100m from the beach of Roaliguen, spacious apartment of 66 m2 with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor of a new residence (2014). 1 bedroom with a bed of 200cm x 2x80cm (these beds can be separated). Bedroom with single beds (90cm x 190cm). Sofa bed in the living room for an extra bed for 2 people (140cm x 200cm)

Facing south, the apartment is very comfortable, bright, and overlooks a large terrace ( 15m2) and a private garden (60m2).

Also at your disposal: a closed private garage, parking and a children's water park (46m2), included in the rental price. Bicycle storage.

Your electricity consumption is extra.
