Semi-detached house with a large garden of 10 acres (five of which are open orchard and a pleasant closed garden with terrace).
The house is situated in a quiet one-way street, less than 1 km from the beach and the centre of Cayeux.
Garden furniture, 3 sunbeds and a barbecue. It is possible to park one car and a trailer or a second small car on the plot (side entrance).
Ground floor (66 m²): WC with sink and laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron), open-plan kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, blender, steamer), living room (with flat screen TV, DVD player + children's films, CD player and CDs, Internet access, board games), dining room (8 seats) and a second lounge area with sofa bed for one or two people (depending on whether you pull out the seat or not). Upper floor: corridor with single bed (alcove) and hanging rail, bathroom with bath, shower (shower + rain shower) and sink, bedroom (1 bed 160 cm + 1 single bed). Pavilion in the garden, 5 meters from the house: bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and double bed (140 cm).
For the baby: highchair, baby travel cot with mattress, Tupperware equipment and changing mat to place on the bathtub. Our 'piece of paradise' is located on the Rue d'Enfer (you won’t believe it: literally, Hell Street) in Cayeux-sur-Mer, 10 km from Saint-Valery, in the Baie de Somme...

A pretty house and its adjacent studio where nothing is missing, on the contrary a lot of little extras that make all the difference and even our animals appreciated it.
In addition, there is a 2-hour horse-drawn carriage ride, walks by the sea and the restaurant "la pointe du Hourdel" to be recommended.
We had good discussions with the owners as well as the person to whom we return the keys at the end of the stay.
You will have understood that it was a great discovery, which we recommend.

Very good starting place to visit the coast from Tréport to Berck beach, in our case.
Also, we did not have a drop of rain during the stay.
