Very close to the Blue Flag beach and 4 sails Legambiente (50 meters), a few km from Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala and the Natural Park of Maremma, surrounded by a huge and cool coastal pine forest, very central and comfortable air-conditioned two-room apartment, a short walk from the shops, on the 1st and only floor of an elegant building, 4 beds, accessorized and carefully furnished with new furniture, rent as a holiday home with excellent quality/price ratio.

Consisting of bedroom with double bed (with space for cot), living room with sofa bed and kitchenette with every utensil, bathroom with shower, little balcony. It has air conditioning, LED TV 22 "flat screen TV, DVD player, washing machine, large fridge with freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, drying room, autoclave.
Is not allowed to bring pets or smoking in the apartment.
