We had a pleasant stay with the family. The house is very well equipped, well maintained and the pool big enough to swim and play. We were very well received by the owners who were very warm and very attentive. The location is also very convenient for going out to Bardolino.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui ont été très chaleureux et très prévenants. L'emplacement est aussi très pratique pour sortir à Bardolino.
Beautiful little piece of paradise with a great pool! Very dear and nice landlords ? We were completely satisfied and our 2 children and the dog had a great holiday. We would love to come back ? Recommended ?

The house is very nice; beautiful garden and swimming pool (the children loved it) Quiet place in the hills, from which you can easily reach all the places on the lake. The owner is kind and helpful. It was a relaxing vacation!

I'm Veronese and in the ?Covid era? we decided to spend the holiday close to home. Well-kept location and in absolute privacy with respect to the surrounding houses. Well-kept garden and well exposed to the sun. The structure offers the possibility of having 3 independent units as in addition to the main apartment there is a comfortable annex with two separate entrances. Excellent swimming pool and barbecue area. It was really a very pleasant surprise. A few steps from the house there are supermarkets and all the main services. Access to the structure is very convenient, it has an electric gate and offers ample internal parking for several cars. The garden is completely fenced so we were able to "free" our dog in serenity for the whole holiday. It is located in a strategic point to get close to visiting any location on Lake Garda in a day thanks to the ferries that depart from the nearby docks of Garda and Torri del Benaco. The owners, to whom I renew our thanks, are very kind and always available for any need. Really a super experience!
Sono Veronese ed in “epoca Covid” abbiamo deciso di trascorrere la vacanza vicino a casa.
Location curatissima ed in assoluta privacy rispetto alle abitazioni circostanti.
Giardino molto curato e ben esposto al sole.
La struttura offre volendo la possibilità di avere 3 unità indipendenti in quanto oltre all’appartamento principale è presente una comodissima depandance con due ingressi separati. Ottima la piscina e la zona barbecue.
È stata davvero una piacevolissima sorpresa.
A pochi passi dalla casa sono presenti supermercati e tutti i principali servizi. L’accesso alla struttura è molto comodo, dispone di cancello elettrico e offre un ampio parcheggio interno per più auto. Il giardino è completamente recintato quindi abbiamo potuto “liberare” In serenità il nostro cagnolino per tutta la vacanza. Si trova in un punto strategico per avvicinarsi a visitare in giornata qualsiasi località del Lago di Garda grazie anche ai traghetti che partono dai vicini attracchi di Garda e Torri del Benaco.
I proprietari, a cui rinnovo i nostri ringraziamenti, sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità.

A fantastic villa, located close to Lake Garda (3km). The property is spacious and rented with everything you could want. We rented the villa for two weeks and could not find any fault during our stay. The villa is in the town of Costermano, which has a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The villa's location is perfect to explore the area and Venice is only an hour away. I would recommend the villa and we look forward to going there again.
The garden and and pool area are definitely the best in this property. It is located close to Garda, and the local supermarket is also located nearby.
We had some small problems during our visit, but the owners were VERY quick to respond and help us resolve the issues.
We will definitely recommend this house to our Family and friends.
After having a bit 'of problems in the first day it was Sunday, lockable apartment that would not open the front door and had to climb out the window to get in, a shower that flooded the entire bathroom, the friendly owners have been busy in solving problems immediately to Monday ... they paid their city tax refund as uncomfortable ... Council the apartment ... if back in the area I would go back there. Red dune area is quiet. A 4 km from the center of Caorle.
Dopo aver avuto un po' di problemi nel primo giorno che era domenica, serratura appartamento che non apriva la porta principale e dovevamo scavalcare dalla finestra per entrare , doccia che allagava tutto il bagno, i proprietari gentili si sono dati da fare a risolvere i problemi subito al lunedì... ci hanno pagato loro tassa di soggiorno come rimborso disagio... Consiglio l'appartamento... se dovessi tornare nella zona mi piacerebbe tornare li. Zona duna rossa è tranquilla. A 4 chilometri dal centro di Caorle.
Spacious and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, it receives a lot of sun and is equipped with various equipment (beds, chairs, etc.) that allow you to make the most of. The pool is large and the different depth make it ideal for both children and adults. We particularly enjoyed and exploited the large round table on the porch this: many lunches and dinners to 'open, a few steps from the lake. The location is excellent, quiet area, but very close to the beaches and to the countries of the area. Finally, the owners were always friendly and helpful. What do you want ?!
Casa spaziosa e ben curata. Il giardino è splendido, riceve molto sole ed è dotato di varie attrezzature (lettini, sdraio, ecc) che permettono di sfruttarlo al massimo.
La piscina è grande e le diverse profondità la rendono ideale sia per bambini che per adulti.
Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato e sfruttato il grande tavolo rotondo presente sotto il porticato: tanti pranzi e cene all' aperto, a pochi passi dal lago.
La location è ottima, zona tranquilla, ma davvero vicina alle spiagge e ai paesi della zona.
Infine, i proprietari sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Cosa volere di più?!
We had a great 2 weeks at the villa in Costermano. The house corresponded exactly to the expectations according to the descriptions and pictures on the website. We were very kindly received by the owner Federico Marisa. The pool was a real plus since it is not much beach on Lake Garda. Lake Garda is otherwise doing everything and experience despite the changeable weather we had. All 5 we found this holiday very varied. What we missed, but we knew this in advance, so you should not really complain about: no wifi, only Italian channels on the TV (tip: we had brought a DVD playing figure) and no dishwasher. Everything else top!
We hadden een geweldige 2 weken aan de villa in Costermano. Het huis beantwoordde precies aan de verwachtingen volgens de omschrijvingen en de foto's op de website. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar Federico Marisa. Het zwembad was een echt pluspunt aangezien aan het Gardameer niet zoveel strand is. Aan het Gardameer is voor het overige van alles te doen en te beleven ondanks het wisselvallige weer dat we hadden. Alle 5 vonden we deze vakantie zeer afwisselend. Wat we wel mistte maar dit wisten we vooraf dus moet je er eigenlijk ook niet over zeuren: geen wifi, enkel Italiaanse zenders op de TV (aanrader: we hadden een DVD spelertje meegenomen) en geen afwasmachine. Voor de rest alles top!
Owner very friendly and helpful, nice place in the middle of the green, quiet and relaxation, accessible by bike or on foot to the center of Bardolino and the beaches. We spent a beautifull holiday hope to return.
