Very warm welcome from the owners. Clean accommodation corresponding to the description. Very bright due to its openings and pleasant balconies on 3 different orientations. Nothing is missing in the equipment. Residence easy to find and quiet. No passage road at the foot of the building!! Everything is there in small and large appliances. Very popular parking, bicycle storage, close to the beach (200m max) All shops a few meters away. You can do almost everything without a car. Small nearby Carnolès train station which provides access to Nice, Menton Cannes and Ventimiglia We were very fortunate to have splendid weather to see the superb lemon festival and the Nice carnival. We will gladly come back
Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Logement propre correspondant au descriptif. Très lumineux de par ses ouvertures et agréables balcons sur 3 orientations différentes. Il ne manque rien dans les équipements. Résidence facile à trouver et au calme. Pas de route de passage au pied de l'immeuble!!
Tout y est en petits et gros électroménagers. Parking très apprécié, local à vélos, proche de la plage (200m max) Tous commerces à quelques mètres. Vous pouvez tout faire sans voiture pratiquement. Petite gare de Carnolès toute proche qui permet de se rendre à Nice, Menton Cannes et Vintimille
Nous avons eu la grande chance d'un temps splendide pour voir la superbe fête des citrons et le carnaval de Nice. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

This is the second year that we have spent a week in this rental which suits us perfectly. The building located in front of the sea, there is only the street to cross to bathe. The view from the balcony is magnificent, the apartment very well appointed and large, the bedroom overlooks the back, quiet. Lots of small restaurants around and shops to have fun. We had a very good stay.
C’est la deuxième année que nous passons une semaine dans cette location qui nous convient parfaitement. L’immeuble situé face à la mer, il n’y a que la rue à traverser pour se baigner. La vue du balcon est magnifique, l’appartement très bien agencé et vaste, la chambre donne sur l’arrière, au calme. Plein de petit restos autour et des boutiques pour se faire plaisir. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Very pleasant and very well equipped studio. The view from the balcony is superb. the apartment is ideally located, a few meters from the sea, close to shops. Right in the heart of the entertainment. We had a great week. An experience that we will try to repeat.

We had a great stay in this apartment where nothing is missing. A splendid view of the sea, a great panorama of Cannes, the Lérins Islands to Cap d'Antibes and the beautiful sandy beaches. Great location with shops and restaurants all around. We appreciated the air conditioning, the comfortable space, the parking, the elevator. Everything was perfect. We were very well received by Mr. Houry. We hope to return in 2021.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement où rien ne manque. Une vue splendide sur la mer, grand panorama de Cannes, les Îles de Lérins au Cap d’Antibes et les belles plages de sable fin. Très bien situé boutiques et restaurants tout autour. Nous avons apprécié là climatisation, l’espace confortable, le parking, l’ascenseur. Tout était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Monsieur Houry. Nous espérons y retourner en 2021.
The apartment is on the top floor of a beautiful, quiet building. The view is superb. The spacious accommodation offers 2 beds where one is comfortable. The bedroom is far enough from the living room, we sleep well.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed. The television is in front. The kitchen area is equipped for 4 people. From morning to evening we enjoy a splendid life by taking meals on a balcony which can accommodate 4 people.
The shower is modern, the toilets separate. We have a place in the parking lot which is protected.
The caretaker is CHARMING, the shops nearby, the beaches opposite. Everything is there for a dream vacation, the Mr who takes care of the rental is friendly and discreet, he listens and knows the region well. We will come back to this beautiful location.
L'appartement est au dernier étage d'un bel immeuble tranquille. La vue est superbe. Le logement spacieux, offre 2 couchages où l'on est bien. La chambre est suffisamment éloignée du salon, on y dort bien.
Le salon a un canapé lit confortable. La télévision est en face. Le coin cuisine est équipé pour 4 personnes. Du matin au soir on profite d'une vie splendide en prenant les repas sur un balcon qui peut accueillir 4 personnes.
La douche est moderne, les toilettes séparées. On a une place dans le parking qui est protégé.
Le gardien est CHARMANT, les commerces à proximité, les plages en face. Tout est réuni pour des vacances de rêve, le Mr qui s'occupe de la location est sympathique et discret, il se montre à l'écoute et connait bien la région. Nous reviendrons dans cette belle location.
The apartment is particularly pleasant, very functional, the view from the balcony on the sea and the coast is fantastic, a real additional living room. All in a luxury building, very well placed ... we loved it!
