You will find peace and privacy away from overlooking neighbours.
The automatic entrance gate takes you down a driveway to the "bastide d'Amblise".
Once the oak entrance door is open, you will discover a reception hall with a 70m2 living-dining room on your left. The ceiling height is between 3 m and 3.6 m, giving you an impression of space everywhere you go.
The left and right wings each house 2 bedrooms as well as a spacious bathroom with bathtub, separate shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
Perfect for 2 families or 4 couples.
During the day you can enjoy the 14m x 7m swimming pool (with security alarm) flooded by the sun from morning until late afternoon or you can wander in the shade of the trees. In the evening, you can enjoy the covered terrace to dine with your family using the Weber gas barbecue.
Inside, the kitchen is equipped with: 5 burner gas hobs, electric oven, microwave oven, extractor hood, american fridge, 2nd fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, blender, mixer, electric whisk, toaster, electric kettle, mini HIFI system.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, large sink and worktop are also available in a separate laundry room.
The living room has a flat screen TV (Orange package, satellite channels, HDMI access) and a Denon audio system.
The WIFI does not offer an excellent flow, but the Netflix streaming type works
