Great location in Palavas, close to the sea and the main attractions of the city, it is perfect for people (like us) coming without a car.
A comfortable bed, a bathroom and a kitchen in very good condition, as well as a large balcony with sea view (300m approx) made our stay very pleasant!
In short, we will definitely stay there again when we return to Palavas.

Fortunately for the tenants because in view of the impact, it was broken from the inside by hitting an object following a draft I suppose So I should have kept the deposit or involved their insurance. As for the bedding, no one has ever complained. This is the kind of tenant who no longer makes you want to rent his property and it is very damaging for all the tenants who for many years have particularly appreciated this welcoming apartment, well placed and at a very reasonable price.
Heureusement pour les locataires car au vue de l'impact , elle a été cassée de l'intérieur en frappant un objet suite à un courant d'air je suppose Donc j'aurais dû garder la caution ou faire intervenir leur assurance. Quant à la literie personne ne s'est jamais plaint. C'est le genre de locataire qui ne donne plus envie de louer son bien et c'est très dommageable pour tous les locataires qui depuis de nombreuses années apprécient particulièrement cet appartement accueillant, bien placé et à un prix très raisonnable.
