Gradevolmente arredato, consta di un soggiorno-cucina (attrezzato con stoviglie varie e biancheria da cucina) che si apre su una loggia panoramica. Dalla loggia si può accedere alla terrazza su cui è possibile prendere il sole o guardare le stelle in totale relax. IL terrazzo è attrezzato con barbecue per simpatiche e gustose cene. La zona notte è completamente disimpegnata dal soggiorno e consta di 2 stanze da letto, una matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli. Il bagno è ampio e con cabina doccia. C'è anche un comodo ripostiglio. L'appartamento è dotato di lavatrice, TV, condizionatore, phon, asse e ferro da stiro. L'appartamento è adiacente al centro del Borgo, una piacevole e vivace "Piazzetta", dove è possibile trovare ristoranti, pizzerie, pub, gelaterie, supermarket, macellerie, pescherie, un giornali-tabacchi, la farmacia, la posta, la chiesa e la guardia medica.
