9 of us came over for a holiday and to go to FIB. We couldn't of asked for better weather. The Villa was so spacious and housed us all comfortably. The help from the renter was above and beyond and I would recommend this villa to everyone, from family's to friends as there is so much space. It is a short drive from shops and a very short walk away from some great restaurants and bars. The pool is rigth at the back door and if you love the sun there is plenty to be had in the sun terraces at the front and back of the property. Alcossebre is a beautiful place and getting there from Reus is so easy if you get a transfer (orca services are great!). We slept so well in the villa as it was so peaceful. We will defiantly go back again for a holiday there as it was so much more than we had expected. All the facilities in the house made life so much easier and it is great value for money. All 9 of us came home knowing that we would go back and rent this villa again.
A cozy apartment with a beautiful view. The apartment has a large sunny balcony. It is close to the sea and you can take beautiful walks. We have been there for three months and had a wonderful time.

We spent our vacation there from August 31st to September 25th. It was very nice and quiet, the peace we are always looking for. The bungalow was perfect, the facility was very nice and clean. Our expectations were met, even exceeded Patrick, the landlord, is very friendly, helpful and always responded immediately and answered questions. Thank you very much for this, Patrick! We will certainly come back.

Good morning, A beautiful, bright, quiet apartment, very beautiful view of the sea and the Peñiscola castle, close to the center. The swimming pool is a plus for the peace of children. The staircase takes up a little too much space in the main room. 2 negative points: Air conditioning would be welcome in hot weather. Lack of light in the bathroom. Overall we had a very good stay. Un bel appartement lumineux, calme, très belle vue sur la mer et le château de Peñiscola, à proximité du centre. La piscine est un plus pour la tranquillité des enfants.
L'escalier prend un peu trop de place dans la pièce principale.
2 points négatifs :
La climatisation serait la bienvenue par temps de canicule.
Manque de luminosité dans la salle de bain.
Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

The rental conforms to the description. The house is also well appointed, we were two couples with four children, we found all the comfort we were looking for. The possibility of parking two cars in the "open" garage is also very appreciable, as well as the security of the house. The view is magnificent over the town of Peniscolla as well as over the entire plain. Thank you to the owner for the welcome and also for being available for various questions during our stay.

La maison est également bien aménagée, nous étions deux couples avec quatre enfants, nous y avons retrouvés l'ensemble du confort que nous recherchions.
La possibilité de garer deux voitures dans le garage "ouvert" est très appréciable également, ainsi que la sécurisation de la maison.
La vue est magnifique sur la ville de Peniscolla ainsi que sur toute la plaine.

Excellent. Apartment very well located, very comfortable and clean. The urbanization is very quiet and the pools are excellent. From the balcony there is a very beautiful view. Don Jesús provided us with a lot of useful information about restaurants, stores and walks near the area.

Rental very well located in Denia in a quiet and very well maintained residence. The apartment has all the necessary equipment for a great vacation. In addition, the owner and the manager on site take great care of their tenants. I recommend 100%. Thanks again to Marc and Thierry.

When we arrive, Hélène welcomes you, with two bottles of fresh water in the fridge, thank you because given the heat, it's appreciable, large fridge with large freezer section, the air conditioning (room and upstairs bedroom) work wonderfully, we put them on some nights during very hot weather. The swimming pool at 32° for both weeks is great, the outdoor pallet lounge is comfortable and nice, in short, not much to complain about. Thank you Jean-luc and who knows .........
À notre arrivée, Hélène vous accueille, avec deux bouteilles d'eau fraiche dans le frigo, merci parce que au vu de la chaleur, c'est appréciable, grand frigo avec grande partie congélateur, les clims ( salle et chambre du haut) fonctionnent à merveille, nous les avons mis certaines nuits lors de grandes chaleurs.
La piscine à 32° les deux semaines est géniale, le salon extérieur en palette est confortable et sympa, bref pas grand chose à reprocher. Merci Jean-luc et qui sait .........
Great week with the family in a fantastic place. The house is as it is in the description of the ad and in the published photos, fantastic location, very quiet to spend a few days off. Lourdes is a great hostess, always available for whatever she needs need. We'll be back for sure!!!
