In a quiet hamlet on the edge of the forest, at the foot of the Prorel, near Briançon, an individual building with two apartments in an old 17th century renovated farm.

La Charmence, an 80m2 house, with space, comfort and charm.
You can reach the house by external steps.
A living room with a wood-burning stove, designed for relaxation, gives onto the hamlet’s square. With a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.
On the same floor, a large bedroom with a wide bed.
On the first floor, a beautiful bedroom, bathroom and separate WC.
Dressing area, garden space.
Careful! Access to the first floor is difficult for the disabled as the stairs are inconvenient for people with reduced mobility.

La Guisane, a 70m2 ground-floor apartment, garden level, spacious and user-friendly (2/8 people). Refer to ad 2888.

La Clarée, a charming 50m2 apartment with two bedroom (4/6 people). Refer to ad 3003.

In winter : close to Serre Chevalier ski resort, walking or skiing access to Serre Chevalier’s domain. Cross-country skiing, sledging, trecking, hicking, snowshoe, wonderfull hiking trail around and in the Ecrins domain. Close to Montgenèvre ski resort, Puit Saint Vincent and Le Grave.
