable. The pool is really big, so you can really swim. It is completely fenced, which is definitely important for families with small children. The layout of the rooms is also perfect. The kitchen was a bit dated last year, but has been renovated after our vacation. Just like the shower to the master bedroom on the ground floor. But even before that we would have come back anytime, because otherwise it is the ideal house for a group or family of up to 8 people. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea and a few meters up the road to the nature reserve. You can hike as long as you want. Perfect for dog owners too. We have been to Les Issambres several times, but this house was really the most perfect for us. Many thanks also for the nice contact to the landlord. We want to come back in any case and can recommend everything without reservation. See you soon hopefully!
Wir waren letzten September in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Lage und der Blick sind unvergleichlich. Der Pool ist wirklich groß, so dass man schon richtig schwimmen kann. Er ist komplett eingezäunt, was für Familien mit kleinen Kindern bestimmt wichtig ist.
Die Aufteilung der Räume ist auch perfekt. Die Küche war letztes Jahr etwas veraltet, ist aber nach unserem Urlaub renoviert worden. Ebenso wie die Dusche zum Hauptschlafzimmer im EG. Aber auch vorher war es so, dass wir jederzeit wieder gekommen wären, weil es ansonsten für uns das ideale Haus für eine Gruppe oder Familie bis 8 Personen ist.
Zum Meer sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten und ins Naturschutzgebiet nur eine paar Meter die Straße hoch. Da kann man wandern so lange man will. Perfekt auch für Hundebesitzer.
Wir waren schon mehrmals in Les Issambres, aber dieses Haus war für uns wirklich das perfekteste.

We would like to thank the landlord family (2 very nice older gentlemen) for the reception and the briefing in the living rooms. The house and the grounds are great and the view of the bay of St. Raphael / Frejus from the terrace is great.

Quiet rental and more than conform to the description of the ad. Friendly owners and very kind to the point where my 3 year old daughter asks me to go see them again. I recommend it with your eyes closed.
Location au calme et plus que conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Propriétaires accueillants et très gentils au point où ma fille de 3 ans me demande d'aller les revoir. Je la recommande les yeux fermés.
House with charm, spacious (we were 5 children and 2 adults), located in a very quiet residential area, just a few minutes walk from a sandy beach, a small cove (with pebbles and rocks, ideal for snorkeling), a small grocery store (which also sells bread and pastries) and restaurants / snacks.
The view from the terrace is beautiful and the pool large and nice. The kids also enjoyed the ping pong table (new). The (very pretty) studio attached to the house allows a couple (or a teen!) To have his own space (which can be appreciated).
The contact person as well as the owners are correct and responsive people in case of glitches or questions (both before and during the stay). Only downside: some parts deserve to be renovated (eg the shower of the parental suite). But we had a great family holiday. To recommend.
Maison qui a du charme, spacieuse (nous étions 5 enfants et 2 adultes), située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, à quelques minutes à pied seulement d'une plage de sable, d'une petite crique (avec galets et rochers, idéale pour le snorkeling), d'une petite épicerie (qui vend également du pain et des viennoiseries) et de restaurants/snacks.
La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et la piscine grande et agréable. Les enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié la table de ping-pong (neuve).
Le (très joli) studio attenant à la maison permet à un couple (ou un ado!) d'avoir son propre espace (ce qui peut être appréciable).
La personne de contact ainsi que les propriétaires sont des personnes correctes et réactives en cas de pépin ou de question (aussi bien avant que pendant le séjour).
Seul petit bémol: certaines parties mériteraient d'être rénovées (par exemple la douche de la suite parentale).
Mais nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. A recommander.

Great stay in this beautiful house very well furnished, very pleasant, located in a flower garden with swimming pool and beautiful sea view. Located 8 minutes walk from the beach and a well-run mini market where you can find everything including organic. The owners are very welcoming and attentive to their tenants. Super séjour dans cette jolie maison très bien aménagée, très agréable à vivre, située dans un jardin fleuri avec piscine et superbe vue mer.
Située à 8 min à pied de la plage et d'une supérette bien gérée où l'on trouve de tout, y compris du bio.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute de leurs locataires.
Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

What can I say except that the hirers are charming people, welcoming, attentive and very friendly. A rental consistent and very pleasant, quiet and has all the amenities. We will recommend this rental to friends and acquaintances without worry. Moreover, since they are kind enough to accept animals the place is suitable for these.

Une location conforme et très agréable, calme et qui possède toutes les commodités. Nous recommanderons cette location à des amis et connaissances sans souci. De plus, puisqu'ils ont la gentillesse d'accepter les animaux le lieu est adapter pour ces derniers.
