The house is situated in the hills of TOSCOLANO Maderno about 2 km from the center, on the western shore of Lake Garda. And 'situated in a location with spectacular views in a peaceful oasis.
It is a new building, the apartment is owned by Marina who lives in the adjacent house, so always available for your every need.
The apartment is on the first floor of a detached single family house. It has a spacious double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, large dining area with kitchenette, and a spacious terrace for outdoor dining.
Toscolano and the lake are within a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk.
You can easily reach on foot, hiking and horse riding.
