Comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, annex with bedroom and bathroom and possibility of a sofa bed in the living room. Functional kitchen and internal garden with a beautiful olive tree where you can have lunch on the large table or have an aperitif. Although the furniture is essential, there is everything you need. The area is quiet and peaceful at night. In 10 minutes on foot you arrive on the Viareggio promenade. For parking, in the first weekend of September, we had no problems placing two cars in the vicinity of the house. We stayed at 7 for two nights. Satisfied, recommended up to 8 people.

Per il parcheggio, nel primo fine settimana di settembre, non abbiamo avuto problemi a sistemare due auto nelle vicinanze della casa. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 per due notti.

The house was clean when we arrived, and the owner is very reactive (with the help of his mother) in case of question or problem. The bedding is good, and the bedrooms are spacious. The table football is cool. Concerning the kitchen, there is no dishwasher, and the cooker is quite old (one of the cooker plate was not working and the oven blows the fuse when you turn it off...), but this is very easy and cheap to order pizza :-). Viarreggio is a good place to visit Toscana and to enjoy the see. We had great holidays !
Love Viareggio and Versilia. The property is great! Prior to our arrival the host provided us with lots of useful information which helped us in organizing our stay in Viareggio. The check-in was smooth and we felt very welcome. The house is well sized with lots of space and fully equipped, 5 stars out of 5 on cleanliness. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the backgarden. The neighborhood is quiet,road with no traffic so total silence. the location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk to the seafront, 3 minutes the to supermarket. We had a great time. highly recommended.
The apartment was comfortable and clean, all very satisfying for a big family. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The apartment was situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the supermarket, the park and the beach. The owner is reliable and always helpful when needed, we were given extra tips about programs and restaurants and extra help. We spent our vacation at the best place that I could have imagined. I recommend this apartment for families.

Fine mobile home with large veranda and air conditioning, located on a small campsite. Very friendly staff, 2 camping shops, restaurant and bar, swimming pool, and shuttle bus to the beach of Viareggio. Very helpful landlord, fast response time on contact. Possibility to rent bed and bath linen at the caravan via the camping reception.
Fijne stacaravan met grote veranda en airco, gelegen op kleinschalige camping. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, 2 campingwinkeltjes, restaurant en bar, zwembad, en shuttle bus naar het strand van Viareggio. Zeer behulpzame verhuurder, snelle reactietijd op contact. Mogelijkheid tot huur van bed- en badlinnen bij de caravan via de campingreceptie.
The owner, Mr. Sulkers, confirms his kindness and availability already demonstrated during the booking, however, was on site to a couple of mobile home from ours. The MH is welcoming and clean, equipped with all comforts. The only flaw, highlighted to Mr. Jan, is the lack of Italian TV channels compared to the many available in all languages, considering that it is rented in Tuscany. I recommend paying attention to current loads, probably due to the house but to the general panel. Camping Paradiso is quite nice, but unfortunately it is lacking in maintenance; the reception is not the best in the immediate future, the staff is still available and some are very kind and others are less. The distance from the beach, about 900 meters, is obviated by the shuttle service of the campsite at scheduled times, but often does not compensate for the effective influx of guests. Alternatively a nice walk of about 20/25 minutes (not recommended in case of small children or various beach equipment). The camping agreement with the beach is negligible (discount of only ? 1 on the daily cost), but you can opt for the free adjoining (space at will). The centerof Viareggio a few minutes drive, very nice the seafront.
Il proprietario, Mr. Sulkers, conferma la sua gentilezza e disponibilità dimostrata già in fase di prenotazione, peraltro era in loco ad un paio di mobile home dalla nostra. La MH accogliente e pulita, attrezzata di tutti i comfort. Unica pecca, evidenziata al sig. Jan, è la mancanza di canali TV in italiano rispetto ai molteplici disponibili in tutte le lingue, considerato che è in locazione in Toscana. Consiglio attenzione ai carichi di corrente, probabilmente dovuti alla casa ma al pannello generale. Il camping Paradiso è abbastanza carino, purtroppo però è carente di manutenzione; l’accoglienza non è il massimo nell’immediato, lo staff è comunque disponibile e alcuni molto gentili altri meno. La distanza dalla spiaggia, circa 900 metri, è ovviata dal servizio navetta del camping in orari prestabiliti, ma che sovente non sopperisce l’effettiva affluenza degli ospiti. In alternativa una bella passeggiata di circa 20/25 minuti (non consigliata in caso di presenza di bambini piccoli o attrezzature varie da spiaggia). La convenzione del camping con la spiaggia è irrisoria (sconto di solo 1€ sul costo giornaliero), ma si può optare per la libera attigua (spazio a volontà). Il centro di Viareggio a pochi minuti di auto, molto bello il lungomare.
The holiday home is very nice, functional and equipped with everything you need. We have also appealed the courtyard, where we often have dinner al fresco. In addition, Angela, Alberto's mother, was very kind and, because she lives very close, can be contacted in case of any need.
La casa vacanze è molto bella, funzionale ed attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo appreezzato anche il cortile, dove spesso abbiamo cenato al fresco . Inoltre Angela, la mamma di Alberto, è stata molto gentile e, poichè abita proprio vicinissimo, la si può contattare in caso di qualche necessità .
The only problem was not all the instructions were available in English or Italian, just German or probably Dutch (I don't even know none of those languages, may be was another one as well), and even the antenna for TV can catch Dutch or German language channels only as well.
For everything else it was good enough. The bungalow was quite clean and comfortable, the camping services were good as well but I thought the swimming pool was as little bit bigger from the pictures I've seen in the advertisement.
We were satisfied with the accommodation. The mobilehome is very well equipped (dishes and cooking utensils) and clean. The terrace is very large and you can eat here wonderfully. Sleeping rooms are very cramped but adequate. The toilet is very small. People with a larger body circumference could not use this! In some places (eg shower) strong consumption traces can be seen. The campsite is highly recommended. A well-kept facility and friendly staff. Overall a recommendable object!
Wir waren zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Mobilehome ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirr und Kochutensilien) und sauber. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und man kann hier wunderbar essen. Schlafräume sind sehr beengt, aber ausreichend. Die Toilette ist sehr klein. Menschen mit einem größerem Körperumfang könnten diese nicht nutzen! An einigen Stellen (z.B. Dusche) sind starke Verbrauchsspuren zu erkennen. Der Campingplatz ist sehr zu empfehlen. Eine gepflegte Anlage und freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Objekt!

We stayed in this wonderful house from October 1st to October 15th, 2022! The expectations were exceeded, the house is lovingly and equipped with everything and very clean. Christiano and his wife are very, very nice and helpful. Christiano came by several times a week to take care of the pool and to ask if everything was ok. The view from the balcony is a dream, I would book the house again at any time!

Die Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen, das Haus ist liebevoll und mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Christiano und seine Frau sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Christiano kam mehrfach die Woche vorbei um sich um den Pool zu kümmern und zu fragen ob alles OK ist. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum, ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!
We stayed at Mr. Christian towards the end of August for a week. Expectations were more than exceeded, in fact it turned out to be much more than a simple holiday home: the garden (with swimming pool), the interior space, the quiet location, the cleanliness and attention to detail pleasantly surprised us. Even the location, on the first hills near Camaiore, make it both quiet because it is surrounded by olive trees, and convenient for reaching the nearby beaches. Even Mr. Cristiano has always been courteous and available to our eventual requests, that is ... PROMOTED WITH FULL VOTES !!!
Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura del sig. Cristiano verso fine agosto per una settimana. Le aspettative sono state più che superate, infatti si è rivelata molto più che una semplice casa vacanze: il giardino (con piscina), lo spazio interno, la posizione tranquilla, la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli ci hanno piacevolmente sorpreso. Anche la posizione, sulle prime colline nei pressi di Camaiore la rendono sia tranquilla perché immersa negli ulivi, sia comoda per raggiungere le spiagge delle vicinanze. Anche Sig. Cristiano è sempre stato cortese e disponibile a nostre eventuali richieste, che dire... PROMOSSA A PIENI VOTI!!!
