It is very clean and has everything you need for a great stay.
In addition, the owner is really nice and is waiting for us in the apartment.

It is very well equipped. The heating is efficient and the bathroom is pleasant.
The 160 bed is of good quality.
Updating the kitchen would be a plus.

Just a flight of stairs to climb to the 3rd floor could discourage some (s) but the balcony panorama wins :)

Address to remember and renew rental!
The owner is very nice and welcoming. She listens to its tenants. We return every year with great pleasure, this is an address to keep very carefully. We have already booked for another weekend!
Bathroom and shower very excellent. Everything was there in the kitchen. Fishmongers "Le Cordier " must be a must. Other shops within walking distance.
The owners are extremely friendly people.
REALLY RECOMMENDED.
The apartment is very well equipped: dishes, towel heater. It is more conveniently located, close to shops, restaurants, bowling .. .... all with magnificent sea views

3rd étge no elevator: we knew.
Rather flat for 2 or 4 people even if there is a possibility of 6 beds.
Renovated bathroom very nice.
Living room and more viellots but satisfactory.
Kitchen: all necessary equipment and advertised in the ad are present but it is probably the weakest point, very old cabinets and no direct connection between living room and kitchen (it must pass through the lobby).
That said, all faithfully corresponds to the ad and photos. Very friendly owners, we especially appreciated the possibility to rent for 4 days and not a full week.
This rental has had no reviews with less than 4 out of 5 and there have been no complaints.
