We lived in this house with two adults and four children. It's very generous. The equipment is simple but functional. The location and the garden are a dream. The property is almost surrounded by the sea and is very well maintained. Great plants and lots of seating in the garden. In just 3 minutes walk you can reach the beautiful beach. The nearest shopping and nightlife options are at least 6 km away. Therefore we recommend a car. Serena, the landlady is very friendly and was always available. We had a great time and would book this house again at any time.

Es ist sehr großzügig. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber funktional.
Die Lage und der Garten sind ein Traum.
Das Grundstück ist nahezu vom Meer umgeben und sehr gepflegt. Tolle Pflanzen und viele Sitzmöglickeiten im Garten.
In nur 3 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den wunderschönen Strand.
Die nächsten Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind mindestens 6 km entfernt. Deshalb empfehlen wir ein Auto.
Serena, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und war jederzeit erreichbar.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
The house is very beautiful and spacious, equipped with every comfort. The swimming pool is very clean and the outdoor area very well kept. Mrs. Patrizia was very kind and gave us a lot of information about the area. The house is a few steps from the free beach. I recommend this location for its proximity to Noto and Syracuse and to explore the entire coast and the various beaches. Great experience.
La casa e' davvero molto bella e spaziosa, fornita di ogni confort. La piscina e' molto pulita e lo spazio esterno molto curato.
La Signora Patrizia e' stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito molte informazioni sulla zona.
La casa dista pochi passi dalla spiaggia libera.
Consiglio questa location per la vicinanza a Noto e Siracusa e per esplorare tutta la costa e le varie spiagge.

A welcome practically Familiar! The house is a real "bijoux " Equipped with everything, inside and outside, the area is Very quiet, and the sandy beach, beautiful and spotless, is only a 2 minute walk away! Availability of Mr. Salvo and Mrs. Ventimiglia: total and nice. Note that this is my second stay, and I hope it won't be my last.

Very large and functional house! We stayed in 2 families and found large rooms, functioning air conditioning and sufficient to cover all the rooms, and 2 bathrooms which allowed us to have adequate privacy. The garden is much appreciated and in particular the outdoor shower, cabin, with hot water, which can be used exactly as if we were inside. The owner Pino super helpful! We have contacted him several times to have support even for issues not strictly related to the house, and he has always provided us with quick and courteous answers and solutions. Thanks Pino!
Casa molto grande e funzionale!
Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 famiglie e abbiamo trovato ampie camere, aria condizionata funzionante e sufficiente a coprire tutti i locali, e 2 bagni che ci hanno permesso di avere adeguata privacy. Molto apprezzato il giardino e in particolare la doccia esterna, cabinata, con acqua calda, da poter utilizzare esattamente come fossimo all’interno.
Il proprietario Pino super disponibile! L’abbiamo contattato più volte per avere supporto anche per questioni non inerenti strettamente alla casa, e ci ha sempre fornito risposte e soluzioni rapide e con assoluta cortesia. Grazie Pino!

Casa spaziosa e comoda, giardino stupendo con docce esterne private bellissime persino con illuminate! Pino, il proprietario è affidabile e molto disponibile. Se avete intenzione di andare da quella parte della Sicilia contattatelo, comunque la casa ha un ingresso indipendente, è vicina al centro e alla spiaggia, parcheggio praticacame davanti al cancello...consigliatissima!!
The owner Mr. Paolo gave us the opportunity to stay a week on the 1st floor where you could access a beautiful terrace equipped with every comfort, deck chairs, outdoor shower etc., the following week on the ground floor. The apartments were equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, sheets and towels, without any extra charge, about 200 meters there is a beautiful beach, clean sea, you can go to the Gelsomineto reserve, the Cavagrande del Cassibile lakes, and many other beautiful places. on the other hand, I recommend a fantastic Girlando granita and brioche bar. We enjoyed it very much, we will return.
l proprietario il sig. Paolo ci ha dato la possibilità di soggiornare una settimana al 1° piano dove si poteva accedere ad una bellissima terrazza dotata di ogni confort, sdraio, doccia esterna ecc., la settimana successiva al piano terra.
Gli appartamenti erano dotati di zanzariere, climatizzatori, lenzuola e asciugamani, senza nessun sovrapprezzo, circa 200 metri si trova una bella spiaggia, mare pulito, si può andare nella riserva del Gelsomineto, i Laghetti di Cavagrande del Cassibile, e tanti altri posti uno bello dell'altro, vi consiglio una fantastica granita e brioche bar Girlando.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ritorneremo.
Impeccable location, modern and beautifully landscaped garden, a real oasis where you can relax after unforgettable excursions. The region is full of curiosities (Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, Syracusa, Taormina, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide ...), enough to take care of for ten days, without forgetting sea baths in crystal clear water. The owner is charming and always listening: a big thank you to Pino for his availability. We hope to return to this wonderful region and enjoy the comfort of Pino near all the necessary amenities (shops, cafes, restaurants and downtown) to swim in the typical Sicilian atmosphere. Location impeccable, moderne et avec jardin superbement aménagé, un vrai petit oasis où il fait bon se détendre après des excursions inoubliables. La région regorge de curiosités (Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, Syracusa, Taormina, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide...), de quoi s'occuper pendant une dizaine de jours, sans oublier des bains de mer dans une eau cristalline.
Le propriétaire est charmant et toujours à l'écoute: un grand merci à Pino pour sa disponibilité.
Nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans cette merveilleuse région et profiter du confort que met à disposition Pino à proximité de toutes les commodités nécessaires (commerces, cafés, restaurants et centre ville) permettant de baigner dans l'atmosphère typique sicilienne.

We spent a week in Avola at Signor Pino's villa. We were 10 people including 3 children. The house is very spacious and perfectly reflects the description of the site, the bathrooms are new and large. Very comfortable garden with table and barbecue. The house is located in a very well equipped area. Particularly appreciate the availability of the owner.
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana ad Avola nella villa del signor Pino. Eravamo 10 persone di cui 3 bambini. La casa è molto spaziosa e rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione del sito, i bagni sono nuovi e grandi. Molto comodo il giardino con il tavolo e il barbecue. La casa si trova in una zona molto fornita di tutte le comodità. Da apprezzare particolarmente la disponibilità del proprietario.
Going on vacation means looking for enchanting places, splendid sea without discarding good food, then you have to go to Sicily. The newly built apartment is equipped with every comfort. A large outdoor space makes the house extremely comfortable, moreover the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. In an excellent position both to reach the beautiful beaches of Avola, and the pretty center. All services are within walking distance. The host Pino was very helpful and attentive to our needs, we found a welcoming and familiar environment.
L'appartamento di recente costruzione è dotato di ogni comfort. Un ampio spazio esterno rende la casa estremamente comoda, inoltre la cucina è fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari. In ottima posizione sia per raggiungere le bellissime spiagge di Avola, sia il grazioso centro. A pochi passi sono presenti tutti i servizi. L'host Pino è stato molto disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente e familiare.
Perfect holidays! The property is both very large, beautiful and extremely well maintained. The house is large, practical, well decorated and lacks nothing. Des vacances parfaites! La propriété est à la fois très grande, magnifique et extrêmement bien entretenue. La maison est grande, pratique, bien décorée et ne manque de rien. Et que dire de la piscine, gigantesque et impeccablement propre. La plage la plus proche est à moins de 100 mètres, parfait pour aller nager ou voir des poissons. Et pour ne rien gâcher, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentionnés. Génial !
We stayed in the mercury apartment the first week of September. The apartment is cute, equipped with every comfort and tastefully furnished. The private entrance, the veranda and the garden and the outdoor hot shower are fantastic! The owner is a friendly, helpful, non-intrusive guy. Thanks to his advice we could visit beautiful places that alone we would never have found. Apartment highly recommended for everything! 10 and praise!
Abbiamo soggiornato nell appartamento mercurio la prima settimana di settembre. L'appartamento è carinissimo, dotato di ogni confort e arredato con gusto. L'ingresso indipendente, la veranda eil giardino e la doccia calda esterna sono fantastici! Il proprietario è un ragazzo cordiale, disponibile, non invadente. Grazie ai suoi consigli abbiamo potuto visitare posti splendidi che da soli non avremmo mai trovato. Appartamento consigliatissimo per tutto! 10 e lode!
Avola is a perfect logistical base for visiting the provinces of Syracuse and Ragusa. This house is even more: located in a strategic point of the city, zero parking problems, very quiet area, a few meters of the sea if you want to stay in Avola, well served as a store, very safe. Pino is an excellent manager and a good person, always available for any need. The house is comfortable and quiet, with a very enjoyable garden.
Avola è una base perfetta logisticamente per visitare le province di Siracusa e Ragusa. Questa casa lo è ancora di più: situata in un punto strategico della città, zero problemi di parcheggio, zona molto silenziosa, a pochi metri del mare se si vuole restare ad Avola, ben servita quanto a negozi, molto sicura. Pino è un ottimo gestore e una brava persona, sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità. La casa è comoda e silenziosa, con un bel giardino molto godibile.
