The apartment is ideal for a holiday in this part of Sardinia. The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor terrace with sea view is wonderful. The location is strategic as, by walking along the internal road in a few minutes (therefore without crossing the provincial road), you reach the first of the enchanting beaches of Chia which are all reachable with a beautiful walk. The owner is very kind and the exchange of information is always complete and fast. Highly recommended.

Le camere da letto sono ampie, la cucina è ben dotata e la terrazza esterna con vista mare è meravigliosa.
La posizione è strategica in quanto, percorrendo in pochi minuti a piedi la stradina interna (quindi senza attraversare la provinciale), si giunge alla prima delle incantevoli spiagge di Chia che sono tutte raggiungibili con una bellissima passeggiata.
La proprietaria è molto gentile e i lo scambio di informazioni sempre completo e veloce.

This property surpassed our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was constant hot water and a good supply of towels. The garden was well maintained. The owners are very aware of the environment and provided bins for compost and recycling. They greeted us when we arrived, and made sure we knew where the shops and restaurants were. The property is in a quiet, safe area and is a stones throw from the beach. I would certainly recommend this house to my friends. I never booked with MediaHols before but will certainly do so in the future.

I stayed in Solanas with Mr. Salvatore for a week in June. I highly recommend this apartment for its proximity to the very beautiful beach (distance 250m), the possibility of having a garden, the cleanliness and courtesy of the owners. Perfect for a family of 4, we especially appreciated the attention to those little things, essential for those who travel by plane like us and cannot carry excessive luggage such as having scented sheets and towels (both for bath and sea), containers of plastic, ice packs for thermal bags, umbrella, bouncers, a bicycle and everything you need. Solanas has a minimarket, a butcher, a couple of pizzerias (also take-away) and several bars. If you want to do the shopping a bit bigger, you have to go to Villasimius (15 minutes). All the most beautiful beaches are located between 10-30 minutes by car. The closest cove is Saruxi (10min). In Villasimius, you can find several beaches including Punta Molentis (the most beautiful of all!) And Porto Giunco. Less than half an hour by car, passing through the interior, we arrive at Costa Rei: we visited the Scoglio di Peppino (very beautiful!). I recommendalso to take a ride with the boat (Fioredimaggio) to spend a day different from the others (on the boat I ate very well). I thank the owners again for their courtesy. Hi Salvatore.
Ho soggiornato a Solanas dal signor Salvatore una settimana a giugno. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per la vicinanza con la spiaggia molto bella (distanza 250m), la possibilità di disporre di un giardino, la pulizia e la cortesia dei proprietari.
Perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone, abbiamo gradito soprattutto l’attenzione per quelle piccole cose, fondamentali per chi viaggia in aereo come noi e non può portare bagagli eccessivi come avere lenzuola e asciugamani profumati (sia da bagno che da mare), contenitori di plastica, ghiacci per borse termiche, ombrellone, sdraiette, una bicicletta e tutto l’occorrente necessario.
Solanas ha un minimarket, la macelleria, un paio di pizzerie (anche asporto) e diversi bar. Se si vuole fare la spesa un po' più grande, bisogna andare a Villasimius (15 minuti).
Tutte le spiagge più belle si trovano tra i 10-30 minuti di auto. La caletta più vicina è Saruxi (10min). A Villasimius, potete trovare diverse spiagge tra cui Punta Molentis (la più bella in assoluto!) e Porto Giunco. A meno di mezz’ora di auto, passando per l’interno, si arriva Costa Rei: noi abbiamo visitato lo Scoglio di Peppino (molto bello!).
Vi consiglio anche di fare un giro con il barcone (Fioredimaggio) per passare una giornata diversa dalle altre (sulla barca ho mangiato benissimo).

The house is cozy, set in a tranquil setting, the outdoor veranda very comfortable for al fresco dining! Courtesy of the home owner and maximum cleanliness in the apartment (equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay). I enjoyed the outdoor veranda, where it is possible to eat. Campus beach is very beautiful, you can walk to it, but you can get there by car because the parking is in front of the beach. Also in this period Villasimius welcomes tourists with characteristic shops and restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality!
La casa è accogliente, inserita in un contesto tranquillo, molto comoda la veranda esterna per poter cenare al fresco! Cortesia del proprietario di casa e massima pulizia nell'appartamento (dotato di tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno rilassante). Ho apprezzato la veranda esterna, dove è possibile mangiare. La spiaggia di Campus è molto bella, si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una passeggiata, ma ci si può arrivare in auto perché il parcheggio è davanti la spiaggia. Anche in questo periodo Villasimius accoglie i turisti con negozi e locali caratteristici. Grazie per l'ospitalità!
The landlord was very helpful and has minor defects fixed immediately. On arrival there were 2 bottles of the best Sardinian red wine ready. Regarding the lawn carpet in the garden instead of a real lawn we were a bit baffled, because around in the gardens, the neighbors had a real lawn. Nonetheless, we watered our holiday retreat neatly with the provided hose, so that even the hibiscus flowered ... We found the terrace very appealing and were very satisfied. In the summer we have something here the mosquitoes plagued, maybe you should think of a mosquito net for the terrace.
Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat kleinere Mängel sofort behoben. Bei der Ankunft standen 2 Flaschen des besten sardischen Rotweins bereit. Bezüglich des Rasenteppichs im Garten statt eines echten Rasens waren wir etwas verblüfft, denn ringsherum in den Gärten hatten die Nachbarn einen echten Rasen. Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir mit dem bereitliegenden Schlauch unser Ferienrefugium ordentlich gewässert, so dass sogar der Hibiskus blühte... Wir fanden vor allem die Terrasse sehr ansprechend und waren sehr zufrieden. Im Sommer haben uns hier etwas die Stechmücken geplagt, evtl. sollte man ein Mückennetz für die Terrasse denken.
The house was absolutely 100% of the description and photos of the listing. It is a fairly old, but neatly maintained holiday home. The view is wonderful. To reach the beach on foot, about 280 steps have to be gone. Otherwise one is dependent on a car for all activities. Torre delle Stelle has only a few paved roads, by far the largest part of the road is unpaved. Torre delle Stelle consists of 2 bays. The bay in which the house is located is very quiet. A little more hustle and bustle is in the other bay. At our holiday season in late July / early August, there were only a few mosquitoes. The house has a car garage in the park should also be parked. The entry into this requires a little caution. Who wants to spend a very quiet holiday and is satisfied with an older holiday home, will certainly be able to spend a nice holiday here.
Das Ferienhaus entsprach absolut zu 100% der Beschreibung und den Fotos des Inserates. Es ist ein recht betagtes, aber ordentlich gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Um Fußläufig den Strand zu erreichen, müssen ca. 280 Treppenstufen gegangen werden. Ansonsten ist man bei allen Unternehmungen auf ein Auto angewiesen. Torre delle Stelle verfügt nur über einige wenige asphaltierte Straßen, der weitaus größte Straßenanteil ist unbefestigt. Torre delle Stelle besteht aus 2 Buchten. Die Bucht in der das Ferienhaus liegt ist sehr ruhig. Ein wenig mehr Trubel ist in der anderen Bucht. Zu unserer Ferienzeit Ende Juli/Anfang August waren nur wenige Mücken da.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Autogarage in der auch geparkt werden sollte. Die Einfahrt in diese bedarf ein wenig Vorsicht.
Wer einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub verleben möchte und mit einem älteren Ferienhaus zufrieden ist, wird hier sicherlich einen schönen Urlaub verbringen können.
