One of our two-room apartments on the first floor of a typical Ligurian house built at the beginning of the 20th century, one of the oldest houses in Bocca di Magra (SP); entirely renovated, furnished and equipped, only 100 meters from the beach, with a stunning view of the sea and the Apuane.

Bright living room with TV/DVD and double sofa bed, microwave oven, electric hobs, fridge and freezer, extendable table, kitchen washbasin entirely made with Carrara marble, another double bed and wardrobe in the bedroom.
